About: I have always had a deep love and respect for animals of all kinds. This led me to get a degree in zoology and now I’m working at UC Davis animal science. I have owned and cared for a variety of animals including small and large dogs, reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals. Currently I have a playful sweet husky-staffy mix named Astrid for your pet to play with if interested! I currently work at UC Davis in the animal science department so I am most free in the early mornings and afternoons on weekdays as well as weekends. About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my lifelong, hands-on experience with animals in both multi-pet and individual home environments. Growing up in a household with nine cats gave me a strong understanding of different feline personalities, routines, and behaviors. I currently care for my own 3-year-old cat, which has further deepened my experience with daily care, health awareness, and enrichment. In addition to cat care, I also have experience with dogs through pet sitting. As a teenager, I regularly watched my neighbor’s dogs, and I have also pet sat and house sat for family members, caring for both cats and dogs. I’ve also provided overnight care, which taught me how to maintain routines, ensure comfort through the night, and handle responsibilities independently while owners are away. I’m especially attentive to each animal’s unique personality and needs, whether they’re shy, energetic, independent, or social. I’m also highly communicative and provide regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to create a calm, stress-free experience for both pets and owners, treating every animal as if they were my own. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine, and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide consistent care throughout the week. During my summer session, I’m available after 2:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, before noon and after 6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays, 11:45 AM–3:00 PM and after 6:00 PM on Thursdays, and I have full availability on Saturdays and Sundays. This flexibility allows me to accommodate morning, midday, evening, and overnight care as needed. I am also available and willing to stay overnight when needed to ensure pets are comfortable and cared for at all times. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize following all instructions closely to maintain their normal routine and comfort. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, clean litter boxes or outdoor breaks, and receive attention, play, and care based on their needs. I respect the client’s home, keep everything clean and secure, and ensure doors, gates, and safety measures are always properly handled. I also provide regular updates so owners feel reassured and connected while they’re away.

About: I have always taken care of pets since I was little ranging from cats and dogs to reptiles to any pet not a person that needed to take care of that near me. I only have two in person classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and other than that I am free no other job except school right now :) I have always taken care of my family’s pet, especially my sisters which her house consist of a golden retriever and a poodle and a Chihuahua. The poodle is very very old and she is an elderly dog, so she’s blind and has arthritis and going to deaf, so I was always used to cleaning up and guided her to the restroom or her food and still focusing on the other pets, giving everyone the proper love and care at the exact same time.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for many types of dogs, and it has always been more of a passion than a job. I will always care for and love your dog like one of my own! I currently work part-time and am available daily in the afternoons (after about 1 PM) for check-ins, walks, feedings, and more. My schedule is flexible in the early mornings, evenings, and on weekends. I am very detail-oriented and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. About: I do not have a lot of dog walking experience outside of my own dog, but I have walked dogs before. I am currently volunteer at a pet rescue and mostly with cats but have walked dogs for a few shifts. I do have a small dog at home that I care for as well. I have cared for a friends Guinea pig, and dog sat for my neighbor when I was younger. I may work with cats more often but I absolutely still love being with dogs and caring for them! I work part time, but have plenty of time on the weekdays after noon to go for walks which I love doing, especially with pets 🫶🏻 My backyard is small but still good enough for my dog to get exercise because when I’m outside with him I spend a lot of time there. I love walking and go for long walks with my dog as well. It will be the same with other pets I care for, I will spend as much time as I can with them and get them tired out.

About: About 4 years ago, a pup came into my home unexpectedly. My parents were not very fond of her, so I was her main caregiver. At the time, I was employed at Subway, so I spent my paychecks on making sure she was comfortable, healthy, clean, and safe. I was in charge of feeding, bathing, grooming, walking, and all of the playing. I am currently a student at UC Davis. My classes tend to be in the morning, so my evenings and weekends are all reserved for pet care. I live in a dog-friendly community, where there are plenty of lawns around the property for your pups to go potty, as well as nearby parks we can visit on our walks.
