About: I’ve had a dog my whole life! I currently have a therapy dog that works with kids and dog sit for friends and family often! I’m currently available for boarding on weekends. This summer when school is out I’ll be taking daily jobs and providing other services as well. Thanks! I have a large fenced in back yard. I have a friendly, trained therapy dog to play with your dog and keep it company too!

About: I am a stay-at-home Dad and my wife and I both work from home. We have 4 kids and our our own dog. Luna is a Scottish terrier that is middle age. I have been around dogs of all sizes for most of my life and now Rover for over 6 years! We have a good sized fenced in yard. We would like for your dog to be kid friendly. The kids are super good with our dog! Since I am home full time, I have plenty of availability for what you need. Talk to me about your dog and how we can make his or her stay fun and exciting ! We would love to make more doggy friends! This is my mine priority after taking care of the kids. We let the dogs in and out as much as they want during the day. We follow any instructions that are given for pet care. We treat them as we do our own dog. They are free to roam, go in and out as much as they like, and play with the other doggy friends we have. If we are doing drop-ins, we respect your property and leave it in exactly the same state as we arrived.

About: I've been an animal lover and pet owner my entire life and have been in home pet sitting for over 20 years. I will give your pet the attention they deserve on a daily basis. I am happy to accommodate whatever requests you have in order to take care of your pet. I work from home and create my own schedule. So I am available to make in-home visits whenever you need them. I'm also able to accept last minute reservations for care. While I do own six cats, they are able to be separated from other animals that I am boarding in my home. I have a very large backyard, it is unfenced, so I would keep your pet on a leash or lead while outside. I prefer to watch animals in their own home, for their own peace and security. I am happy to do overnight stays if required. I'm very trustworthy and I am completely comfortable with you having cameras in your home while I am there.

About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. Whatever your pet needs, I likely am able and willing to provide.

About: I have been helping with animal care since I was a kid, my friends, family and neighbors have trusted me to help with their animals needs. My work hours are currently from around 6am to 2-3pm, so I would have plenty of time to take care of your pets throughout the day! I have two dogs that like to escape often, so I know how to be cautious when entering or exiting your homes. I would take great care!

I even have great experience with puppies, my family & I bred our last dog twice & I just bred my bloodhound. She gave birth to 10 puppies the first week in July!! I love caring for her & for them! I stick to their routine as best as possible to help them feel at home. In a clients home- I respect your home & your pets routine. Following your instructions very closely. About: I grew up on a farm and fell in love with animals by being constantly surrounded by them! I started doing Rover in July, 2024 and I am loving it! I am currently living in Gardner, KS and am a physical therapy student at KU medical center. I have an 8 year-old female vizsla who is pictured on my profile, but I often take her to my parents house while I board just to make it easier on myself and your pups! I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide your pets with the care that they deserve. I am currently in school Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays but the rest of the days I have completely free! My fairly open schedule makes it easy for me to give your pups lots of care and attention. To me, quality care for an animal means quality time spent with them! This is a skill that comes very naturally to me because I absolutely adore all animals. Making sure that dogs get proper nutrition, physical activity, and loving is very important to me.

About: I have a love for dogs and cats and care about any all animals. I used to have a white chihuahua named Paco who was my baby and would treat your dog/dogs as they were my own. About: I became a foster parent for GPSCA at the end of 2020 after adopting my bubbi with them during the summer. I took care of a mom and 3 puppies as my first assignment, all were adopted! <3 A few months after that, I fostered an older dog who had recently had surgery, who also got adopted after a couple of months with me. I love playing with dogs and getting to know all of their different personalities. My bubbi is an old man who loves to just snuggle and play catch with you. He's all about those TREATS too. Recently promoted to a hybrid job, 3 days in person, Mon-Weds. Unlike before where I was WFH. This would take me away for about 8-9 hours on those days. I know it can be scary for a pet to meet someone new. I like to make any dog I'm pet-sitting feel comfortable in its own environment. Whether that means I just sit there until they are comfy with me or abiding my their normal routine, I don't want them to feel out of place.
