About: Raised in a big dog household, comfortable with all shapes and sizes. Always happy to spend time with the most genuine creatures on earth and I'm never afraid of the poop bag. During the week I like to walk early mornings before 8am and after 4pm when I get out of work. On the weekends I'm available all day long! All animals are deserving of genuine care and respect, I will treat yours like my own. While walking I know it's my responsibility to avoid dangerous situation before they happen.

About: ​I grew up with cats, but always found ways to surround myself with dogs, from walking neighbors' pups to helping care for them while they traveled. Growing up with a few independent-minded cats also taught me patience, how to respect their space, and how to create a low-stress, calming environment for all animals. Whether it's dogs or cats, I treat every animal with the highest level of care. ​As a part-time worker with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to give your pets the active care, attention, and companionship they need throughout the day! ​I maintain a safe, stressfree environment tailored to each animal's needs. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life! From being raised with dogs and parakeets, to later expanding my personal knowledge to cats, rabbits, rats, and more, I understand that each pet is as unique as their owner and deserves to have their needs met. Patience and compassion are my keystones to pet care. My experience includes basic grooming, teeth brushing, utilizing a pill-popper tool/giving oral medication, spicy cat maintenance (trust me, I have my own), grumpy dogs, walking, play motivation, anxious pets, and verbal affirmations. Growing up, I trained two of my dogs from puppyhood, as well as converting a feral adult cat to basic training behaviors such as "stay” and even “paw!” I am an extremely quick study and am happy to cater to your pets' specific needs! I currently work 40 hours a week from about 8am-4:30pm, but have plenty of afternoon flexibility and full weekend availability! I am available on Saturdays and Sundays during the day for house/pet sitting, as well as Fridays after 5pm. This care is as tailored as you would like it to be! Based on your preferences and your animal's personality, I am happy to adapt to your family's needs. I can crate your dog, groom your cat, spend time with them in close or far proximity, add meal toppers to their dinners, you name it! Each pet is unique and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible while entrusting them with me.

About: I have experience taking care of pets with varying attachment styles - ranging from anxious, young dogs to elderly, affectionate cats who need lots of attention! I am very adaptable and can match a pet's energy levels well. I appreciate taking the time to get to know a pet in order to build a comfortable bond. I am a local graduate student, I mostly have classes in the mornings during the week and currently have limited responsibilities outside of school, so I have lots of time to dedicate to pet care. I like to learn pets' physical boundaries, so I ease into how I approach playing and petting with them. When I have cared for anxious pets who experience separation anxiety when away from their owners, I focus my care on maintaining a calm environment in the home while making sure they are fed and hydrated.

About: I love animals of all types, I have 3 dogs myself and have animals my whole life. I used to volunteer at a humane society. I believe in trying to give animals the best life possible. I will make your pet fit into my schedule multiple times a day. I work full time but can schedule a head of time to make sure all of your pets needs are fulfilled. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for my 3 dogs. I walk them at a minimum one time a day (depending on the weather) and also make sure I make time to play with them as well.

About: I've loved and cared for dogs for most of my life, and currently have a Chihuahua mix named Chico and a cat named Frankie. I'm a good-hearted and easygoing person excited to spend my free time with some lovable pooches! Chico is an 11-year-old rescue, who loves ice cream and burying himself in blankets. Frankie is a snoozy indoor cat, but loves playing with Chico occasionally. For all of my bookings, I like to provide lots of attention to each pet, and create a comfortable environment for them. I’ve had a ton of fun with the pets I've met so far, and I would love to meet some more furry friends and owners soon! I currently work from home full time in the healthcare industry. I am looking to offer sitting services in my free time, but can likely be flexible with my schedule. Safety for all pets is my biggest priority, whether they are my own or yours. I’m open to any information that would make your pets feel more comfortable, and would love to answer any questions during a meet and greet before a service.

I've often had people reach back out to me to sit for them again. I love to follow your instructions as closely as possible to help out your animals with the stress of owner absence. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them. I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put. I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living. Integrity and trust are paramount to me, so you can trust that I will treat your home well and honor any areas you don't want me to be in. I know it's a lot to trust a stranger in your home while you are away -- I am happy to provide references and other information to make you feel safe. You know your pet best, so I pay attention to how you make sure your pets stay inside to keep it that way. I am always happy to text updates and pictures :)

About: On my third birthday, a litter of puppies was born in on my kitchen floor. Best present ever! There have always been dogs in my life ever since. I've learned a great deal from them. I can't imagine my life without dogs. As a result, I have an expansive knowledge of dog breeds, training, psychology, and an ever-growing love of animals and understanding of their needs. I have even whelped a litter of puppies on my own. And in 2020, dog walking was how I paid the bills. The anxiety of having someone new care for your fur baby is something I have also suffered from. Pictures and pupdates of your furry friend I am more than happy to provide. Let me know what would put your mind at ease. My work schedule is flexible. I do freelance photography. Which, I guess, makes dog walking a good fit. I have cats at home, which I love and snuggle every day💕 I used to walk dogs professionally when I lived in Boston so I have experience with a lot of different types of people and homes and pets. I do my best to treat another person's home with respect, as if it were my own. Having used Rover for my own pets, I understand that trust is a two-way street and I would never want to jeopardize that.
