“We boarded our dog, Guinness, with Heather and Norman for two days, and they were absolutely wonderful! Heather and Norman were sweet and took excellent care of Guinness. They took him for walks and even sent us photos. It was clear that Guinness and their dog, Zeus, got along so well and had a great time playing together. Now that he's home, Guinness seems sad and misses Zeus. We will definitely use Heather and Norman's services again. Highly recommended!”

“I booked sort of last minute and wasn't able to make a meet and greet happen (though Abigale kindly offered) and I felt totally comfortable dropping my Bernie off. I got plenty of updates while away and plan to use them again! Bernie was well cared for! And their home is lovely! Thank you!”

“This was an amazing experience! It was my first time using this app and it will definitely not be the last! My dog loved her and her family and I cannot thank her enough? We will be boarding with her again soon!”

“Caitlin and her family took incredible care of our dog! She has stayed with them in the past and loved the accommodations AND the TLC! Caitlin provided a few photos while we were away, which only further assured us our pet was being well taken care of! Thanks again!”

“I needed a last minute boarding for my dog Enzo, as my family and I were going out of town. I found sandra on rover and she was available. We met the morning we drop of our dog Enzo. Sandra’s pleasant personality and lovely home gave me a sense of comfort and that my dog Enzo was gonna be good taken care of. she took really good care of Enzo, sent me pictures and video and I knew Enzo was confortable and happy . I really recommend Sandra and will use her service again for future boarding. Thank you so much Sandra ,”

“Novelette was amazing with Brody. She was very informative and sent me pictures of her interactions with him. She even began working with him because he likes to pull during walks. I appreciate her love and attentiveness to Brody. I’m definitely booking again!!”

“Chris is the perfect dog sitting. She was caring and intuitive to Charlotte’s needs. Charlotte’s care was like a doggie vacation. She had walks, playtime and a new friend to play with. Charlotte was made to feel comfortable within Chris’ home. Also, I enjoyed glimpses of her visit via photos/ videos. It was a great experience. Thank you, Chris”

“If Arthur could write this review himself he would. He has had a few sleepovers with Amy and Mayzie. Every time he arrives he sprints to her door with tail wagging and pure joy. When he gets back home it’s KO. Snoring like he ran a marathon and had the time of his life doing it. I would trust Amy again, and again. 🐾”

“Jan and Russ were AMAZING with my pup! They made sure to keep me updated while I was away on an extended weekend and it’s the first time I left Bowden for such a long amount of time. They really made me feel comfortable about my decision to board him for my trip! I will absolutely be using them in the future! Thank you both so much!!!”

“Lissette was absolutely wonderful with my two big dogs! This was the second time I've used her for in-home boarding, and once again, she exceeded my expectations. My dogs genuinely seem to enjoy their stay with her, which gives me so much peace of mind when I travel. I really appreciate being able to leave them in a home environment instead of a kennel or boarding facility. They get the daily interaction, attention, and comfort they're used to, and I get to relax knowing they're being treated like part of her family. Lissette is also incredibly flexible with pick-up and drop-off times—she honestly couldn't make the process any easier. Communication is great, and it's clear she truly cares about the dogs in her care. I'm so grateful to have found someone I trust with my babies, and I look forward to continuing to book with her whenever I need overnight care. Highly recommend!”

“Summer is the best of the best. She took such good care of our two pups and when one of our pups arthritis started to act up, she loved him and took care of him like he was her own. She was absolutely incredible and we will most certainly be rebooking and I would highly recommend Summer to watch anyone’s pups.”

“Allison Nicole (and family) were lovely with Georgie. It's the first time she stayed at someone's house overnight, so I was nervous. We communicated a couple of times. Georgie was nervous at first, but then settled in well. Thank you Allison Nicole!”

“Amy took wonderful care of our kittens, sent regular updates, played with them, and clearly loved them! She made traveling so much easier knowing our beloved kitties were in great hands. She will definitely be our go-to sitter, couldn’t recommend any more highly!”

“Five stars isn’t enough. Our cat Felix absolutely fell in love with Eryn. He was relaxed, happy, and clearly adored while we were away. We got great updates, thoughtful care, and came home to a very content boy. Truly exceptional experience — we’ll be booking again without hesitation.”

