“Katie went above and beyond in every aspect! She took care of my 2 kitties in my home for 2 weeks, coming over 2x a day, making sure they had all care provided plus plenty of playtime and cuddles. She responded to my booking request and messages quickly, did troubleshooting with Rover support on my behalf when I had issues with booking, sent great photos and detailed care summaries while I was away, offered to pick up necesities to make my return home easier...she even offered to drive over when my car needed a jump when I returned home to a dead battery in my car! I was very nervous leaving my kittens for 2 weeks, but she instantly made me feel at ease during our meet & greet: attentive, asked good questions, and she followed through with remembering all my verbal instructions when I forgot to leave behind a printed summary of care instructions. My kittens can have separation anxiety and haven't interacted with many new people--they instantly took to her (even the spicy one) and I loved seeing the many photos of her having a good time with them. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care. Next time I'm out of town, I will absolutely be booking Katie again!”

About: Hi! My name is Kayla, and I’m an Animal Science student with professional experience caring for dogs and a lifetime of experience caring for cats. I offer care in client’s homes through drop-in visits, walks and extended drop-ins. I spent 2 years working at a dog rescue, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning kennels, exercising dogs, monitoring their health and behavior, and helping nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable. Working with rescue dogs taught me how to read body language, stay calm in new situations, and provide patient, compassionate care. I’ve also been a cat owner since I was eight years old and have had four cats throughout my life. My senior cat became disabled later in life, so I have experience with medication, grooming, litter box care, and adapting routines for pets with special needs. That experience gave me a special place in my heart for senior animals and pets who need a little extra patience. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. As a full-time Animal Science student, I schedule pet care around my classes and keep my availability updated on Rover. I only accept bookings I can fully commit to, and once I accept a booking your pet becomes a priority. I offer reliable drop-in visits and dog walking, and I’m happy to spend extra time with your pets when needed to make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I provide care in my clients’ homes through drop-in visits, walks, and extended drop-ins so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, exercise needs, and any special instructions. I always treat my clients’ homes with respect, make safety my top priority, and provide regular photo and message updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: All my life I’ve had a variety of different animals all including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, etc. You name it, I have owned it. In some time spans all at the same time. I would love to take all this experience that I was fortunate enough to obtain throughout the years and bring it to your home! I am currently enrolled at the Western New England University. At the time being as I am on summer break I am looking for something to do to take up all this newly acquired time. As well as make some extra money to go towards my tuitions. Since I have a love for animals I thought this was the perfect opportunity for me. At the moment I currently have 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits and a cocktail. As you can imagine yes they can certainly be a handful but I couldnt imagine my life without them. Each and everyone being on a schedule of their own which is always never a problem.

About: I've loved and cared for dogs for most of my life, and currently have a Chihuahua mix named Chico and a cat named Frankie. I'm a good-hearted and easygoing person excited to spend my free time with some lovable pooches! Chico is an 11-year-old rescue, who loves ice cream and burying himself in blankets. Frankie is a snoozy indoor cat, but loves playing with Chico occasionally. For all of my bookings, I like to provide lots of attention to each pet, and create a comfortable environment for them. I’ve had a ton of fun with the pets I've met so far, and I would love to meet some more furry friends and owners soon! I currently work from home full time in the healthcare industry. I am looking to offer sitting services in my free time, but can likely be flexible with my schedule. Safety for all pets is my biggest priority, whether they are my own or yours. About: Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, from growing up with a Labrador to caring for my own pets. With five years working in a grooming salon, I’m experienced in meeting the needs of all dogs, such as playful puppies, adult dogs, and seniors alike. I’m passionate about providing attentive, reliable care tailored to each dog’s personality and health. I’m currently a part-time PetSmart employee and a college student, which means I have weekday afternoons available for pet care. Weekends aren’t always ideal, but I’m happy to discuss arrangements and see what’s possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their usual routine so your pet feels comfortable and secure. This includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, bathroom breaks, and of course lots of love and attention. I’m attentive to each pet’s needs; whether it’s helping a puppy burn off energy, giving extra patience to a shy dog, or offering gentle care for seniors. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.
