About: Hi, I'm Julissa (joo-lee-sah)! I am 31 years old and have had pet dogs for my entire life. I used to volunteer at a shelter walking dogs and completed the orientation that went over recognizing animal body language. I am basically the designated pet sitter for my family and have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes (and some cats and small animals). Petsitting has become my main work at the moment, so I will be available as needed for any bookings to check in, play, feed, walk, and care for your pets. I regularly pet and house sit for friends and family and can adjust to the routines your pets are used to. I am always careful to follow any directions provided and make sure any gates, harnesses, leashes, etc. are secured. I do require meet & greets before confirming any bookings, not just to make sure your pets are fine with me, but so that pet owners and I can get a feel for each other as well and make sure we're all a good fit!

Thank you again!! " I've cared for households with multiple pets, including cats, dogs, multiple cats, multiple dogs, and a combination of the above. I've often had people reach back out to me to sit for them again. I love to follow your instructions as closely as possible to help out your animals with the stress of owner absence. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them. I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put. I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living. Integrity and trust are paramount to me, so you can trust that I will treat your home well and honor any areas you don't want me to be in. About: I've loved and cared for dogs for most of my life, and currently have a Chihuahua mix named Chico and a cat named Frankie. I'm a good-hearted and easygoing person excited to spend my free time with some lovable pooches! Chico is an 11-year-old rescue, who loves ice cream and burying himself in blankets. He is a little guy but has tons of energy, and loves to make friends with all people or other dogs. Frankie is a snoozy indoor cat, but still loves playing with Chico when they are together. On all of my bookings, I like to provide constant attention to your pet to ensure they have as much care as possible. With the pets I've met so far, it was always a ton of fun hanging out with them, and I would love to meet some more furry friends and owners soon! I currently work from home full time in the healthcare industry. I am looking to offer sitting services in my free time, but can likely be flexible with my schedule. About: I have my own rescue pup moose of 5 years; he didn’t come trained and he’s a big boy so we worked on basic commands, house training and walking on a leash! I have also been fostering regularly with an agency since 2022. I have worked with dogs of all ages coming into my home; puppies, adults and seniors. We work on house training and basic manners as many of these dogs have never lived inside a home. Watching each dog grow and learn has easily become my favorite part of fostering. Since I have my own dog, I am unable to stay overnight if you need house sitting services, but I’d stay all other times, just leaving to let me own dog out for a potty break. I work full time at a school so my hours do revolve around that, other than that I am available to meet you and your pups needs.
