Lifetime dog lover w/ genuine care
I have dog sat, fostered, and taken care of senior dogs with medical issues, including my own who recently passed. I've dealt with many bathroom accidents, timed medications, ointments and external medicine, helping dogs move when they're having trouble, keeping them clean, and just being there to assist in unfortunate declines. I'm patient, highly responsible, observant, and extremely caring and nurturing.

Emma was great with our dog Tater Tot!! We were visiting the area from VA for a wedding, and Emma made us feel so comfortable of where our dog was staying! Very responsive, sent cute pictures, and made our anxious little girl very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone!
Emma was super easy to communicate with and kindly answered all of my first-timer questions. She took great care of our pittie mix on his first “vacation,” being mindful of his anxiousness towards other dogs & understanding of his adjustment to being away from home. So grateful to be able to enjoy our time away, knowing he was being well cared for. Absolutely would book again!
Emma always does great with my (very) senior dog. She’s quick to respond and always provides updates. Super appreciate having a pet sitter like Emma!

Emma was great with my 93 lb reactive shepherd mix . First time going there and my dog had a nice day . Emma sent pictures throughout the day and she took Daisy on an hour long walk .

Schedule
I am currently unemployed, but looking for remote work in addition to dog care. I'll be home almost always and will dedicate my time to your pet. I do not board more than one dog at a time, unless they are from the same home. This way I can give your pet my undivided attention and care. When a dog is in my care they are undoubtedly my top priority.

I have a couple large dog beds, dog toys, and am easygoing when it comes to being on furniture and such. I'll make sure your dog has a ton of fun and is happy, comfortable, and safe. I am strong and resilient and able to match their energy, whether that be with excitement or comfort.
A typical day
I have a ton of toys and balls and have a few parks and areas around me that my dog loved to explore. I love to interact playfully with them too, so if your dog needs that time, I can fill that spot pretty well.

To ensure I provide the best possible care for your pet, I ask that you share any specific behaviors, triggers, or environmental factors that may cause your dog distress, as well as how they typically react in those situations. Additionally, it is helpful to know if your dog experiences separation anxiety, has difficulty with leash manners, tends to bark indoors, or requires particular levels of daily mental and physical stimulation. The more I know, the better I can create a safe, nurturing, and stress-free environment for your dog while you're away.
