“Katie went above and beyond in every aspect! She took care of my 2 kitties in my home for 2 weeks, coming over 2x a day, making sure they had all care provided plus plenty of playtime and cuddles. She responded to my booking request and messages quickly, did troubleshooting with Rover support on my behalf when I had issues with booking, sent great photos and detailed care summaries while I was away, offered to pick up necesities to make my return home easier...she even offered to drive over when my car needed a jump when I returned home to a dead battery in my car! I was very nervous leaving my kittens for 2 weeks, but she instantly made me feel at ease during our meet & greet: attentive, asked good questions, and she followed through with remembering all my verbal instructions when I forgot to leave behind a printed summary of care instructions. Alison is legitimately the best pet care provider I have EVER had. My cat fell completely in love with her. Every picture, Frannie was interacting with Alison. Keep in mind that Alison and Frannie were strangers to each other. Frannie was sitting in Alison's lap making biscuits on day one. Alison sent so many great photos and responded so quickly to all of my messages. When I got home the litter box was clean and the floor was clean. She literally vacuumed up all of the tracked litter. She was at our house caring for Frannie exactly when she said she would be, and I know this because we have a ring doorbell. I have already rebooked for our next trip.
