About: I believe in the Golden Rule of Pet Care — I will treat your pets as I would treat my own. I’ve been around animals my entire life, growing up in a home with dogs and now caring for three cats of my own for over 12 years. That experience has given me a strong understanding of how different every pet can be, from energetic and social, to shy and anxious. I understand that “pets” are truly members of the family. What I offer is thoughtful, individualized care. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and at ease while you’re away. I have experience with high-anxiety dogs and approach each pet with patience, consistency, and a calm presence. I don’t rush “getting to know each other” if they aren’t ready, and always build trust at your pace and their pace. During visits, I’m fully attentive and engaged. Whether that means structured walks, playtime, or simply keeping a pet company so they don’t feel alone. My time with your dog or cat is special, and I won't be scrolling on my phone or texting during my time with your baby (except to send you photos and updates!). I’m also detail-oriented when it comes to feeding routines, home care, and maintaining a clean, stress-free environment. You can expect consistent communication and updates, so you always know how your dog or cat is doing. My goal is to provide reliable, high-quality care that gives both you and your pets complete peace of mind. Ideal for weekday walks and midday check-ins while you’re at work! Fits naturally into your routine. Monday through Friday for morning and midday visits (before 5 PM) Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. Since I provide care in your home, I want to make sure to follow your house rules and your pet’s usual schedule as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, walk routines, or favorite play activities. About: I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. I have had 4 King Charles Caveliers that have given me such joy and in walking a learning experience. I have been walking and dog sitting for 10 years. Dogs are a wonderful warm calming place for me they bring me such joy and to know I can ensure the owners a safe experience for their pet brings me joy. I’m currently a substitute teacher with Fairfax County part-time. I have plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I’m available in the summer seven days a week and boarding on the weekends. My favorite hobby is walking 25K is my goal every day better way to do it. I’m a grandmother of three they call me Granny stepper. I have a fenced in half acre yard for my two king Charles Cavaliers to play with your food. If my dogs need to be created to create a space I can do that as well.

About: I have taken classes in dog behaviors and how they act when they might need a particular action done. I have a NAPPS certification, which is National Association of Professional Pet Sitters that is earned for all small animals, both including dogs and cats. I have had my own very young puppy, so I know how to handle and train them in a gentle manner that they will respond to. I have tons of experience in senior dogs and cats, so I am patient to more slow animals or paying attention to them more and making sure they have what they need. I have an extremely open schedule and can stay over for longer periods of time than most people. I am free almost every single day for hours on end, so finding when I can come over is no trouble. I’m easy to schedule if I need to house sit, and am extremely responsible and willing to stay overnight when needed. I love taking care of animals in their own homes, knowing they’ll feel the most comfortable surrounded by their familiar surroundings. The only thing I care about is that your furry companions are safe and cared for in a way that they don’t feel out of place or missing the love they got before you left them in my care.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. As an elementary school teacher, I bring patience, attentiveness, and a nurturing approach to every pet I care for. Having loved my own dog, Stella, I understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your furry family member while you’re away. I’ve cared for large dogs, bully breeds, senior dogs, and puppies, and I’ve volunteered and fostered for animal rescues. I’m happy to provide overnight care and can host small pets (caged or contained) in my home, while offering in-home visits for dogs and cats. My goal is to give more than just food and walks; I provide love, attention, and companionship so every pet feels happy and cared for. I currently work full-time as a teacher. Workdays are usually busy from 8:00-5:00. My weekends and holidays are flexible. During weekends and holiday breaks (FCPS schedule currently), I'm free to create my own schedule and would base it on the pet's needs first. I can't currently take dogs or cats into my own home, but I can care for them out of the comfort of their own home. That might mean petsitting/housesitting, or if your pet is comfortable sleeping alone overnight, I can accommodate their needs with visits instead of sleeping over. As for other pets, I can take those into my home for care, or out of your home.
