About: Hi! I’m Mia, a full time professional pet care provider with over five years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. Before starting my own pet care business, I spent five years working at a professional dog daycare and boarding facility, where I worked my way up to Assistant Manager. That experience gave me extensive hands on experience with everything from puppies and seniors to high energy dogs, shy or nervous pets, multi-pet households, and pets with individualized care needs. Today, pet care is my full time job. I love getting to know each pet individually and becoming someone they’re genuinely comfortable and excited to see. I take their routines seriously, pay attention to the little details, and tailor each visit to what that particular pet needs that day. I primarily provide weekday dog walks and drop in visits, along with vacation care for dogs and cats and limited overnight care. Because I work professionally in pet care rather than fitting visits around another job, I’m able to maintain a consistent schedule while still giving each pet the time and attention they deserve. I currently care for a wonderful group of regular weekly clients throughout the Palmer and Wilbraham area, along with pets I see for occasional and vacation care. I believe great pet care should feel as normal and stress-free as possible for your pet. I’ll follow your routines and instructions closely, keep you updated, and make sure your pet gets care that actually fits them, whether they’re ready to go the second I walk through the door or need a little extra patience to warm up. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, and needs so they can feel as comfortable and stress free as possible while you’re away. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are being well cared for.

About: I have volunteered at a couple of local animal shelters over the duration of 2 years for multiple hours a day! While I only have a certain amount of professional experience, I also own 2 domestic long haired cats who I’ve raised for the last 4 years. I specialize in cat care on a private setting and dog care on a professional setting. I have many available days within my weekly calendar to fit pet sitting and pet walking into my schedule. Weekends are completely open with weekdays having limited availability. Weekdays: Anything after 3:30 PM! Weekends: Complete open availability! I currently own two beautiful domestic long haired cats. Their daily routine consists of a strong high moisture diets, supplements that cater to their needs, rotation of toys when under supervision, 100% cat safe toys when unsupervised, cat scratchers, fur and dental care, routine vet visits, litter box scoops multiple times a day, and more.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 for family, friends and the people that I nanny for! Whether it was last minute drop up or way an advanced I always made sure I was there! For the month of September I am working part time 12pm 5pm. Morning I am free evening I take my daughter to Girl Scout and dance but if you ever need someone later in the evening I can do it ! About: I've loved and cared for dogs for most of my life, and currently have a Chihuahua mix named Chico and a cat named Frankie. I'm a good-hearted and easygoing person excited to spend my free time with some lovable pooches! Chico is an 11-year-old rescue, who loves ice cream and burying himself in blankets. Frankie is a snoozy indoor cat, but loves playing with Chico occasionally. For all of my bookings, I like to provide lots of attention to each pet, and create a comfortable environment for them. I currently have a 7 year old dog and have had several dog’s growing up as well as many relationships built with other dogs in my life. My schedule is fairly open. Since I worked from home during the day, I was primarily responsible for his daytime care, including walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, and making sure he received plenty of attention. About: I’ve spent plenty of time around my neighbor’s dog walking, feeding, and cleaning up after him. I’m comfortable with strong pullers and I’m not fazed by mud, rain, or a dog who needs a minute to warm up to me. After every visit you’ll get a photo and a short recap: how the walk went, whether they ate, anything that seemed off. I’m new to Rover, so I’ll be upfront: no training certifications yet. What I do have is wide open availability, a phone I actually answer, and a free meet and greet before any first booking so you can see how your dog reacts to me first. I’m available throughout the week for walks and drop-ins, plus weekend mornings — Saturdays and Sundays before noon are always open. My part-time work schedule comes out on the weekend, so once I have it I update my Rover calendar and can tell you exactly which days I’m free for the week ahead. If you need something regular, message me and we’ll lock in the days that work. I care for pets in the client’s home, so my goal is to keep your dog’s normal routine intact and leave everything exactly as I found it. For walks: I confirm the leash and harness setup with you first, stick to the route and pace your dog is used to, keep them leashed the entire time, and always clean up. I bring water on warm days and check paws before we head back in. For drop-in visits: fresh water, food or treats exactly as you’ve instructed, potty break, and some play or company depending on what your dog likes. I’ll also do the small things bringing in mail, turning a light on if you ask. Either way, you’ll get a photo and a short recap after every visit, and I’ll text you right away if anything seems off. I follow your instructions on doors, locks, and keys exactly, and I don’t have anyone else with me on a booking.

About: The family for my last petsit said this: "[Our dog] had nothing but wonderful things to say about you, she was very happy when we got home, that means she didn't feel upset at all. Yay!!! Thank you again!! " I've cared for households with multiple pets, including cats, dogs, multiple cats, multiple dogs, and a combination of the above. I've often had people reach back out to me to sit for them again. I love to follow your instructions as closely as possible to help out your animals with the stress of owner absence. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them. I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put. I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living.
