About: (Note: for pet sitting, I am unable to stay overnight in homes due to my own pet needing overnight care. I can come over early and stay later on sitting requests.) I’ve been around animals my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. Currently, I live with a dog, two cats, and a snake, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of pet personalities and care needs. From energetic pups to shy reptiles, I understand that every pet is unique and deserves personalized care. I treat my animals like family and will do the same for yours. I work from home in Roeland Park as a public health professional, which gives me some flexibility. I’m available for quick check-ins or potty breaks during my lunch hour, as well as before and after my 9–5 workday. About: My first dog ever was a mini yorkie. My second was a senior cocker spaniel that I named Frida. And my current dog is a daschund mix named Fergie. I love to give belly rubs and play tug of war or fetch. I’m willing to take your dog to an enclosed park, if they like it. I’m a healthy, physically able woman. I work from home. My own dog has a strict schedule (per her liking) and I can follow your schedule or offer flexibility. About: One of the happiest days of my life was when my parents surprised us with a dog for Christmas as a kid. I have a year of working at a dog daycare under my belt and come from a family of dog lovers (seriously we'll watch entire dog shows together and commentate it the whole time). Even though my dog has recently passed, I am very excited to help care for your dog!!! Currently my schedule is wide open for looking after dogs! Recent college graduate in graphic design, not a great market out there lol... so looking for something to do. Fenced in backyard with plenty of space to roam. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, and love walking around town. My sibling is a dog groomer and is also quite capable at caring for dogs in case I'm not around. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
