About: I cared for a Maltese as part of my daily routine for over two years. Since I worked from home during the day, I was primarily responsible for his daytime care, including walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, and making sure he received plenty of attention. He has since moved back to China, and I truly miss having a dog around every day. That’s one of the reasons I joined Rover—I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and would love the opportunity to care for yours. About: Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, from growing up with a Labrador to caring for my own pets. With five years working in a grooming salon, I’m experienced in meeting the needs of all dogs, such as playful puppies, adult dogs, and seniors alike. I’m passionate about providing attentive, reliable care tailored to each dog’s personality and health. I’m currently a part-time PetSmart employee and a college student, which means I have weekday afternoons available for pet care. Weekends aren’t always ideal, but I’m happy to discuss arrangements and see what’s possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their usual routine so your pet feels comfortable and secure. This includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, bathroom breaks, and of course lots of love and attention. I’m attentive to each pet’s needs; whether it’s helping a puppy burn off energy, giving extra patience to a shy dog, or offering gentle care for seniors. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

“We have only been away from our fur babies one time in all of the years that we have had them. They are both rescues and came from horrific pasts. The one time that we were away, a familiar family member stayed overnight with them. That being said, the decision to leave our fur babies (and our home) in the care of someone who was unfamiliar to them and us was a very stressful and uncomfortable feeling. After reading/reviewing numerous profiles and talking to/meeting with a few potential sitters, we were blessed to meet Georgia. We felt it was a perfect fit, on our end, shortly after she arrived at our home for the initial visit. Watching how Georgia interacted with our high energy and anxious dogs was heartwarming. Also, the fact that she was not bothered by Gunner's tearing/suckling of his blanket (which he has done since we rescued him and prior due to his anxiety) was a relief. Gunner and Zohie (as well as myself) immediately picked up Georgia's calmness and friendly nature. Georgia was extremely patient and open with me while I bombarded her with question after question and detail after detail about our dogs. At the end of our first meeting, I nervously asked Georgia if she thought she would want to take the responsibility of caring for our dogs and home while we were away. When Georgia said she was willing to take care of them, it was such a relief. Then I asked Georgia to come and spend more time with them/us again, prior to the overnight. She said, "Yes, of course!" and I felt that we had hit the jackpot! Prior to and during the stay, Georgia responded quickly to my numerous messages/questions/check ins. She sent us pics and kept us updated. When we returned home, our house was exactly as we left it and the dogs behaved as though we were not away. This made us feel as though they were comfortable and relaxed with Georgia while we were away. Georgia is truly invested in building relationships with pet owners as well as the pets. It is clear that Georgia cares about her responsibilities, loves animals, and takes this position seriously. She is a true gem and we are already talking about going away again very soon.”

About: I’ve spent plenty of time around my neighbor’s dog walking, feeding, and cleaning up after him. I’m comfortable with strong pullers and I’m not fazed by mud, rain, or a dog who needs a minute to warm up to me. After every visit you’ll get a photo and a short recap: how the walk went, whether they ate, anything that seemed off. I’m new to Rover, so I’ll be upfront: no training certifications yet. What I do have is wide open availability, a phone I actually answer, and a free meet and greet before any first booking so you can see how your dog reacts to me first. I’m available throughout the week for walks and drop-ins, plus weekend mornings — Saturdays and Sundays before noon are always open. My part-time work schedule comes out on the weekend, so once I have it I update my Rover calendar and can tell you exactly which days I’m free for the week ahead. If you need something regular, message me and we’ll lock in the days that work. I care for pets in the client’s home, so my goal is to keep your dog’s normal routine intact and leave everything exactly as I found it. For walks: I confirm the leash and harness setup with you first, stick to the route and pace your dog is used to, keep them leashed the entire time, and always clean up. I bring water on warm days and check paws before we head back in. For drop-in visits: fresh water, food or treats exactly as you’ve instructed, potty break, and some play or company depending on what your dog likes. I’ll also do the small things bringing in mail, turning a light on if you ask. Either way, you’ll get a photo and a short recap after every visit, and I’ll text you right away if anything seems off. I follow your instructions on doors, locks, and keys exactly, and I don’t have anyone else with me on a booking.
