About: I have had dogs and cats from the beginning to the end of their lives. I don't mind cleaning up messes, I had a senior dog that was incontinent so I'm used to it! I'm a pro at giving pets medications as well. I'm extremely patient with special needs, one of my pups is as well. I have a Salon Suite, so I come and go as I please, therefore I can fit in time for your pets almost anytime you need! Whilst visiting with your fur babies, I'll always check water bowls and clean them if needed. I'll check how hot the pavement is before walking them. I love to play with my own pups so I'll love to play with yours too! I'll clean the litter box and play with cats too! If there's a mess made when I enter, I'll clean that too.

Today Miles did a drop-in/get to know Lily better visit before a short weekend trip that I have coming up. I can now say, with 1000% certainty, that I have booked the right pet pro for caring for my senior dog with some special needs! Miles' attention to detail, genuine curiosity about Lily, and passion for pets really shines thru, along with a clear history of professional work with animals. He knows many of her meds and their uses already, and he wants to know about all of her traits, and even some of her less than ideal quirks, so that he can be the best dog walker/house sitter possible. This is a huge unlock for me as an anxious dogmom to an ill senior gal. It allows me to make plans in peace - even finalizing booking for an overseas trip because I am truly convinced that I have a gem ready to give Lily (and her "cousin" Maisy also - a wiley young lab mix who is very different) both great care. Amy was fantastic! She was very patient with my two older cats who did not like being left "behind". She communicated and sent photos each day. She was very flexible as we tried different solutions to get each cat to eat their respective food/meds. Plants were taken care of, as well as mail brought in. Overall, very pleased and the cats look great!

Hannah was punctual and efficient. I needed her help to take my blind dog out a few times during the day. My dog is suffering from a UTI currently so needs a few more trips outside than normal. Hannah also gave Izzy her pills for the UTI. Hannah did a great job.
