About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with about five years of hands-on pet sitting experience. Growing up around animals has given me a natural comfort with them, and over the years I've cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Some of the breeds I've looked after include Golden Retrievers, Chihuahuas, Beagles, Corgis, and plenty of wonderful mixed breeds. I've also cared for cats here and there—and while I'm slightly allergic, that has never stopped me from giving them the love and attention they deserve. “I give Lena my highest recommendation as a dog sitter! I am writing this review in reference to our experiences on two separate occasions. The first time we had Lena sit for our dog Daisy (a 4 yo pit mix) was a great experience. We always look for someone to watch Daisy who enjoys spending time with her and wants to have fun and Lena went above and beyond by not only taking Daisy on walks but also all sorts of hikes and adventures (we even got a cool photo of her wearing sunglasses!). Lena also dealt with some issues of Daisy having to go potty in the middle of the night very competently and professionally. She watched Daisy for 11 days and Daisy was well taken care of and happy when we picked her back up. The second time we had scheduled with Lena to watch Daisy for one night and Lena had a family emergency come up (a totally valid reason to cancel). Instead of simply leaving it to us to find a backup, Lena helped coordinate with her roommate to watch Daisy, which worked out great. Lena that she is not only able to take great care of dogs, but she is also a thoughtful and responsible person.”

About: I grew up with dogs and would oftentimes feed and walk them. I also helped my friends take care of their pets and pet sat for them as well. I am free anytime Fridays-Sundays and can stop by in the mornings and afternoons before, after, and in between classes. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little tougher but I can still make them work. I like to spend as much time with them as I can, either sitting with them, playing with them, going out for walks, and feeding them at times instructed by the owners. I also often like to do chores such as sweeping/vacuuming and tidying up spaces in the house.

About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was 15—feeding, walking, giving meds, and more. I’m attentive, reliable, and experienced with both puppies and senior dogs, always tailoring care to their needs. I recently graduated UC Davis in June (2026). This summer, I'm job hunting and in the process of moving, but have no solid schedule. Dogs are never alone for more than 6 hours at a time. My mornings and evenings are dedicated to pet care, and I plan my day around their needs. My schedule is consistent week to week. Evenings and weekends allow for extra attention, playtime, and longer walks. I prioritize maintaining each pet's routine, whether that includes sleeping in my room or following specific feeding times, to help them feel comfortable during their stay. I live with two roommates who love animals but will not be assisting with care. We don’t have any pets of our own, but we frequently have people over- your pet will get a lot of love! Our apartment is carpeted and has stairs, which might be difficult for puppies or dogs with mobility issues. I live right next to the greenbelt with a small grassy patio in our front yard. Growing up, my dogs were crate trained, so I’m familiar with using crates safely and positively. Raised on a farm and on a pre-vet track from a young age, I’ve spent decades caring for animals of all kinds—from house pets to livestock to wildlife. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship throughout the week. I love staying active, so getting outside for walks is something I look forward to, and I also enjoy spending quiet time with pets who simply want company. I make it a priority to be dependable, follow each pet's routine closely, and provide regular updates so owners can feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for. I do not offer care for pets inside of my home. It does not work with the apartment that I currently live in. Thank you for your understanding.

About: I do not have a lot of dog walking experience outside of my own dog, but I have walked dogs before. I am currently volunteer at a pet rescue and mostly with cats but have walked dogs for a few shifts. I do have a small dog at home that I care for as well. I have cared for a friends Guinea pig, and dog sat for my neighbor when I was younger. I may work with cats more often but I absolutely still love being with dogs and caring for them! I work part time, but have plenty of time on the weekdays after noon to go for walks which I love doing, especially with pets 🫶🏻 My backyard is small but still good enough for my dog to get exercise because when I’m outside with him I spend a lot of time there. I love walking and go for long walks with my dog as well. It will be the same with other pets I care for, I will spend as much time as I can with them and get them tired out.

About: I raised my doggo teddy since he was 7 weeks old, he will be 5 in December of 2025 :) Sherpa was also a rather energetic senior, I fostered and took care of until he passed to doggy heaven. Friends and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, administer medication, and house their pets since I was a teen. I’m also experienced with caring for senior dogs and keeping up with playful puppies. In regards to medication, I have given dogs eye drops, inhalers, dealt with difficult doggos that don't even want to take medicine in pill pockets. I will be sure to give your dog medicine. On another note I will not be taking your dogs to dog parks anything can occur as there are dogs of various temperaments. Dogs will not be off-leash when being walked and while walking, I tend to avoid people or other dog interactions to maintain safety, regardless of how sweet or kind your dog or the other dogs are. Safety first always! :) Aside from that I will always throw frisbees, toys, and even tustle with overly energetic puppies/dogs in your home/backyard if thats how they like to have fun. A tired dog is a happy dog! I will likely be in the house most of the time if your dog has separation anxiety. At the present moment I have thankfully only 2 classes and 1 only class I am taking, so I would be returning within the house. Moreoever, as I am studying for the MCAT scary I prefer to be a recluse at the house with your pups or kitties of course. Yayyy :) Your dog will be cared for in a secure and welcoming environment. My fenced yard offers plenty of space for safe playtime, and I’m also located near several trails, perfect for outdoor walks and adventures. My two friendly dogs can provide companionship if your pup enjoys socializing, and if crating is part of their routine, I can accommodate that to ensure they feel comfortable and at ease.

I graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology and am in search of dog walking, training, bathing, and pet sitting positions to help me pay off student loans. “I give Lena my highest recommendation as a dog sitter! I am writing this review in reference to our experiences on two separate occasions. The first time we had Lena sit for our dog Daisy (a 4 yo pit mix) was a great experience. We always look for someone to watch Daisy who enjoys spending time with her and wants to have fun and Lena went above and beyond by not only taking Daisy on walks but also all sorts of hikes and adventures (we even got a cool photo of her wearing sunglasses!). Lena also dealt with some issues of Daisy having to go potty in the middle of the night very competently and professionally. She watched Daisy for 11 days and Daisy was well taken care of and happy when we picked her back up. The second time we had scheduled with Lena to watch Daisy for one night and Lena had a family emergency come up (a totally valid reason to cancel). Instead of simply leaving it to us to find a backup, Lena helped coordinate with her roommate to watch Daisy, which worked out great. Lena that she is not only able to take great care of dogs, but she is also a thoughtful and responsible person.”
