About: I have hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets every day in my own home. I currently care for three dogs—a Pomeranian, a Husky/Lab mix, and a Chihuahua/Yorkie mix—so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. My responsibilities include feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, administering basic care, and making sure they receive plenty of love and attention. I also care for three parakeets and maintain a fish tank, giving me experience with birds and aquatic pets as well. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I’m committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care while keeping owners updated for peace of mind. Hi, I’m Lunah! I’m currently a senior in college pursuing degrees in Sociology, Psychology, and Criminal Justice. As a lifelong animal enthusiast, I understand that pets are family and deserve dependable, compassionate care. I currently have three dogs—a Pomeranian, a Husky/Lab mix, and a Chihuahua/Yorkie mix—along with three parakeets and a freshwater fish tank. Over the years, I’ve also cared for a rabbit and reptiles, giving me experience with a wide variety of animals. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve cared for my nanny family’s cat, so I’m comfortable providing care in clients’ homes and following each pet’s unique routine. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, active playtime, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing with companionship, I’ll provide personalized care tailored to their needs. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and stress-free experience while keeping your pet’s routine consistent. I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and communicative, and I’ll always send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I provide plenty of attention, affection, and exercise based on each pet’s personality and energy level!

“I had Molly come to the house a few times during this past week and Molly was wonderful with Benny, she arrived on time, follow my directions with Benny, left me detailed messages about the visits. I had a weird schedule and she was able to accommodate us. We really appreciate it! And I also got lots of pictures, This was my first time using Rover we’re grateful for Molly, I will definitely have her services again.”

“Joseiris did a fantastic job! She was extremely prompt and attentive to detail, and my kitties adored her. One of my cats in particular is usually quite shy with new people, and sitters have a hard time getting a pic of him to send me. But he was fully playing with her, I got many pics! They can clearly sense that she's their friend. I'll definitely be hiring her again!”
“We were unsure of using a service at first, but let me just say, Amy and Lily took away any doubts. We were thrilled with the care Amy and Lilly took of our girl, the daily updates and photos put this doggy mommy's mind to rest knowing the old girl was in good hands. We will definitely use this service again, and highly recommend Amy for any of your pet sitting needs, if she can put the bounce back in our 16yr old Cocker Spaniel she can handle anything. Amy went well above our expectations and we could not be happier.”

About: I grew up with cats, dogs, turtles and fish. I would dogsit for my neighbor from a young age, this included when they got old and had special food needs and the need for frequent bathroom visits, which I also cleaned up when needed. With my own dogs, I grew up caring for them and taking them for walks throughout the day. I enjoy playing with both cats and dogs, and getting the extra exercise! I am mainly interested in providing boarding and walks. I work full-time during the week but in the evenings and on weekends, I have the ability to provide plenty of attention, frequent walks and feed on a timely basis. I have a fenced yard with space for them to roam or run, crate and toys available for your pets. Smoke free home. Safe neighborhood. Close to parks and walkable areas.

“Kayla was so good with my cats! I could tell they really liked her... She had to feed them 3 times a day and there is a little more to it than just putting down 2 plates of food. Kayla sent me pictures of them at every feeding...this made me feel so good! I will definitely use Kayla again!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, from growing up with a Labrador to caring for my own pets. With five years working in a grooming salon, I’m experienced in meeting the needs of all dogs, such as playful puppies, adult dogs, and seniors alike. I’m passionate about providing attentive, reliable care tailored to each dog’s personality and health. I’m currently a part-time PetSmart employee and a college student, which means I have weekday afternoons available for pet care. Weekends aren’t always ideal, but I’m happy to discuss arrangements and see what’s possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their usual routine so your pet feels comfortable and secure. This includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, bathroom breaks, and of course lots of love and attention. I’m attentive to each pet’s needs; whether it’s helping a puppy burn off energy, giving extra patience to a shy dog, or offering gentle care for seniors. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.
“Went away for a few days to spend time with family for the holidays. Eryn stop In and checked up on my two dogs (feeding, watering, playing, letting outside and cleaning up after them.. Eryn did an excellent job and would use again and highly recommend!”

“She was by far the best care taker we have used on rover. She took our drop in at the last minute and stayed the entire visit, was extremely attentive to the dogs, was clear with her communication and understanding our needs and did exactly as we asked. She even went above and beyond getting the dogs back in as they were being a little apprehensive about going back inside. Would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be using again.”

“Alexandra was reliable and took great care in making sure the cats were taken care of as we discussed. She cleaned everything up nicely very communicative and again in a heartbeat! Thank you!”

“Ace is an incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and caring sitter. We booked her to care for our two older cats and she was so communicative and kind to the little guys. One of our cats needs a subcutaneous injection daily, and she did a wonderful job delivering it - even when he was being difficult. I couldn’t recommend Ace enough, and am definitely going to book her again in the future.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - West Springfield
Deborah was amazing and took fantastic care of my cats. It was such a relief to know that they were well taken care of while I was away and she went above and beyond not only with them but with other areas around the house as well. She was great at keeping in touch and providing photos. I felt safe leaving my fur babies with her and would 1000% recommend.

I cannot recommend Wen enough. My husband and I were gone for a few days, and Wen came in twice a day to feed our 2 cats. He fed them and played with them and sent photos of them looking very content. He cleaned the litter box and he did some additional chores around the house. He even encountered an unexpected crisis and he was able to avert that without a problem. We missed them terribly, but we were comforted by the fact that Wen was taking such good care of them.

Joseiris was amazing , thanks to her I was able to enjoy my vacation. She was always on time and giving me updates. She followed the instructions, was respectful and went beyond to make sure my cats were good. She is amazing 100 % recommend her and I will use her services again. I'm sure my cats love her!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
