About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life. My husband and I currently have 3 cats and 2 dogs of our own - all rescues! We tend to gravitate towards the more challenging types, (older, behaviorally "challenged", or generally the "once you get to know them, they're really sweet" type). I've managed two different Doggy Day Care facilities: one here in KC, and another in White Plains, NY. I've also got years of experience working with dog rescue groups here in KC. Because of all this experience, there's no pet I can't handle. I'm comfortable with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and attitudes! My current full time job is 100% remote, so I'm very flexible when it comes to your pet care needs, (pop-ins or longer stays. As long as you have wifi, I'm good). From my time working in professional pet care, I'm very used to all types of situations. I free-feed my own pets, but I have no problem following your feeding/care schedules, or maintaining a medication regimen.

About: I take my dog (Louie) on walks daily, so I would love to add your dog to our routine! I’ve been dog sitting for 20+ years, in addition to my family always having at least one dog. I personally love smaller dogs. I have experience with rat terriers, cavapoo, yorkies and cavalier king charles breeds. I love pets and think they’re so important to a family! Let me help you keep your pet happy and healthy 😁 I live on the Plaza so I’m in a very walkable part of town, near many parks. I walk my dog in the evenings after work - a quick workout for both of us. We love to walk around Kansas City together! When I’m home, Louie is always right by my side - on the couch, in bed or even while I’m cooking. I crate him most nights and while I’m at work. I live in an apartment so walks are very necessary - we go on at least one a day or we run in my apartment’s dog park. Would love to add your dog to the mix!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, from high energy German Short Hairs to 100 pound labs, I’ve cuddled and handled them all! I’m also a huge cat lover and have cared for pals cats as well as my own. I care for any animal how I care for my own, with patience, love, and attention to the ways they work to speak to us! I’m flexibly available, with proper notice through the summer I can make full time care work. Come the Fall I will have classes but beyond that I can work both weekends and week days! I always care for animals with attention to details. Every animal is different and I would look for guidelines from owners! I believe in leashes outside of the home all the time, including harnesses or muzzles depending on what the animal may require. Checking for potential hazards such as fencing, other animals, plants, poisons, sharps is equally important to me. Ultimately animals throw us curve balls, I feel very comfortable transporting animals for emergency care as well.

About: I’ve loved animals of all kinds since I was a kid! For the last 8 years I have worked as a veterinary assistant working hands on with pets of all kinds including anxious pets, special needs pets, and geriatric pets. I’m comfortable giving medications or following specific directions for pets that need just a little more attention. I of course love pets of all ages whether that’s playing with young pets or giving older pets more accommodations. I’m currently working part-time at an animal clinic, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pet! I go for walks twice daily already and your pet would make a perfect addition! I live in an apartment with my 13 year old cat, Juliet. Juliet is a very sweet cat but will typically hide when other pets are boarded in the home. My apartment is located in the Volker neighborhood with parks and plenty of walking trails nearby. For in home boarding, pets are welcome on my furniture including the bed. I am happy to follow any and all requests for boarding / caretaking inside your home, including giving medications either orally or injectables.

About: I live in west plaza area that is very dog friendly. I have a job that is very flexible and I am looking to do this for extra income but also dogs are my passion so this would be a very rewarding experience for not only the dog but for my self as well . I am respectful responsible consistent and a very nice individual looking to see alot of tail wagging! Flexible have alot of free time so it can always be doable with notice. Communication is key and there wouldn't be any problems I'm easy going consistent and reliable Depends on the wants and needs of the dog. I am like a chamilian and can adjust very well.
