Eleanor P.

“She took extra time to get to know my fur babies, and all their weird needs (trust me they’re weird) and was so kind and caring towards them. 10/10 recommendation :)”

Morgaine D.

“Morgaine has been helping me with my dogs for four years now. When I got my first dog I was not sure how to train or exercise him, Morgaine jumped right in and helped me put in a healthy foundation for my dog, Dusty, and when I got busy working 12 hour days she took him out on walks and trails. Then when I got a new puppy a year ago, I had never had a puppy, she helped again with the training. Xena is a border collie mix and she was a God send helping to get her the exercise this high energy breed needs.”

Esmerilda R.

“Esmerilda is awesome with our whippets! One is older with a heart condition and the other is a young guy with lots of energy! She knows how to manage each with the right approach. She is great at emphasizing the training we have in place, she has a great routine, kind and caring approach! Great River experience!”

Jenna E.

“Jenna rocks! She was on time, super friendly and great with our dog. She's knowledgable and experienced and we will definitely be seeing Jenna again for walks and overnights in the future.”

Kaelin C.
“Kaelin is the single most animal-loving and animal-oriented person I've ever met. She has an incredible ability to connect with many different types of animals and love them like they're hers (she has a dog and two cats of her own). Random cats and dogs seem to approach her with an in-built understanding of her big heart, gentleness, and patience for all living creatures. Kaelin is also one of the most mature, put-together, and capable people I've ever met. Whenever there's a job to be done, she'll do it in an efficient, comprehensive manner. Overall, she is trustworthy, decent, and animals are truly one of the greatest joys of her life.”

Nora S.
“Nora is a very trustworthy and compassionate individual. When it comes to working, she tends to do whatever it takes to make sure she gets the full job done. She tends not to find ways out of a commitment once she has already committed. I’ve seen her interact with her family dog, Kota, and she always lets him cuddle up!”

Maddie L.

“I can’t give her enough stars! Maddie was very professional, met me the night before, interacted with my dog and spent the full 30 min with him for both of the walks. I highly recommend her.”

Tiali G.
About: I am currently an Animal Science student at UC Davis and have over 7 years of working with over twenty species of animals including reptiles, amphibians, birds, and both exotic and domestic mammals. I currently work at the UC Davis Campus Veterinary Services and have previously worked at the UCD Veterinary Rehab Center, and San Francisco Zoo in their Animal Resource Center (where I have learned how to clean enclosures, prepare diets, properly handle, and train over twenty species of exotic animals). Last summer I worked as a PetsHotel associate in PetSmart where I was responsible for monitoring Doggy Day Camp with an average of 20 dogs per group, caring for boarding dogs, leading individual sessions with dogs, and caring for boarding cats. Not only do I have extensive first-hand experience with pet care, but I also have research experience involving animal behavior, training in raptor handling, and have been a dog owner my entire life. I currently have two cats of my own and 15 other pets (all insects, reptiles, and amphibians)! I am available on T/W/Thr before 11:30am and after 12:40pm, and M/F/Sat/Sun all day! I have a very flexible schedule so I can dedicate a lot of time to your pets. Safety and trust are two of the most important things to me when caring for pets. For a pet to feel safe, I always take my time when greeting them for the first time, getting down to their level, and not making any sudden sounds or movements that may come across as a threat to the pet. This ensures an initial formation of trust between me and the pet. Following pet parent instructions is also essential and I make sure to be aware of the pet's needs and their preferred routine so I can make them feel as comfortable as possible. Additionally, I am a very vigilant person and am always keeping an eye on the pet I am caring for, to ensure their environment is safe and free of any hazards and the pet continues to be healthy and happy.

hanna g.
“Hanna took excellent care of my pets. One of my dogs, Dusty, is old and difficult to deal with. Dusty typically has accidents everywhere around the house, gets in the trash, and refuses to go outside. Hanna handled her perfectly. Not only did she exercise Dusty daily, but she was also able to administer her oral medication. On top of handling Dusty, she gave lots of attention to my 3 cats. Hanna fed them, gave them water, and played around with them for even longer than I paid her for. Overall 10/10 experience. Handles challenging situations very calmly and does not become overwhelmed!”

Katelyn P.
“To whom it may concern: Katelyn P. is one I have always counted on watching my two dogs, a German wiredhair pointer and a mutt. My family and I are always busy with work, sports, and vacation, but Katelyn always is willing to check up on them and make sure they get the attention and necessities while we are away. She is phenomenal, I can always count on her.”

