About: I have taken care of two cats since 2023, and have lived with two dogs in my family home since 2020. I absolutely love dogs and cats, and am willing to care for your pets with the same attention that I give my own animals! Growing up with different pets from fish, crabs, parakeets and hamsters is where my love for animals comes from and am excited to express that love in a way that is helpful to the community around me! I've lived in Davis for the past 5 years and as a former Unitrans employee, this opportunity seems like the best way for me to continue giving my efforts back to the city of Davis and its people! My schedule is very flexible currently and am able to help your pet throughout the day if need be! I am mobile and am able to make multiple visits to your animal in a single day, as well as take them on multiple trips and/or walks if need be. I prefer to take care of your animals in the space that they are comfortable in, and will be respectful of your home and property for the time I am in your space. I am able to play with, take on walks, feed, and take care of any other tasks your pet may need!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets (fish, dogs, hamsters) and have since expanded my love for animals by dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family in the neighborhood. I am offering dog walking, sitting and other pet care services for whatever furry friend you need! I’m excited to get started with Rover and build community connections in Davis! I am currently a UC Davis student looking for a part-time way to make extra money and spend more time outside and with animals! I love going on long walks and hanging out at the dog park, or just entertaining your pet at home. I live in an apartment with an unfenced yard. When I dog sit for friends, I make sure to give regular potty breaks every couple of hours and maintain an environment that is safe and comforting for your pet.

Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow the owner's instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special care needs. During drop-in visits, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention and playtime. I treat every home with respect and provide photo and message updates so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your pet.

About: I grew up on a farm and have been taking care of pets for family and friends for almost a decade! Including: dogs (big and small), and cats (old and young). I can feed and water your pets, administer medicine, clean up after them, and provide loving attention and play. I currently have 2 precious cats and would treat yours as if they were one of my own. I work part-time, and with advanced noticed I can choose my workdays/work from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I can care for your pets in your home/yard. I’m comfortable with pets that free roam the house/yard as well as with those who need to be crated and let out or taken on walks.

About: I have experience watching many different types of dogs and cats. I have fostered a puppy as well as dog sat for many different breeds and ages. I grew up with cats and have also cared for many different personalities! I love animals and am so happy to help look after yours! About: What really sets me apart is how much I truly care. I have two dogs of my own, a Pitbull/Great Dane mix and a German Shorthaired Pointer, so I know how much love, patience, and energy pets need. I also help care for my grandma, who has dementia, which has taught me to be extra gentle, attentive, and understanding. I bring that same kind of warmth and care to every pet I meet, treating them like family from the start. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy making time for in my daily routine. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship throughout the week. I love staying active, so getting outside for walks is something I look forward to, and I also enjoy spending quiet time with pets who simply want company. I make it a priority to be dependable, follow each pet's routine closely, and provide regular updates so owners can feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for. About: I have three cats and one dog of my own! I’m used to all and any antics they can get up to. I’ve got a crazy routine for my pets, so no requests are too much for me :) Typically I am free in the morning or afternoon most days. My weekends are usually free with a usual trip to the Saturday farmers market when it happens. I regularly take care of my cats which includes feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, cleaning their areas, brushing them, and generally heeding their every need. I like to make enrichment toys using cardboard boxes/paper towel tubes or by teaching them tricks like spin and high five! When taking dogs out, I try to make sure to wipe their paws down with a wet paper towel prior to entering the house, especially after going in more muddy areas. I like going at the dogs pace on walks whether that be sniffing around a bunch or taking a jog around the neighborhood until they get tired! I used to have a cat that required medication, so I’m familiar with giving pills and liquid meds to cats.

About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds. Insects, reptiles, rats, especially cats and dogs. I’ve also volunteered at the ASPCA for a year! I have experience with almost all animals, and I’d love to help take care of yours! I take care of two pets of my own, but currently don’t have a stable job. My days are open! Might as well do what I love and get payed for it. XD I have a calm smaller dog, and a cat who LOVES dogs (she’s strange I know). I live right next to a huge park and walking trail.

About: I have a wide range of dog experience. Puppies, seniors, reactive, and medicated ones. I am fear free certified and have taken many animal classes and animal behavior classes for my animal science major. Outside of a classroom setting I have worked in a shelter where I was a medical volunteer. This required me to work with dogs that I had no insight to a lot of the dog’s background and always stayed aware of their behavior. A lot of the bigger dogs I worked with were abused, abandoned, or injured and having to work with animals that have trauma like that is heartbreaking but also can affect their behavior towards people. That being said I had to work with dogs that were more challenging and more often than not were labeled aggressive but were actually just scared. I have house sat friends and families before and always send an absurd amount of photos to owners of their fur baby (that’s at least what I prefer) and I have no problem communicating any uncertainties, questions, or concerns to an owner. I would rather be safe than sorry always. I do not have a lot of senior care experience but would love to learn. I took care of a few cases where there were medications twice daily but I know there are more extreme senior care situations I won’t pretend to know how to do but I am eager to do my research and learn from the owner! Fairly flexible. I am a full time student at UC Davis but I have a schedule that can accommodate a lot of needs. The only thing I have no power over is when I have my finals but I will be on top of my calendar and availability I take the better safe than sorry approach when caring for any pet whether it is someone else’s or my own. I will do my research on something I am unsure about which is the reason I have learned so much about my own pet’s compromised immune system. This is why I will not be housing any pets myself but I have practiced many different bio security measures and feel confident all animals will be safe and happy. I am a big communicator and if I have concerns questions or uncertainties I will not hesitate to just ask.

About: I've had multiple dogs all my life (all shelter rescues of all sizes and temperaments) and cared for them up into their senior years. From unique feeding routines to walks/runs in the early morning, to fetch, tug-of-war, midday potty breaks, and cuddles, I've done it all! I've also raised and fostered several litters of rescue kittens to be adopted, from bottlefeeding to litterbox training and handling practice. I am well learned in cleaning litterboxes, prepping midday snacks, and providing love and attention for kitties of all ages. I provide runs and walks for various dogs several days a week and house-sit on occasion during the summer. I also drop in to play with, feed, or entertain dogs whose families are away for long periods of time during the day. Because each pet is unique, I ensure clear communication of expectations from the pet's family prior to any walking or sitting. I always carefully monitor pets for signs of stress, discomfort, or injury and am prepared to take action in the event of emergencies. I maintain regular communication with pet families when they're out of town (send pictures and updates of their pets) and organize my weekly walking schedule frequently to ensure convenience for both me and the client. As someone with pets and a love for animals, I hold myself to a high standard to make sure every animal is comfortable and thriving with any walk, run, or visit.
