After my retirement from the military, I work from home doing freelance digital analytics. Since I’m home every day, my kitten receives the pampering of a lifetime. My hours are also completely adjustable since I’m a freelancer, so any time of day would be great for me to check in on your furry friend!

About Alexis N.
Communication
Safety, trust & environment
My priority is your cat’s comfort in their own home. If they want to hide, that’s fine by me! If they want to play, I’ve got the energy to match them! Respecting the owner and the animal’s space is always at the forefront of my mind when it comes to animal care.
Information Alexis N. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know the general energy levels of your pet before booking! I am disabled myself post military service and admittedly cannot run the way I used to. Your pet’s needs come first!
A typical day
A typical day with your pet is truly up to them! If they’re feeling energetic, I’ll do my best to keep up with them. If they want to lounge on the floor, I’ll sit nearby. If they want all of the pets in the world, they’ll get all of the pets in the world! My goal is always to read your pet’s body language and follow their lead, especially in their own home.

Full time kitty connoisseur!
Cat care experience
I’ve been raised with cats for my entire life. My old gal, Shylo, has lived with feline dementia for around 5 years. She’s almost 15 and doing great! I’ve had her since she was less than 1 year and we’ve truly seen each other at our highest and lowest. Her feeding and medication schedule has been managed by me and taught me a lot about the patience that comes with elderly cats. My kitten, Isotope, is nearly 1. He came into my life when he was 8 weeks old with an injury that required amputation. I loved him with 4 legs and I love him with 3. His recovery was demanding but I would move mountains for my little guy. There was a huge adjustment period with how he is able to play compared to a typical cat, but he’s the most rambunctious fella you’ll ever meet!
Reviews

I will definitely be booking Alexis for all future Sushi watchings :) I could not be more happy about the experience!!! And thank you so much for the hand drawing photo of sushi and the note. You are an amazing person and so happy to have connected with you!

Alexis was an amazing cat sitter! My cat has severe asthma and requires a daily inhaler, and Alexis handled his care with ease. I was able to go out of town completely worry free because I knew my cat was in great hands. Alexis is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about animals :)
We are so happy to have chosen Alexis to take care of our very loved cat while we were away. Not only does Alexis have experience and a genuine love for cats, she is also reliable, responsible and communicates daily leaving us feeling very comfortable while away. We highly recommend her knowing that she provides outstanding care !
Alexis is a remarkable caregiver with a deep, intuitive connection to animals. Whether it's the intensive care required for a kitten post-amputation or working personally with my Frenchie, they handle every situation with love and professionalism. Their background with horses and cats makes them a versatile and highly capable sitter for any pet owner.
