I am currently unemployed, but looking for remote work in addition to dog care. I'll be home almost always and will dedicate my time to your pet. I do not board more than one dog at a time, unless they are from the same home. This way I can give your pet my undivided attention and care. When a dog is in my care they are undoubtedly my top priority.

I have a couple large dog beds, dog toys, and am easygoing when it comes to being on furniture and such. I'll make sure your dog has a ton of fun and is happy, comfortable, and safe. I am strong and resilient and able to match their energy, whether that be with excitement or comfort.

I’ve cared for dogs with a wide range of unique personalities and sensitivities—my own dog, for example, had several irrational fears that, while not alarming, were important to understand in order to keep him comfortable. To ensure I provide the best possible care for your pet, I ask that you share any specific behaviors, triggers, or environmental factors that may cause your dog distress, as well as how they typically react in those situations. Additionally, it is helpful to know if your dog experiences separation anxiety, has difficulty with leash manners, tends to bark indoors, or requires particular levels of daily mental and physical stimulation. The more I know, the better I can create a safe, nurturing, and stress-free environment for your dog while you're away.

I have a ton of toys and balls and have a few parks and areas around me that my dog loved to explore. I love to interact playfully with them too, so if your dog needs that time, I can fill that spot pretty well.

I have dog sat, fostered, and taken care of senior dogs with medical issues, including my own who recently passed. I've dealt with many bathroom accidents, timed medications, ointments and external medicine, helping dogs move when they're having trouble, keeping them clean, and just being there to assist in unfortunate declines. I'm patient, highly responsible, observant, and extremely caring and nurturing.

It was our first time boarding our dog and we had an amazing experience with Emma. Our dog was immediately comfortable with her and settled in very quickly. I could tell from her photos and videos that he was comfy and happy. Emma put us at ease as two very nervous pet parents but we did not worry at all. We are so thankful to have found Emma and would not hesitate to work with her again.
This was our first time leaving our dog, Sylvie, with a sitter, and we were a bit nervous - but we didn’t need to be. Emma kept us updated with just the right amount of communication, and it was clear Sylvie was comfortable and relaxed in her care. We would absolutely book with Emma again.
Another great time at Emma’s! You know you’ve found someone special when your dog tries to stall when it’s time to go home:) It’s such a load off my mind to know that Sadie is in good hands, thank you again Emma!
Ruby had a great time with Emma, and it was obvious that she was well cared for in my absence. She came home a relaxed and happy pup! I couldn’t ask for more.
