About: I have taken care of dogs since I was in elementary school. I would pet sit for friends and neighbors, along with work at vets office for a few years in college. I currently have a black lab named York with my partner. I work an 8-4 job Monday thru Friday, so I am available for early morning, afternoon, and evening check ins. Along with overnights and weekend availability. My focus is to treat your pet like they are my own. Which means good play time and making sure they get their meals on time. I am able to do walks, handle administration of medications, dietary requirements.

About: Hi, Welcome to the Kanine Cottage:) Lots of fun and exploring to be done! Your pup will be walked at least every four hours during the day and we have a fenced in yard for them to play and relax. Plenty of space for unlimited play, hugs and love provided. Our dog’s names are lucy and Olive. They get along extremely well with other dogs and will love having a play mate. We are also able to provide transportation to a vet in case of a pup-mergency or pick ups/drop offs to and from your home. We also offer: Bathing, Additional walks, Care for elderly or disabled dogs. We can be available 7 days a week to care for your pup. We are also available for short or long stays, daycare and dog walking. We have a big fenced in yard with lots of room for exploring and play. We also have crates available for dogs that prefer them. We consider your dogs part of the family and enjoy snuggles on our couch and beds.

About: I have experience taking care of pets with varying attachment styles - ranging from anxious, young dogs to elderly, affectionate cats who need lots of attention! I am very adaptable and can match a pet's energy levels well. I appreciate taking the time to get to know a pet in order to build a comfortable bond. I am a local graduate student, I mostly have classes in the mornings during the week and currently have limited responsibilities outside of school, so I have lots of time to dedicate to pet care. I like to learn pets' physical boundaries, so I ease into how I approach playing and petting with them. When I have cared for anxious pets who experience separation anxiety when away from their owners, I focus my care on maintaining a calm environment in the home while making sure they are fed and hydrated.

About: *listed experience is for dogs, as cats seem to have their own experience area* I love dogs, cats, (guinea pigs, bunnies, and hedgehogs too—though I don't think that's an option here). I grew up with 3 cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies, and chickens. I have lived with cats and small dogs multiple times (housemates), and I have petsitted for friends and neighbors throughout my life. I have limited experience with walking dogs (I grew up with cats) but have loads of previous and current experience playing with dogs (family and friends). In college I walked and played with greyhounds at a rescue for racing greyhounds, and I also worked for a little bit at an animal shelter. I'd like to use this opportunity to figure out which type of dog I'd like to adopt someday. For now, as a new sitter on here, I'd be most comfortable doing drop in and play visits with cats and dogs of all sizes, and walking dogs of medium size or less. I've been told I have a calm energy when meeting animals, and the three dogs my friends currently own seem to gravitate towards me. I also like playing tug, throwing sticks, and having a lap dog come to me for rubs. I work at a school and have off in the summer. I have a flexible schedule in the summer aside from a few small trips. My plan is to update my schedule frequently to keep up with my availability. When I am back at work, I will have to revamp my schedule. As for right now, I would prefer to go to the pet's home, as mine is not currently pet appropriate (plants and size). If I come to know a cat and owner well, I would adjust and put the plants in a closed room so the kitty could safely roam the rest of the house. At a pet's house, I would love a run down of their favorite toys, when treats are allowed to be given, etc. I love taking photos already, so would absolutely love to photograph your dog or cat being cute and fun, and send those as an update.

“Michelle was excellent with my two dogs. I have challenging ones. They are both deaf. One requires eye drops twice a day. And that is also the one that was barking and acting frightened at first. Michelle calmly won her over and they cuddled with her all week. I was able to focus on spending a special week with my mother because I knew that my two special dogs were in good hands.”

About: I was raised in a very pet-friendly family. We had dogs, cats, hamsters and pets galore. I was the proud pet parent of an 13 year old yellow-lab named Charlie. We went for a 2.5 mile walk twice a day (morning and night). I love animals of all sizes and types. Animals are my true passion. As my headline says, "Don't Be Nervous Pet Service." I will ensure that your animal family member is properly cared for and loved. I am blessed that my full-time position is work from home… this makes me able to work from anywhere. About: I have been the proud dog dad of Franklin, a rescue 15 year old terrier mix who suffers from separation anxiety, for over 10 years. More recently, I have cared for him through eye removal surgery as well as terminal joint and heart issues. As a result, I have experience giving oral, ocular and topical medications. About: Hi, I'm Caroline! I'm the youngest of a big family, and we've had many pets (mostly dogs and cats) growing up. I'm very active and love going on long walks with dogs. Throughout my adult life, my friends with pets have relied on me to take care of them while they’re away. I’m also always attentive to pets who have anxiety and make sure to give them the extra love and cuddles they deserve. Most of my availability falls on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. I'm open to dog walking, dog sitting (drop-ins and overnights if need be) at the client’s house. There are currently no pets living in my house, but when my friends leave me with their pets, they are guaranteed to get all of the positive attention and love they need to be happy. At a client’s house, I would make sure their pets receive this kind of attention, while also allowing them to be comfortable in their own homes; I would pay close attention to the pets’ moods and energy levels, playing with them when energy levels are high and also giving them time to relax and be calm when need be too. Above all, safety would be my top priority.

About: I love animals of all types, I have 3 dogs myself and have animals my whole life. I used to volunteer at a humane society. I believe in trying to give animals the best life possible. I will make your pet fit into my schedule multiple times a day. I work full time but can schedule a head of time to make sure all of your pets needs are fulfilled. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for my 3 dogs. I walk them at a minimum one time a day (depending on the weather) and also make sure I make time to play with them as well.

About: Animals have been a part of my life starting from a very young age. As a small child my family fostered dogs and I was taught basic animal husbandry skills from an early age. Growing up we always also had 3 dogs of our own that I was dedicated to caring for. As I grew older my love for animals of all shapes and sizes also grew, guiding me to my career in animal science and veterinary medicine. I have been working in veterinary medicine for 6 years now. I am currently working on obtaining my Veterinary Technician license (CVT). Through my hands-on experience at my job, I have gained many skills. I am proficient and confident in administration of medications, administration of subcutaneous injections, ear cleanings, pedicures, anal gland expressions and more. I also have experience caring for small animals such as rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs. Lastly, I have my own flock of chickens and would be happy to care for yours if needed as well! I’m currently working part-time, so I have time in my schedule to play and care for your beloved pets as well. My schedule varies weekly so I would be happy to discuss your needs to see if we would be a good fit for each other! Unfortunately at this time I cannot house any clients pets in my own home, but I am happy to care for your pet in the safety and comfort of your home while you are away.
