“Great with my dog, communicative and knowledgeable!”

About: Your furry and leafy friends are in great hands! I specialize in meticulous care for senior pets and love meeting furry friends of all ages. With hands-on experience tending to an elderly dog as well as my own granny cat, I understand the patience and attention to detail required for their well-being. I’d be thrilled to care for your dog or cat! Bonus: As a plant parent of over 50 indoor plants (it’s a problem), I know how hard it can be to find care for your chlorophyll companions 🌵 if you need your green companions cared for alongside your pets, I’ve got you covered! I work a remote job with flex time based in another time zone, so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to pet care. Having used Rover for my own cat’s care, I know it can be daunting to have a stranger come into your home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my priorities, and I ensure a secure, loving environment while respecting your home. Expect thorough updates and thorough documentation!

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my genuine love and dedication to each pet’s well-being. I bring a deep understanding of obedience training, careful medication and feeding administration, socialization awareness, and expert dog handling and leash skills to make sure every furry friend feels safe, happy, and truly loved in my care. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because, as a college student, I have the flexibility and heart to dedicate real time to fur babies. Their happiness, comfort, and well-being are a true priority for me, and caring for them brings so much joy to my everyday life. I care for pets in their own home by building a foundation of safety and trust. I deeply respect the boundaries you set for your fur baby and ensure I know exactly where everything is, and where I should and shouldn’t go. This creates a warm, secure environment where your pet feels comfortable and loved.

“Super helpful with a last minute request.”

About: Growing up, I took care of my family's two dogs: a Labrador named Molly and a rescue mutt named Abby. In 2015, I cared for my first ever cat, a stray off the streets of Olympia, WA. I am now the parent of two Dakin cat rescues, Jinks and Pamparam. 🐱🐾 I work a full-time hybrid position. I am available before of after work to care for your pet. On my WFH days, I am available around noon. I am comfortable handling dogs and cats for harnessing/leashing, feeding, medication administration (oral medication only). I love taking long walks at a brisk pace and can handle high energy dogs.

“Juliana is an amazing dog walker! She took her time with Otis, took lots of pictures during the walks, cleaned his water bowl, and even brought a portable water bowl with her. She gave him breaks as needed and treated him with treats after the walk. Otis had a fantastic time!”

“Amber was so good with Rosie during our meet & greet and on their walk! Very reassuring!”

About: It might sound funny to say I have 26 years of pet care experience, but I’ve truly never known a life without animals. I grew up in a family where dogs and cats were part of the family, not just pets. Over the years, we’ve loved pugs, labs, terrier mixes, a cavapoo with epilepsy, rottweilers, dobermans, a brussels griffon, and an American bulldog. For a time, we even had bearded dragons and rabbits….every animal had a special place in our home! I’ve also had the joy of caring for households with both senior pets and energetic young ones, making sure each one got the attention and care they needed. These days, I live in Northampton with my sweet orange American Shorthair cat, Zora. Caring for animals has always been a part of who I am, and I’d love to bring that same care and love to your pets too. I’m currently a PhD candidate, and during the summer months my schedule is much more flexible, as I’ll mainly be focused on researching and writing my dissertation. I’m truly lucky to have the privilege of being adaptable with my time, which allows me to adjust to the needs of each family I work with When caring for pets, safety and trust are always my top priorities. When I’m visiting a client’s home I create a calm, secure environment where animals can feel comfortable and cared for. I take the time to learn each pet’s individual routines, preferences, and any special needs they might have from medication schedules to favorite toys. I follow the owner’s instructions closely and keep communication open with frequent updates, photos, and check-ins. I know how hard it can be to be away from your pets, so I make it a priority to be as communicative and reassuring as possible, giving you peace of mind while you’re apart. My approach is gentle, patient, and attentive, making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and stress-free while you’re away.

“Molly made a great impression on us and we felt very comfortable with her . Our puppy is a bit skittish but warmed up to Molly pretty quickly.”

About: I treat every pet like family, with experience in puppy training, senior care, and administering medications. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to keeping pets happy and safe. My husband and I both work from home, so your pet will have constant love and attention. Our friendly dog Ruby loves having company, and we take regular leashed walks and have safe areas nearby for outdoor time. In my home, pets get lots of attention, playtime with Ruby, and regular leashed walks. At a client’s home, I can stop by every 8 hours to provide feeding, potty breaks, and companionship—always making sure your pet feels safe and cared for.

