“Katie went above and beyond in every aspect! She took care of my 2 kitties in my home for 2 weeks, coming over 2x a day, making sure they had all care provided plus plenty of playtime and cuddles. She responded to my booking request and messages quickly, did troubleshooting with Rover support on my behalf when I had issues with booking, sent great photos and detailed care summaries while I was away, offered to pick up necesities to make my return home easier...she even offered to drive over when my car needed a jump when I returned home to a dead battery in my car! I was very nervous leaving my kittens for 2 weeks, but she instantly made me feel at ease during our meet & greet: attentive, asked good questions, and she followed through with remembering all my verbal instructions when I forgot to leave behind a printed summary of care instructions. My kittens can have separation anxiety and haven't interacted with many new people--they instantly took to her (even the spicy one) and I loved seeing the many photos of her having a good time with them. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care. Next time I'm out of town, I will absolutely be booking Katie again!”

About: I have worked in pet grooming salons as well as daycare and boarding! I have also owned my own pets from birds to dogs to snakes! I believe every pet deserves to be treated with love, respect, and kindness I currently work as a dog groomer at a doggie daycare/boarding facility! I work five days a week, primarily mothers hours. I am usually available after 3PM or before 7:30AM! In my home there is a spare air conditioned bedroom for pets that need their own separate space, otherwise any pets will be allowed to coexist in my home with my own two medium sized dogs. I love to hike, go on walks, play, and cuddle on the couch! I believe all animals deserve to be loved, and yours will be treated as my own when in my care - weather for a sleepover or just a walk!

About: Hi! I’m Mia, a full time professional pet care provider with over five years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. Before starting my own pet care business, I spent five years working at a professional dog daycare and boarding facility, where I worked my way up to Assistant Manager. That experience gave me extensive hands on experience with everything from puppies and seniors to high energy dogs, shy or nervous pets, multi-pet households, and pets with individualized care needs. Today, pet care is my full time job. I love getting to know each pet individually and becoming someone they’re genuinely comfortable and excited to see. I primarily provide weekday dog walks and drop in visits, along with vacation care for dogs and cats and limited overnight care. Because I work professionally in pet care rather than fitting visits around another job, I’m able to maintain a consistent schedule while still giving each pet the time and attention they deserve. I currently care for a wonderful group of regular weekly clients throughout the Palmer and Wilbraham area, along with pets I see for occasional and vacation care. I believe great pet care should feel as normal and stress-free as possible for your pet. I’ll follow your routines and instructions closely, keep you updated, and make sure your pet gets care that actually fits them, whether they’re ready to go the second I walk through the door or need a little extra patience to warm up. “Alison is legitimately the best pet care provider I have EVER had. My cat fell completely in love with her. Every picture, Frannie was interacting with Alison. Keep in mind that Alison and Frannie were strangers to each other. Frannie was sitting in Alison's lap making biscuits on day one. Alison sent so many great photos and responded so quickly to all of my messages. When I got home the litter box was clean and the floor was clean. She literally vacuumed up all of the tracked litter. She was at our house caring for Frannie exactly when she said she would be, and I know this because we have a ring doorbell. I have already rebooked for our next trip.”
