Safety, trust & environment

I have a semi fenced large yard in the suburb area. I have two runs set up in the backyard, both allowing plenty of freedom. I have one dog, Digby. He is a mixed King Charles Cavalier spaniel and poodle. Digby is 6 years old and about 30lbs. He is sort of timid around other dogs but once he knows everything is safe, he loves to play! I live with my mother and my father.

A typical day

A typical day would look like lots of physical and mental stimulation, including walks and potential play in the park. We could play tug all day, catch in the park, or just loaf around after a good walk!

Pet care experience

I graduated in 2018 from Umass Amherst with my Bachelors of science Pre-veterinary medicine. I have worked as a technician as well as a veterinary receptionist in animal hospitals. I am confident handling most animals, livestock, birds, dogs, cats and I have amateur skills with reptiles and horses. I took a small animal CPR course and can administer medications. I have personally owned 3 dogs, a bird, and many fish throughout my life.

Ginger enjoyed Alison's visit, and Alison kept in touch with us as well. We look forward to having he come see Ginger in July.

Quincy absolutely adores Alison. He arguably loves her more than me. Alison is fantastic with my dog and he can be a prickly little guy. I received so many great photos! It was super easy to talk to Alison and make adjustments to my reservation. I will certainly be rebooking with Alison.

Alison is legitimately the best pet care provider I have EVER had. My cat fell completely in love with her. Every picture, Frannie was interacting with Alison. Keep in mind that Alison and Frannie were strangers to each other. Frannie was sitting in Alison's lap making biscuits on day one. Alison sent so many great photos and responded so quickly to all of my messages. When I got home the litter box was clean and the floor was clean. She literally vacuumed up all of the tracked litter. She was at our house caring for Frannie exactly when she said she would be, and I know this because we have a ring doorbell. I have already rebooked for our next trip.

Ali took fantastic care of my lab!! She was attentive to his needs and gave him lots of love. I am extremely impressed with her professionalism as well. She made sure to keep me updated on his day activity and sent lots of pictures. I would recommend her to anyone with any size dog!
