“My dog, Ollie, just spent a week with Sandy and I cannot say enough about how great she was. I hadn’t ever left him with anyone other than family and from the first minute I met Sandy during our meet and great, she put me right at ease. She was communicative and caring and he clearly had a great time. I would (and will!) rebook her in a heartbeat!”

“If Arthur could write this review himself he would. He has had a few sleepovers with Amy and Mayzie. Every time he arrives he sprints to her door with tail wagging and pure joy. When he gets back home it’s KO. Snoring like he ran a marathon and had the time of his life doing it. I would trust Amy again, and again. 🐾”

“Michael and his family are so wonderful! My dog LOVES to come to "sleepover camp" and is always happy to see Michael, his family and his favorite dog, Cesar! “Angie is a fabulous dog sitter with a large fenced-in backyard and a pup of her own who also loves dogs and makes a great playmate! She’s a quick communicator and kept me updated of Duke’s stay each day. Recommended, especially for playful, energetic dogs who love to romp around in a backyard with other pooches!”
“We can't tell you how very grateful we are to have found Kristin on Rover. This was so much more than simply a safe and healthy boarding experience! She (and Mark!) engaged our Blake in daily life like he was their own. The frequent notes and photos let us know he was happy and content, not to mention thrilled to be with other dogs! He really had a great time! To say "highly recommend!" is truly an understatement. Thank you Kristin!”

“This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our puppy Koda was staying away from home for the first time, and Novelette took amazing care of him. We’re so grateful and would absolutely book with her again!”

It took the stress away not having to worry about our dog’s care-you can tell she cares. She went out of her way to be tidy and even took our dog on long walks despite the rain! “Sounds like Kai has a new friend. Thanks for accommodating the earlier start time. Let me know if you have success with her not jumping. It’s her love language but most people don’t care for it. Hoping as she gets more accustomed to her new home, she’ll be able to stay home ithiut the crate but not yet.”

About: I’m an animal lover at heart and have been helping care for dogs since I was little, at least 20 years and counting! I “dog-sat” throughout middle and high school for friends, family & neighbors. Happy to walk, play, feed, and then some. I’m seeking additional “work” that can also help me - I firmly believe that caring for animals is beneficial for mental and physical health! I’m not only caring for them, the furr friends are taking care of me too! I’m a teacher, off for the summer, and pretty available with the exception of a short vacation here or there. I am happy to coordinate times and schedules with you around your pets needs. I love nature and spend time outside daily; I can walk them around the block, the yard, or play catch! Suggestions welcome of your "norms"

About: Currently my house contains 2 black cats with big personalities! I have experience administering all kinds of medications and special needs. Cats are special and all unique and deserve to be given the care they deserve!
“This is the first time we’ve ever had an outside person come to our home to care for our pup and it was nothing but a positive experience. From the meet and greet to the drop-in, Kage exceeded our expectations. His kindness and professionalism impressed us; he followed all of our instructions to a T, (our dog is under a medical protocol and needed special care) and his update at the end of the drop-in was very reassuring, detailed and thoughtful. We will not hesitate to have him come back to take care of Josie!”

“Lily was extremely helpful when my previously booked sitter cancelled at the last minute. She was friendly and able to respect our home's dietary restrictions. She was a lifesaver! My senior car was cared for, and the house was in order upon our return. Lily provided occassional updates on how things were going and a few photos. She always responded quickly to messages despite a time difference. We'd be open to hiring Lily again.”

About: I am a veterinary technician, but was caring for cats long before that came to be. Many relatives and friends have relied on me over the years to care for their kitties. I am very reliable, and I am perfectly comfortable giving medications as well as routine care such as feeding, play, and cleaning. I personally have 2 cats at home, and care for my neighbor's 8 cats regularly. It is also good to know that I now have the veterinary knowledge to back up my observational knowledge.

“I highly recommend Lila. She did an amazing job with my three cats. She is very diligent and honest. Gustav needs a pill and she was able to give him that. Betty is very timid but she went to Lila. Lila kept me updated with texts and photos everyday. She went above and beyond. I look forward to having Lila take care of my fur babies whenever I travel!”

“Angie was fantastic! I needed a last minute day care sitter for my dog while I had an event in the city near by, and she was able to accommodate my early morning pick ups/late night drop offs, and was even able to do it herself since I didn’t have a vehicle. I got constant updates, and my dog was super happy and excited to see angie each morning! Highly recommend!”
“Keith and Ashley were both extremely kind, informative and accommodating. This was my first time using Rover so I was grateful to find someone who could talk me through the process. I had no worries leaving my dog with them, and he was wagging his tail as soon as I pulled up to their house for his second visit!”

I have utilized him numerous days when I need assistance with Milo, and it is nice to have someone so trustworthy to watch after my pup.”

About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I understand different dogs have different needs and I will cater to each pup as needed.
“We appreciated Megan's care for Jack, our vibrant, deaf 14 year old shih tzu, especially as I made last minute arrangements after traveling for a family funeral service and burial. She was helpful, reassuring and accommodating with all that Jack needed. We're grateful and recommend asking her to dog-sit.”

“Anna is a wonderful doggy care taker! Our two pups were very happy and she sent lots of pictures of them cuddling and hanging out just as if they were at our own home, not somewhere new! This was our first time using doggy day care for one of our dogs who we recently rescued so we were nervous but we couldn't have found a better person to make them feel at peace. Definitely recommend and will be requesting her in the future!”

“Erica was so awesome! We had a reunion event in Easthampton which required someone to watch our fur baby while we were out and about. Erica was great to communicate with and was so kind to help coordinate drop off and pick up for our pup to make the logistics easier. We loved seeing the Rover card with all the pupdates and great pics. Most importantly, we knew Sugar was in good hands and we could enjoy our event stress-free. We’d definitely recommend Erica any time!”

They’re very Intuitive dogs that instantly pick up on someone’s nervousness or lack of confidence - but Paul comes in with a confident but clam nature that they sense immediately. Both my dogs have struggled with reactivity - but have had no issues with him.”

About: I volunteer at a local animal rescue fostering dogs, and assisting around the kennel. I have four dogs of my own & a multitude of other animals. I grew up in a family that treats dogs as such, and have developed a love and passion for helping animals. I work remotely right now and would be able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate necessary dog walks/visits. Since I work remotely, while dog sitting I have plenty of time to spend with your dog while in my care. I am understanding of each dogs individual needs and happy to accommodate any requests made by a pets owner. I have four of my own dogs who are friendly and inviting.
