Between the both of us we have years of experience caring for family pets and understand the importance of providing dogs with attention, exercise, affection, and consistency. While me and my husband both work full time, our schedules are coordinated so that someone is almost always home. Your dog will never be left alone for extended periods and will receive plenty of companionship and care throughout the day. We welcome dogs that enjoy being apart of a family environment and are comfortable around children and a small friendly pup! My dog is a love, but takes time to warm up to people and Heidi gave him so much grace and set him up for success. He was sick one day while in her care and I so appreciated her non alarmist, calm caring for him and frequent updates. Sometimes when we get our pup back from away stays he's notably stressed. I think he actually came home calmer than ever from his stay-cation with Heidi. We hope she never stops pet sitting.
It was our first time boarding our dog and we had an amazing experience with Emma. Our dog was immediately comfortable with her and settled in very quickly. I could tell from her photos and videos that he was comfy and happy. Emma put us at ease as two very nervous pet parents but we did not worry at all.
