“Love James (and Rachel if needed). I'm totally relaxed when I have to leave since I know my dog is being taken care of by caring and trustworthy people. Great Rover representatives.”

“Brianna was great with our two energetic huskies, walking them every day for almost two weeks. She was conscientious, responsible, and finally we have someone we can trust our dogs with. Great job.”

About: All my life I’ve had a variety of different animals all including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, etc. You name it, I have owned it. In some time spans all at the same time. I would love to take all this experience that I was fortunate enough to obtain throughout the years and bring it to your home! I am currently enrolled at the Western New England University. At the time being as I am on summer break I am looking for something to do to take up all this newly acquired time. As well as make some extra money to go towards my tuitions. Since I have a love for animals I thought this was the perfect opportunity for me. At the moment I currently have 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits and a cocktail. As you can imagine yes they can certainly be a handful but I couldnt imagine my life without them. Each and everyone being on a schedule of their own which is always never a problem.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life and genuinely love being around animals. I currently have two golden retrievers and a cat of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I have experience watching both dogs and cats for others and always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet like family — honestly, I like animals more than humans. I work full time, but I’m only a couple minutes from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m able to come home during the day when needed and can also work remotely at times, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and two friendly dogs to help keep your fur baby company if they enjoy socializing. I can easily crate your dog if needed and am comfortable caring for animals of all breeds and sizes. Pets are welcome on the furniture and bed because we believe they deserve to feel at home and loved while you’re away. My husband and I both have so much love to give, and we’re always happy to provide cuddles, attention, and companionship if your pet enjoys affection.

Drop-in Visits: a 30 minute visit for potty breaks, playtime, feeding & lots of love 🫶🏻 Walks: a 30 or 60 minute neighborhood walk tailored to your dogs energy level and routine 🦮 Adventure Walks: an extended outing to local trails, parks, or other dog friendly spots for extra exercise and enrichment 🐾 Pet Sitting: Available on a limited basis for established clients. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are being well cared for.
About: I've worked with cat, dogs, and exotics for over 30 years in my home and caring for friends' and relatives' companions. My personal experience is expanded on with my professional experience in wildlife care volunteering and animal husbandry in a zoo. With my broad animal experience of all ages, walking, feeding, training, and medical needs fall into my day to day routine and would guarantee the highest level of care for your furry family member. I work part time, so have plenty of free time to dedicate to the needs of my clients and work around their schedules. I am available early mornings and late nights, and can work around jumping in during midday for whatever a client may require In my client's home I make sure no corner goes unchecked, verifying not only did the required care happen but take extra steps to clean up any unaccounted for messes, log discrepancies with food consumption or waste, and give extra time for socializing. I understand not every pet trusts immediately, so meeting the companion on their level is vital. I am willing to adapt my care and time spent to make sure both the companion and the client are comfortable with me in their space.

“So far so very good! This is my first experience with a puppy and Paisley has provided valuable advice and has helped me so much. Paisley is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind Leaving Charlotte for the day is difficult but knowing that Paisley will be dropping in puts my mind at ease. 100% recommend her!”

“I had Molly come to the house a few times during this past week and Molly was wonderful with Benny, she arrived on time, follow my directions with Benny, left me detailed messages about the visits. I had a weird schedule and she was able to accommodate us. We really appreciate it! And I also got lots of pictures, This was my first time using Rover we’re grateful for Molly, I will definitely have her services again.”

About: I worked in a dog daycare facility and have provided many services. I have experience feeding , giving medication, bathing and trimming nails. I have loved dogs all my life but have never had the chance to own one so I do my best to provide quality care and love to any dog I see. I am going to be doing some schooling so I will balance school work with my rover work as well as I can by leaving some days closed off so I can focus on my schoolwork. To start I am only going to be doing walks and drop ins to get used to how the river life works but will probably eventually provide all services.
About: Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, from growing up with a Labrador to caring for my own pets. With five years working in a grooming salon, I’m experienced in meeting the needs of all dogs, such as playful puppies, adult dogs, and seniors alike. I’m passionate about providing attentive, reliable care tailored to each dog’s personality and health. I’m currently a part-time PetSmart employee and a college student, which means I have weekday afternoons available for pet care. Weekends aren’t always ideal, but I’m happy to discuss arrangements and see what’s possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their usual routine so your pet feels comfortable and secure. This includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, bathroom breaks, and of course lots of love and attention. I’m attentive to each pet’s needs; whether it’s helping a puppy burn off energy, giving extra patience to a shy dog, or offering gentle care for seniors. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.
About: The family for my last petsit said this: "[Our dog] had nothing but wonderful things to say about you, she was very happy when we got home, that means she didn't feel upset at all. Yay!!! Thank you again!! " I've cared for households with multiple pets, including cats, dogs, multiple cats, multiple dogs, and a combination of the above. I've often had people reach back out to me to sit for them again. I love to follow your instructions as closely as possible to help out your animals with the stress of owner absence. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them. I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put. I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living. Integrity and trust are paramount to me, so you can trust that I will treat your home well and honor any areas you don't want me to be in. I know it's a lot to trust a stranger in your home while you are away -- I am happy to provide references and other information to make you feel safe. You know your pet best, so I pay attention to how you make sure your pets stay inside to keep it that way. I am always happy to text updates and pictures :)

I currently have a 7 year old dog and have had several dog’s growing up as well as many relationships built with other dogs in my life. My schedule is fairly open. Aside for stand alone appointments or commitments. Many mornings, midday open. Weekends, and evening also possible. Many cases I am able to accommodate last minute and special visits. I am always asking questions to make sure I know how the dog is cared for; including products, toys, feeding, eliminating , sleeping etc. It’s important that a dogs day to day is maintained while the family is away. Even if this is just for a walk or a visit,

Above all, I treat every pet like they’re my own—giving them patience, attention, and genuine care rather than just supervision. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule around visits to ensure pets are fed, exercised, and given attention at consistent times. I’m reliable, flexible, and able to accommodate morning, afternoon on weekends and can provide full evening care, making sure each pet gets the time and consistency they need. I’m also attentive to litter box or yard cleanup, administering medications if needed, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. I respect your home, keep things tidy, and always make sure doors, gates, and pets are secure before leaving. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Ludlow
This was our first time using a pet sitter on Rover so we were a little nervous about it going in, but Jess was fantastic! She took amazing care of our pets while we were gone, kept great communication with us, sent us good pictures of the pets that my kids loved to see. She was attentive to detail in any changes that she noticed on our pets while we were away, she followed all instructions for feeds and care. Jess is awesome. We would love to have her care for our pets again in the future.

Though the drop-in visit wasn't successful, James and Reichel were fantastic through the entire process. After the first meet and greet on Monday Reichel came by again on Friday, on her own time and at her suggestion, just to try to make Dessa more comfortable. Well, Dessa is an 11ish year old German Shepherd who was found as a stray a year ago, and it's only been a month since I adopted her (from SC to MA). She's still settling in at home, tentative but usually eventually okay with strangers. Friday's quick visit went great, but today she wasn't up for something unfamiliar, and that's understandable. If she gets more comfortable with people over time, I will 100% return to James and Reichel when needed. Excellent communication all along the way, and they truly understood and cared for Dessa, even though she wasn't nearly so friendly in return 😆

I am so glad that I booked with Seth. He truly loves animals and treated my pup as if she were his own family’s pet. He engaged her in playtime and much needed cuddles. Seth is dependable and trustworthy. I appreciated the updates and pictures he sent faithfully after each and every visit. I will definitely have Seth care for my furry family again! THANKS for a job well done!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter.