“Joseiris is our favorite sitter! I've writer previous reviews saying how diligent and detail-oriented she is. But I will add that my kitties can sometimes be sneaky and difficult (and both need medications), and when needed she puts in the extra time without question to make sure they get everything they need, even when they make it difficult! I trust her 100% with their health & safety when I'm not around, and she always leaves the house clean & neat.”
“Victoria was fantastic. Very responsive made herself available came as requested asked questions when needed and took care of my little kitty cats while I was gone for a few days thank you Victoria!”

I have less experience with cats, but have house sat several cats-making sure to follow their feeding schedule and cleaning out their litter box. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I worked with children 6 weeks to 5 years old for over 12 years. Which means I have lots of patience, love, and understanding. About: Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, from growing up with a Labrador to caring for my own pets. With five years working in a grooming salon, I’m experienced in meeting the needs of all dogs, such as playful puppies, adult dogs, and seniors alike. I’m passionate about providing attentive, reliable care tailored to each dog’s personality and health. “I had Molly come to the house a few times during this past week and Molly was wonderful with Benny, she arrived on time, follow my directions with Benny, left me detailed messages about the visits. I had a weird schedule and she was able to accommodate us. We really appreciate it! And I also got lots of pictures, This was my first time using Rover we’re grateful for Molly, I will definitely have her services again.”

“I was lucky to find this wonderful family right before heading out on vacation, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very start, communication was clear, prompt, and professional. They were reliable and stuck to the agreed schedule, which I truly appreciated. My dog a 5 month old Standard Poodle who’s a giant ball of mischief connected with them right away. It’s clear they have tons of experience and, most importantly, a genuine love for animals. I had originally booked someone else who canceled last minute with a silly excuse… but honestly, I’m glad it happened because it led me to the right people. They deserve all the stars. Highly recommend!”

“Deborah went above and beyond taking care of my 3 cats while we were away. Sent daily messages and pictures and even cleaned up after the cats when it wasnt explicitly asked of her. I had peace on my trip knowing she was taking care of the cats while we were away. I would HIGHLY recommend Deborah for anyone needing animal care while away. She was quite attentive to them.”

“Alexandra was reliable and took great care in making sure the cats were taken care of as we discussed. She cleaned everything up nicely very communicative and again in a heartbeat! Thank you!”

“This was our first time using Rover.com and Adara worked out great for us and for our dog Ziva. Adara has very good communication and followed through with all arrangements. She was happy to do a meet & greet with us before we hired her. We were very relieved that she was so nice and Ziva liked her immediately. We had to go out of state for a funeral and we couldnt take Ziva. Adara took away the worry we would of had. This was a great first try with Adara and Rover.com. :)”

“Audrey is so good with our cats and leaves the best pictures for us. She gives us detailed feedback while she visits and I always know they are in good hands with her.”

About: PLEASE READ 🐾 Hi! My name is Kyla, and I’ve been providing pet care through Rover for the past few years. I absolutely love animals and have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I’ve also had dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your fur babies. I’m currently a college student at Westfield State University and also work at Baystate Health. I provide pet care through Rover part-time and do my best to accommodate each pet’s individual needs and routine. I offer boarding in my home, where your pet will be treated like part of the family! While I do work outside of the home, my boyfriend is typically home when I’m at work, so someone will usually be around to give your fur baby company, attention, potty breaks, and lots of love. This also means they won’t have to spend long periods of time alone. I also offer dog walking and other pet care services. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal feeding, walking, sleeping, and medication routines, as well as any special instructions you provide. Your pet’s safety and comfort are extremely important to me. I want you to feel comfortable knowing your fur baby is being loved and cared for while you’re away. ❤️ For initial meet-and-greets, I may bring someone I trust with me for safety reasons AVAILABILITY My availability varies depending on my college and work schedule. I currently attend Westfield State University and work at Baystate Health, but I still have plenty of availability for pet care! I keep my Rover calendar up to date, so the availability shown on my profile is current. If you have any questions about specific dates or times, please feel free to message me. For boarding, when I am at work, my boyfriend is typically home, so your fur baby will have someone around to provide attention, potty breaks, and company. 🐾 DOG WALKING I’m comfortable walking dogs of all different sizes and can walk multiple dogs when appropriate. Please let me know beforehand how your dog behaves around other dogs and whether they have any leash reactivity. If your dog does best on their own, that’s completely okay! I can make sure their walk is one-on-one.

