About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life! From being raised with dogs and parakeets, to later expanding my personal knowledge to cats, rabbits, rats, and more, I understand that each pet is as unique as their owner and deserves to have their needs met. Patience and compassion are my keystones to pet care. My experience includes basic grooming, teeth brushing, utilizing a pill-popper tool/giving oral medication, spicy cat maintenance (trust me, I have my own), grumpy dogs, walking, play motivation, anxious pets, and verbal affirmations. Growing up, I trained two of my dogs from puppyhood, as well as converting a feral adult cat to basic training behaviors such as "stay” and even “paw!” I am an extremely quick study and am happy to cater to your pets' specific needs! I currently work 40 hours a week from about 8am-4:30pm, but have plenty of afternoon flexibility and full weekend availability! I am available on Saturdays and Sundays during the day for house/pet sitting, as well as Fridays after 5pm. This care is as tailored as you would like it to be! Based on your preferences and your animal's personality, I am happy to adapt to your family's needs. I can crate your dog, groom your cat, spend time with them in close or far proximity, add meal toppers to their dinners, you name it! Each pet is unique and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible while entrusting them with me.
About: I love animals of all types, I have 3 dogs myself and have animals my whole life. I used to volunteer at a humane society. I believe in trying to give animals the best life possible. I will make your pet fit into my schedule multiple times a day. I work full time but can schedule a head of time to make sure all of your pets needs are fulfilled. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for my 3 dogs. I walk them at a minimum one time a day (depending on the weather) and also make sure I make time to play with them as well.
“Sarah did great job taking care of my two kitties, and sent very reassuring updates and cute photos every visit. I really felt like they were in good hands the entire time I was gone.”

“Kira was a star sitter! All 3 visits were accomplished on time and above and beyond our standards! Her picture updates kept our mind at ease that our babies were in good hands! Handled the puppies mess with quickness and professionalism, again above our expectations! She was on time, attentive, trustworthy, and honest! Very knowledgeable on all types and walks of pups! We cant wait to book her again! 10/10”

About: Raised in a big dog household, comfortable with all shapes and sizes. Always happy to spend time with the most genuine creatures on earth and I'm never afraid of the poop bag. During the week I like to walk early mornings before 8am and after 4pm when I get out of work. On the weekends I'm available all day long! All animals are deserving of genuine care and respect, I will treat yours like my own. While walking I know it's my responsibility to avoid dangerous situation before they happen.

“Kaylee has just finished a week of visits to take care of my two cats. This is her second stint for me. Very happy at the attention to detail. She even left food for the squirrels! (if I forget they find the bag themselves!) Thank you Kaylee above and beyond.”

“Alissa was awesome! She was kind, communicated clearly throughout the process, and did a great job with our very anxious pup. We're so grateful that she was able to take care of him while we were gone, and I would definitely recommend her!”

“Rachel has been such an amazing help with our two cats, especially now that our senior cats requires daily pills. It’s such relief to know that when we go away we know for sure he will get his medications with Rachel. I’d highly recommend her, and will definitely be booking with her again as needed!”

“Kayla is a great communicator. She is very kind, and she is patient with our puppy. She clearly loves animals and is very reliable when it comes to providing care.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of care, consistency, and attention I give to every pet. I don’t just stop in to complete tasks—I take the time to understand each animal’s personality, routine, and comfort level so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. I have experience with a variety of needs, including puppy care and basic training reinforcement. I can help maintain potty schedules, crate training, and simple commands, keeping things consistent so your puppy continues learning even when you’re not home. I’m also very comfortable with senior pet care, providing a slower, more attentive approach. I pay close attention to mobility, behavior, and any special routines to make sure older pets stay comfortable and stress-free. In addition, I’m detail-oriented and reliable. I carefully follow feeding schedules, instructions, and any special care requirements, and I always make sure your home and your pet’s space stay clean and well-maintained. Above all, I treat every pet like they’re my own—giving them patience, attention, and genuine care rather than just supervision. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule around visits to ensure pets are fed, exercised, and given attention at consistent times. I’m reliable, flexible, and able to accommodate morning, afternoon on weekends and can provide full evening care, making sure each pet gets the time and consistency they need. For safety and trust, I always follow owner instructions carefully, keep environments clean and secure, and pay close attention to any changes in behavior or health. I treat every home with respect and make sure pets are always in a safe, comfortable environment. tailor my care based on each pet’s routine and the specific service requested, whether it’s drop-in visits, walks, or extended stays. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping everything as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I’m also attentive to litter box or yard cleanup, administering medications if needed, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. I respect your home, keep things tidy, and always make sure doors, gates, and pets are secure before leaving. No matter the setting, my goal is to provide consistent, reliable care so your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.
“Hallie did a wonderful job taking care of our two cats. I would absolutely hire Hallie again. She sent photos each visit and kept us well informed each day about the cats. She was in regular communication.”

Paisley is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind Leaving Charlotte for the day is difficult but knowing that Paisley will be dropping in puts my mind at ease. 100% recommend her!”

About: It’s so hard to be away from your pup but having friends come in to visit and play makes the day feel not so long. I have had dogs my whole life. I just love their individual personalities. I typically work Monday through Friday and can pop in for an early morning visit and breakfast or stop by for a longer visit and dinner after work. My schedule is flexible so running over midway is possible if necessary. Weekends are generally wide open. I would like to work with you to meet your needs. I have 2 pups and 3 cats at home that love extra attention, playing and quiet snuggles. Nice long walks or a trip to the dog park could be a fun adventure. For cats, some scratches along the jaw line or kitty fishing can be an engaging way to interact.
“Natalie was great! Communicated with us throughout, sent lots of pictures, and wrote thoughtful, entertaining updates for each visit. We hope Natalie will be available next time our cats need a sitter!”

About: On my third birthday, a litter of puppies was born in on my kitchen floor. Best present ever! There have always been dogs in my life ever since. I've learned a great deal from them. I can't imagine my life without dogs. As a result, I have an expansive knowledge of dog breeds, training, psychology, and an ever-growing love of animals and understanding of their needs. I have even whelped a litter of puppies on my own. And in 2020, dog walking was how I paid the bills. The anxiety of having someone new care for your fur baby is something I have also suffered from. Pictures and pupdates of your furry friend I am more than happy to provide. Let me know what would put your mind at ease. My work schedule is flexible. I do freelance photography. Which, I guess, makes dog walking a good fit. I have cats at home, which I love and snuggle every day💕 I used to walk dogs professionally when I lived in Boston so I have experience with a lot of different types of people and homes and pets. I do my best to treat another person's home with respect, as if it were my own. Having used Rover for my own pets, I understand that trust is a two-way street and I would never want to jeopardize that.