Kendall & Buddy C.
“I have have the good fortune of having Kendall take care of pets of mine when I have needed boarding services. Kendall is very considerate and really cares about people's pets. She has a nice facility for boarding. Kendall is also very good at taking care of medical needs with pets. She has years of experience with foster pets. I have complete confidence while my pets have been in her care.”

Rosalie S.

“Rozie is very good with animals. She quickly befriended my dog who is usually very wary of new people, and I have seen her have similar interactions with many animals, including dogs, cats, rats, and birds.”

Astraea B.
About: Growing up, we were surrounded by animals - dogs, cats, hamsters, lizards, frogs, and snakes. During COVID, I slowly began my journey in house sitting for family, friends, and neighbors. I've cared for many cats and small to large dogs for long periods. My most extended board was for a month! In the early mornings, I work at a local Starbucks for about 4-6 hours a weekday. Besides this, I have a few classes throughout the day that I take online, so I am mostly home and available to care for your pets as best as I can. I like to go on 20-45 min walks around the nearby park/ greenway during the evening when it is cooler. At my Home: I would make sure the pet(s) feel comfortable in my home and with me but slowly try to gain their trust. As well as making sure they are calm, I will respect their space when first meeting them. In both my home and the clients, I want to be able to communicate any responsibilities and expectations I need to meet as your pet sitter. I am a reliable person overall in my daily life; I like schedules and structure and Making decisions during stressful times. I am always flexible with my time, so I can talk to my pets on walks, play with them, and help maintain their physical lifestyle. Besides this, I always want anyone and everyone to have a safe and welcoming environment around me, even animals. So my priority is ensuring they feel safe and comfortable in trusting me, which means for both the owner and their pets.

Kyla L.

“Kyla took our dog, Jasper, on daily walks while we were on vacation. She is very responsible (always on time), flexible, friendly, polite and attentive. She also has great communication skills and a good rapport with animals. Kyla provided ongoing updates with photos and I felt like Jasper was in good, trustworthy hands! This was very reassuring, given it was our first time away from our pet. We were very pleased with Kyla and would definitely recommend her services!! The next time we need pet care, Kyla will be at the top of our list.”

Mya S.

“This was a meet & greet walk and everything went well!”

Iryna B.
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for more than 20 years. When I was younger, I rescued abused and neglected dogs back in Ukraine. Since then, I have had cats and dogs in Ukraine until I escaped the war in April 2022. Now that I am in the US, I often take care of the dogs and cats of my host families. I hope to take care of your pets as well! I have a flexible schedule and can work on most days, including weekends and holidays. On weekdays, I may need to step out to drop off and pick up my daughter from school. Every day, I walk, feed and clean up after my host family's two cats and one dog. I will ensure that the client's pets are safe and will be attentive to any special needs. Since I have taken care of many pets before, I know what I need to be aware of. I will also make sure to leave the client's house in the same condition as it was when they have left.

Brittney M.
“Brittney has been an exceptional dog sitter for us over the past year. Her unwavering commitment to ensuring our furry family members are cared for and loved is unparalleled. Her intuitive understanding of our dogs' needs, coupled with her genuine affection for them, made us feel completely at ease each time we had to be away. We've been consistently impressed with her professionalism, punctuality, and communication. Brittney has a unique knack for creating a bond with each dog she cares for, making them feel comfortable and at home in her presence. We couldn't be happier with the high level of care and kindness she extends toward our pets. Her services have exceeded all of our expectations, and we heartily recommend Brittney to any animal owner in need of a reliable and loving pet sitter.”

Miranda W.
“Miranda has taken care of my dog Luna multiple times now, once for as long as 2 weeks. She is communicative, detail oriented, and extremely good with animals. Luna loves her and is always very excited to see her. Luna has some health conditions that make feeding a very involved process, and I rest easy knowing that she will be well cared for. Miranda never takes any shortcuts, and prioritizes the health and happiness of her charges. I can tell she truly cares about every animal she interacts with. I can't recommend her enough!”

Orry B.
“Orry is the BEST petsitter! He has taken care of my family’s animals for years now, and we couldn’t be happier with his kindness toward them, his flexibility, and his ability to care for our senior dog and young kitten.”

Samantha Y.
“Sammie has been our dog sitter for 8yrs. She is warm and gentle and very attentive to our fur baby's needs. Our pup runs into her home when we visit. Highly recommended!”