“Thank you so much for your understanding and care. She had such a great time and slept all the way home. Wish you lived closer because I know Mei would love to visit again. She is so shy and you really became friends fast. You are the best!”

“Sarah is very attentive to my dog! She has made her very welcome and my dog has adjusted very well. I am very glad to have a safe and comfortable place to leave my dog while I am at work. Sarah is wonderful!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Karen. She watched my 9 week old puppy and provided me with updates. Karen was also flexible. I had to change my drop-off and pick-up time during one of the days that she watched my puppy; and Karen made it work for me. I's super thankful.”

About: Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. As a lifelong dog lover and work-from-home professional, I’ve created a cozy, peaceful space where pups can feel right at home while their humans are away. I only host one dog at a time (unlike many petsitters), so your pup will be treated like family and get my full attention (and all the belly rubs they deserve). I specialize in anxious pups who do not like being with other dogs and do not like being alone - I keep my pup clients as close as they like and give them as much attention as they prefer. My husband and I have two children, 8 and 10 years old, who are very gentle and loving with dogs. We treat our guest pups like they were are own while they’re with us! All our doggy guests are welcome to make themselves at home—on the couch, in the sunny spots, wherever they’re happiest, I do not confine them to one room/zone of the house - no pet gates here! I have a large, unfenced backyard with a dog run for zoomies and potty breaks and we love getting out for walks too. I also have experience with senior dogs and administering medications, so if your pup needs a little extra TLC, they’re in good hands. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy home-away-from-home where your dog will be loved and spoiled, I’d love to be their sitter! Please note: unfortunately we have an allergy in our home to short-haired shedding dogs and can only accept long-haired (hypoallergenic) dogs :) I'm home all day to spend time with your pup and treat them like they were my own! My goal is to make your dog feel like they’re still at home, ensuring they experience joy and companionship until you return. I will send regular updates and photos to reassure you that your furry friend is thriving and enjoying their time. We have a large un-fenced backyard with a run hooked-up for your pup to spend lots of time outside. We also love to take walks down our street and at the local park. If your pup has some leash aggression with other dogs, we can walk them in our large private backyard to ensure they get exercise but without the stress other dogs may cause. If they’re house trained they do not need to be crated unless it’s their preference. In the house, I allow our doggy friends on furniture (unless you specify otherwise) and in all rooms of my home. They will not be separated in a different room or crated, unless you specify otherwise.
“This was my first time booking with Vassu. Vassu was wonderful with my dog, Maddie. Maddie enjoyed her large fenced in yard, including discovering her dog door. Maddie was also spoiled with walks, dog toys, and the company of Vassu's dog Ninja. Vassu shared pictures with me through out Maddie's stay. Vassu was professional and made my first time experience with the Rover App a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely use Vassu in the future. Maddie and I thank Vassu, Ninja, and her family for all the love you gave her while she stayed.”

“Amazing experience! Paul was awesome with communicating and sending regular updates/pictures! She was very well taken care of while she stayed with him and his family in their home. You can tell Paul is an experienced dog professional and I felt at ease my entire vacation! He pooped my 3.5 year old girl out! When I picked her up she was excited to see me but when we got home she laid on the couch and started to snore!! Her days were filled with adventures! I wholeheartedly recommend Paul. Your dog will be in good hands :)”

“Okay, I am sorry. Cannot find another way to leave message on Rover. FYI, there is no "3-dotted icon in the upper right corner of the upcoming tab so that I can modify a booking." As Novelette & I discussed this week, I will not need daycare on August 10, 13, 24,27, and 31, or September 3. This is a combination of her and my vacation weeks and will be a rare exception to our regular Monday & Thursday schedule. Thank you for your attention, and here is my review: "Bruce loves visiting Novelette and is making a great adjustment there. She is very warm, nurturing, and responsive to his needs. We could not be happier with how things are going so far. Thank you!"”

