About: I grew up with dogs. First, an eighty-pound lab with a five-hundred-pound personality. Then a water dog who swam with me all summer in Lake Michigan. And bulldogs, so many bulldogs. Now my wife and I live in Easthampton with a fifteen-pound walking Beanie Baby we adopted from Dakin. I could not live without dogs, and I wouldn’t want to. I would treat your dog like my own. I work part-time, which means your dog isn't competing with a packed schedule. Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 6:30 pm, I'm available for walks, drop-ins, or simply keeping your pup company. Six years of professional walking taught me a few things. 1) Standard leash only, four to six feet, never retractable. I bring my own, but am happy to use yours. 2) Never rush a dog through a sniff, because that fire hydrant at the end of the block is important information and your dog knows it. 3) Always clean up after them. 4) No AirPods, ever; I’d rather keep an ear out for oncoming traffic and any renegade squirrels. 5) Make walks fun. That means positive reinforcement, goofy voices, and treats for good sits and stays. Treats are on me.

About: I grew up with a dog in my home and as I assisted my parents in taking care of her through the different stages of life, I've gained experience in puppy, middle-aged, and senior dog care. I also have experience in walking multiple (two maximum) dogs at once of different temperaments and ages! Currently, I am a small pet owner (2 guinea pigs!), so I do have an understanding of routine, food portioning, enrichment for pets, etc. For drop-in visits: I can come up to two times a day on Mon/Weds/Fri, and only once on Tues/Thurs. I can do early mornings (between 7-8:30 AM) on Mon/Weds/Fri or anytime after 6:00 PM on most weekdays. For Saturdays and Sundays, I'm available for most of the day! For walks: Walks will be 30 minutes in length. I can only fit in one walk per day, but can do it several times a week. Walks can be in the afternoon, most days after 6 PM Mon-Fri, or in the mornings on Mo/Weds/Fri between 7-8 AM For home visits, I'm happy to provide your pet with whatever they need (food, water, play time, etc.). For walks, I can walk up to two dogs at once. Please let me know if you have any normal routes you take, parks nearby, etc. I will also need to know how they interact with other dogs and people to make it the safest experience for your pets!

About: The family for my last petsit said this: "[Our dog] had nothing but wonderful things to say about you, she was very happy when we got home, that means she didn't feel upset at all. Yay!!! Thank you again!! " I've cared for households with multiple pets, including cats, dogs, multiple cats, multiple dogs, and a combination of the above. I've often had people reach back out to me to sit for them again. I love to follow your instructions as closely as possible to help out your animals with the stress of owner absence. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them. I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put. I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living. Integrity and trust are paramount to me, so you can trust that I will treat your home well and honor any areas you don't want me to be in. I know it's a lot to trust a stranger in your home while you are away -- I am happy to provide references and other information to make you feel safe. You know your pet best, so I pay attention to how you make sure your pets stay inside to keep it that way. I am always happy to text updates and pictures :)

About: My love for dogs and exercise naturally led to the road of pet care giver. I’ve had vast experiences with various dog sizes and ages and loved them all. I have pet sit for neighbors and family friends since the age of 12 and that in fact has made me closer to them. My days have currently opened up and I have plenty of time to walk, pet sit, and play around with your dog. With me, your dog will be the number 1 priority. About: Hi - I'm Andy and during the summer, I grow organic veggies on a farm and in the winter I am a full-time pet caretaker :) I am currently farming part time 8-4 Tues-Thurs and part time baking Friday/Sunday 8-3. I am usually an early riser but can also wake up earlier or stay out later depending on your pet's needs. I've grown up taking care of my own dog, Maddie, a small cockapoo, and also taking care of friends' cats, puppies, dogs, birds, and rodents. My housemate had a cat, MooMoo, when I lived with her in college and it was very fun taking care of her and snuggling. I also have my own baby, Triple, a tabby cat who I love dearly who stays at my place.

About: I've taken care of dogs and homes since I was in grade school, and so have 14 years of pet- and house-sitting experience. You can rely on me for numerous daily walks, active play dates, timely medicine provision, prescribed feedings, and even teeth cleaning. I’ve been a proud dog-owner since birth and currently have a sweet and goofy rescue fur baby (Armando). Rover is my only obligation as of now, as I don’t currently work. I’m an early riser as well as a night owl, so I can walk your pup(s) super early or late ~ and any time in between! My partner and I share a rescue dog in our home, so I’m available to house sit or do overnight stays since he can take care of our dog when I’m gone. Our doggo is super sweet, friendly, and loves other pets!! I have a very safe, gated 1,00 sqft house right off of the Deerfield Beach Island strip. we have a backyard with two permanent leashes so your pet(s) can hang out with me outside in close proximity. In my home your dogs will be allowed on all the furniture. In your home, I will respect whatever boundaries you have in place for your pets :)

About: My household currently contains 2 black cats and a pitbull mix! I live for the chaos and love that animals bring into a home! I have potty trained young puppies, given an inhaler to a stubborn cat and many more things! I have a flexible full time work schedule and I often come home at lunch or work from home to hang out with my pets. I prefer to keep pets in their familiar environment and visit them. I find that reduces stress and allows for me to build a better relationship with the animal.
