About: I am a certified vet tech with about 15 years experience. Additional years for pet ownership. I have been with animals my whole life and have dedicated the rest of my life to help to take care of them and make them happy. I can administer any type of medication, give subcutaneous fluids, or snuggle. Monday through Thursday I work from 7-5. I can do home visits three times daily on those days. Fridays and weekends are more flexible. My children are active participants in taking care of animals as they have been exposed to different types of pets with different demeaners. They understand to give pets their boundaries when they need their space. I have a fenced in yard for my active greyhound. I also have two cats who have automatic feeders and water fountains. My cats are older ladies so they don’t want to play but they are wonderful snugglers. My greyhound loves attention and his favorite is butt scratches. The foster pets that I would take care of would have their own safe space to be comfortable in my home.

Jeanne was absolutely amazing! We booked last minute.. Nala had so much fun and she kept us informed the whole time with lots of pictures. We absolutely recommend.. Jeanne is fabulous!!! She took amazing care of my Ranger while I was away and sent many pupdates with videos and pictures. Since it was my first time leaving Ranger with anyone I was nervous about how he'd be, but she made him incredibly comfortable, her dog Charm was welcoming and playful, and their daily routine (3 walks a day around their lovely property with places to swim) was just what Ranger needed! She was so caring towards both of us and I would 5 star recommend her to everyone I know!
Our dog, Loki, had a rough start at Mel & Ariana's. We dropped Loki off around 9 AM. At 3 PM, M & A let us know that things weren't going well. We gave them some suggestions for how to handle Loki. In their next update, they let us know that things were going much better because they implemented some different activities, after learning more about Loki. We're very grateful for the extra effort M & A put into taking care of Loki. We will definitely be booking another stay in the near future.