“Russ and Janet were delightful! They took very good care of Jack. And, they were so hospitable I felt like we had made new friends. The conversation was very nice 😊”

“Katie and her family were an absolute dream! I couldn’t be more pleased with how attentive and caring they were towards our puppy. I highly recommend Katie! I wish we lived closer to use her again! Thank you, Katie!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and they are part of family. They just make everything better. We have a Bernese Mountain dog of our own who is a very spoiled guy I currently work at home and my office window looks right into yard so if the pups are outside playing I can see them at all times. I have a fenced yard. They are pretty much allowed to roam the whole house. Sleep on the bed, couch, wherever is comfortable for them
“We left our puppy with Destanie to care for the day, so that we could celebrate a birthday. This was our puppies' first time away from home and our puppy wasn't fully accustomed to new people, new dogs, new surroundings and new routines yet, so both our puppy and we were a bit nervous about leaving him for the day. But Destanie did a fine job of addressing all our anxieties and our puppy was very well cared for. We received periodic pictures of our puppy throughout the day to reassure us that he was happy and having fun, so we could focus on just having our own fun with the birthday events. I would gladly recommend Destanie as a dog care provider and I would use her services again.”

About: I’m a CTRS and I have trained my dogs one of which is a a therapy dog that at times I will take to work. I normally do at least 15 minutes of training with my pups! I have a fenced backyard and a bunch of toys. The day starts off going for a walk around the block then I let the dogs run outside in the back. After that they come inside to relax and eat breakfast. I let them play in the house and sometimes chill out with their bone always supervised. 😊

She made sure he got everything he needed, followed all of my instructions, and gave me peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. It’s obvious she genuinely enjoy working with dogs, and Milo came back happy and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend her and will be continuously using her walking services. Thank you for taking such great care of my boy!”

About: All my life I’ve had a variety of different animals all including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, etc. You name it, I have owned it. In some time spans all at the same time. I would love to take all this experience that I was fortunate enough to obtain throughout the years and bring it to your home! I am currently enrolled at the Western New England University. At the time being as I am on summer break I am looking for something to do to take up all this newly acquired time. As well as make some extra money to go towards my tuitions. Since I have a love for animals I thought this was the perfect opportunity for me. At the moment I currently have 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits and a cocktail. As you can imagine yes they can certainly be a handful but I couldnt imagine my life without them. Each and everyone being on a schedule of their own which is always never a problem.

About: I’m a Special Education Teacher who just adores dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I have two dogs of my own, and, until recently, a beautiful cat. I know it can be difficult to leave your pets in the care of others. Rest assured, they will be well taken care of and happy. Since I’m on summer break, my schedule is very flexible during the months of July and August. Once school is in session, I will be available most weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays. I have two dogs of my own, so I would not be available to board or pet sit overnight. I am available for walks, drop in visits, day visits, meal times throughout the day. I would be respectful of your home and loving and attentive towards your pet.

