She even made sure to turn on the air conditioning as per my request, ensuring a cozy environment for them. Communication was seamless, with Lucy regularly sending me updates and plenty of photos, which kept me reassured and connected to my pets. It was truly a delightful experience, and I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and care!”

“Absolutely excellent. We went on a long trip to Asia and the biggest thing for me was that I could actually enjoy my trip because I knew they were in great hands. She walked our dog daily in addition to playing with her outside in the backyard and really helped get her energy out and quality time. She was patient and kind with our cats and did an excellent job in finding ways to get them to take their medicine (3 of the 4 cats take medication). She cleaned our house throughout the stay but did a final clean on the day we got back and that was such a huge plus for us. It was nice coming home to happy animals and a clean house in order. So happy we found Tara and can’t wait to have her pet sit again.”

I have grown up taking care of my dog (for over ten years now) and developed the knowledge and skills to be able to properly care for and nurture animals. I also ran a dog walking business when I was in high school as I love walking and being around animals ! About: Dogs my entire life. Work from home 24/7 so will always be around. Have a bernedoodle and labradoodle who love other dogs. At least 5 walks a day and all the treats. Since I work from home, I normally walk the dogs at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 5pm, and 10pm. Can adjust more or less or an independent walk depending on you needs. I'm always around regardless when I'm watching someone else's pet. 5 walks a day, can do bathing - I don't wash head or ears - I don't risk ear infection due to water getting in. Have a professional pet drying and pet bathing set up in my own home. Dog walks are outside, I keep on the leash and we have a small park and walking trail I use - I prefer to always keep on the leash given the high squirrel and chipmunk population.

About: I have had a dog my entire life, including the past 17 with my rescue dog (aka my roommate), who just passed away in May. Rover has been wonderfully therapeutic for missing Sheba. I have also watched plenty of friends dogs and my nephew dog, who was special needs. I’m currently working hybridly with a flexible schedule, so have plenty of time to spend with animals. I am also available typically on the weekends to cover any trips. I live in a two bedroom condo but in a great area for dogs! Plenty of paths to walk to and a dog park nearby.

About: I've been a dog walker for a year and it's been the most rewarding job I've had thus far. Your dog will be in caring hands while you're away. I'm walking dogs full time in the DMV area so my schedule is open for any dogs who need to be walked or petsit 7 days a week! I will allow your dog to get to know me when I first walk in and sniff me to build their trust. I'll give them lots of love and when they're ready, we'll begin our walk!
