I have trained all of my dogs, helped friends and neighbors with dog training, do all grooming in-home, and I absolutely love caring for furry friends. Emma was absolutely wonderful! She took care of our dogs for almost two weeks, coming to our home every day to feed them, walk them, and make sure they were happy and comfortable. Our dogs absolutely loved her, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She also sent us updates every day, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our dogs. We highly recommend Emma!
Aaron was wonderful helping out with Mav. He came over before the first walk and met Mav in a nice, relaxed way. He spent time letting Mav get to know him and I felt very comfortable with him walking Mav. He came over when he said he would and gave Mav some good exercise on his walk. Jennifer does such a great job of taking care of my pitbull! I work long shifts and she’s able to take him for a walk and potty break when i can’t be home. Cami has been so amazing to our puppy! She has walked him since we got him and has made us feel so comfortable and confident knowing he is getting taken care of. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