About: When I was young, 4 or 5 years old, I'd go with my grandparents when they took care of the neighborhood animals - cats, dogs, and sheep. I really enjoyed their Siamese cats that they adopted from neighbors down the road. When I was 10, my family got Maxx - a Golden Retriever/Samoyed mix. He became diabetic and needed insulin shots later on, and I helped administer those. After I became an adult, I adopted 2 cats with a partner. When we split, I took the cat that had bonded with me and cared for her until she passed at age 18. She developed thyroid disease and it took me a while to figure out how to get her meds in her, but I did and she had a much higher quality of life. I also switched to feeding her Gerber baby food (she preferred that brand over Beechnut, I'm not kidding) when she started to get even fussier about her food. Before that I helped care fore my grandparents' Siamese - I would microwave small chunks of hamburger for him and give him subcutaneous water treatments at home, and he ACTUALLY sat quietly and patiently during the treatments, the vet couldn't believe it! **I particularly enjoy, and excel at, working with older pets, pets with special needs, and shy or skittish pets.** As of right now, pet care fits into my schedule quite easily. I am currently pet-/house-sitting full time, and greatly enjoying meeting all types of pets and their humans! I care for pets in their homes, staying with them. My priority is getting emergency contact numbers, and procedures in case of emergency. I follow pets’ normal daily routines as closely as possible, and make sure to give them plenty of love, attention, exercise, play, and socialization.
About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my deep dedication to providing personalized care tailored to each pet's needs. I have hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets, from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing extra attention and patience. I excel at establishing a safe, nurturing environment that helps pets feel comfortable and loved in their owners' absence. Beyond standard pet care, I bring exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pets maintain their routines, whether it's administering medication, feeding on a precise schedule, or providing stimulating activities to keep them happy and healthy. What truly makes my services unique is that I view pet care as not just a job but an opportunity to serve the community. As a mother of two teenagers, I involve my children in learning how to responsibly care for animals under my guidance. This helps them understand the value of compassion, empathy, and giving back to others by treating pets with the same love and respect we would our own family members. Together, we aim to provide peace of mind to pet owners by treating their furry family members as our own. Pet care is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily and weekly routine. As someone who juggles multiple responsibilities, I prioritize creating a structured schedule that allows me to provide attentive, consistent care to the pets I look after. Each day, I plan my tasks around the specific needs of the pets in my care, ensuring their feeding, walks, playtime, and any special requirements—like medication or grooming—are handled on time. My flexibility and time-management skills allow me to accommodate even last-minute requests, providing peace of mind to pet owners with busy lives. Incorporating pet care into my routine has also been an invaluable way to teach my children about responsibility and compassion. They often assist me with simple tasks under my supervision, giving them a sense of community involvement while allowing me to maintain a high standard of care for each pet. This integration of pet care into my daily life isn’t just a responsibility—it’s a passion that aligns perfectly with my desire to make a positive impact on both pets and their owners. Caring for pets in their own homes is a responsibility I take very seriously. I strive to provide a seamless experience that maintains the pet’s usual routine and ensures their comfort and safety in a familiar environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I begin by thoroughly understanding their specific needs, including feeding schedules, exercise preferences, playtime activities, and any medical or behavioral requirements. I ensure that every detail is followed precisely to keep pets happy and stress-free. During each visit, I prioritize interactive care, whether that’s engaging in their favorite games, taking them for walks, or simply providing companionship. For pets requiring additional attention, such as seniors or those with special needs, I bring patience and care to ensure they remain calm and comfortable. I also treat my clients’ homes with the utmost respect. I maintain a clean and organized space, follow any provided instructions, and ensure the home is secure when I leave. My goal is to not only care for the pets but also provide peace of mind to their owners, knowing their furry family members and home are in trusted hands.

About: My very first job was working with dogs. I’ve always had a passion for the fur babies! I have a 5 year old pit bull who absolutely loves making new pup friends and a 12 year old daughter who adores all animals! I work Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm but make sure your fur baby is tended to before and after work just as I do my own :) I have a fenced in yard which helps make sure they have lots of space for running around. During the daytime hours while I’m away, the dogs are kept safe in separated areas of the house but are always left with a comfy bed, food and toys. The dogs have free roam of the house during the day and are either kenneled (if crate trained) or separated when not being watched directly. Dogs are let out in the fenced in yard multiple times a day and are given tons of attention :)

Thank you!”

About: I’m a CTRS and I have trained my dogs one of which is a a therapy dog that at times I will take to work. I normally do at least 15 minutes of training with my pups! I’m off Sunday Monday and Tuesday fully, and my partner is off Saturday. My day starts off walking my dogs then letting them outside to play. Your dog would be apart of that. I have a fenced backyard and a bunch of toys. The day starts off going for a walk around the block then I let the dogs run outside in the back. After that they come inside to relax and eat breakfast. I let them play in the house and sometimes chill out with their bone always supervised. 😊
“Adam was fantastic! Quick and clear communication from the initial message all the way to pick up. Adam was very friendly and has an immaculate house, so I felt very comfortable leaving my dog for the long weekend. His dog Rocky was friendly as well and was a great playmate for my dog Max. I will definitely be booking with Adam again!”