About: I grew up showing, training, and grooming dogs, and now channel that love into teaching agility and trick dog classes and working with my own Shetland Sheepdog. Each dog has their own way of navigating the world, and I love finding that unique communication and supporting what they love and do best. I am ready to walk, care for, and pamper however you and your pup see fit. Playtime is a daily necessity, and communicating and meeting your dog's needs is an around-the-clock must. For some dogs, that need is endless scratches, for others, just a roommate to have in the house, and for a few (like my dog), it is learning new tricks and using their brain constantly. I do work a job that often requires me to be out of the house for 6 hours a day. With my dog, I typically schedule longer playtime in the morning when it's cool outside, and then indoor training and play when I come home. Please keep this in mind when considering overnight care. Having had my dog boarded, I understand the stress of leaving your family member in another person's care - Even if it's just for an hour walk or check-in! I send regular picture and text updates, with a detailed run-down of our time together.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was old enough to care for my pets growing up, from German Shepards to chihuahuas! I currently have 3 cats also that rely on me to feed them, and care for them! I’m currently a stay at home mom with a very open schedule! I find animals very therapeutic, so I’m looking to help take care of your pets, give them a ton of love and give me something to do while also making some extra money for my family! We do live in an apartment but it has a fenced in yard, I often walk to the park down the street with the kids so we could take your pet along with us! Our neighbor downstairs has a friendly dog who could be a play mate! I have 3 cats, I can easily crate your dog if needed. My house is a free for all if your dog is allowed on your couch then they allowed on mine too🥰

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, birds and all breeds of animals since I was young. I love animals and the light they bright to our lives- who doesn't want their fur-baby cared for and safe while we’re away?!? With years on hands on experience in a veterinary office, I have become well versed in grooming (nail trims, bathes, brushing), behavior and medication administration. Each day I learn more and more about our furry friends and how to give back to them, so they can continue to give their love to us:) I am available to watch pets generally on Sundays, Mondays and most Wednesdays after 1-2pm. Though if a time is requested in which my services are needed, I'm more than happy to make another time work for your schedule! I like to keep pets healthy, happy and mentally stimulated. This means paying with their favorite toys, going on (leashed) walks, and following the feeding schedule in which you've established for your pet! It’s important to maintain their familiar routines.

About: Pets have been members of my family all my life. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds and smaller caged animals. Rabbits gerbils etc. Punctually Responsible. Lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom of two. Reliable and attentive. Your pets will feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I treat every pet like family. I have a fenced yard and two small friendly dogs to keep your pets busy. Lots of toys and a pet pool to keep them cool on hot days

About: I love all dogs but have a special spot in my heart for puppies and can do some training for you while they are in my care. I am currently retired so I am very flexible. I have a 3 year old mixed breed that is very well behaved and loves to play with other dogs. I will treat your pet as if they were my own. We have over 30 acres surrounding our house with many walking trails. I love to walk!

About: I have had small animals and a dog, and have cared for dogs, cats, horses, and fish. I am completely in love with all creatures big or small, and I've dedicated a lot of my time to the care of animals. I have recently worked at a dog boarding facility, so I have lots of experience with administering medication to animals, and tending to their specific needs. Me and my family are all super passionate about animals, especially dogs. I will love your baby just as much as I love my own, and make sure all their needs are met. My weekdays are not typically very busy so I can come and take your dog for a walk or play with your cats pretty much any time, given enough notice. Thank you so much for considering me to care for your best friend! I try to vary my jobs so my schedule changes often, but always ask! I am currently getting my BSN at HCC, but time management is no problem for me :) I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have a big field to the side of my house that my dog runs around in. I'm sure your pets will enjoy running with him. In terms of taking care of pets in my client's homes, I treat their belongings with utmost care and tact. I would definitely dislike anyone messing with my house, so I try to treat other people's houses with the same respect I would expect them to treat mine with. "leave everything as you found it or better"

About: I've lived in households with pets since I was born. I have assisted in training two labrador puppies, and trained a sick kitten to use the litter box. I am passionate about understanding your animals and their individual needs, as I know every pet is different and special. I am currently a full-time student at Hampshire College. I only have class three days a week this semester and a car, so I am able to easily fit drop-in visits into my daily schedule. I first and foremost follow any rules that the owners give me. Whether this is specific timing of feeding or not allowing the dogs on the furniture, I always follow these rules to a tee. Secondly, I try to respect a pets boundaries. If a cat doesn't like to be touched, I will not chase the cat down to pet it, I will respect what it wants to do so it continues to feel safe in its house.

About: My first responsibility I had as a 4 year old was feeding our family dog, Shannon. Since then, I not only helped feed, walk and care for my own pets, but have helped others as well. Whether it was classroom fish, or boisterous double-dog walks, I always love making a pet's day brighter. I take pets' well-being seriously and like to do all I can to make your pet feel at home and worry-free in your absence. During the school year, I have limited availability during evenings and weekends. During the summer and school vacations, I am available weekdays, weeknights, and on most weekends. I offer drop-ins for cats, dogs, bunnies, and other small animals. I also offer dog walking. I am an avid athlete so I am happy to take on energized dogs who like long walks. I have experience administering oral medication and injections.

“Isabel was great - very communicative and responded quickly to all my messages. I will definitely reach out to her again when we need someone to walk our energetic dog!”
