Monday through Thursday I work from 7-5. I can do home visits three times daily on those days. Fridays and weekends are more flexible. My children are active participants in taking care of animals as they have been exposed to different types of pets with different demeaners. They understand to give pets their boundaries when they need their space.

I have a fenced in yard for my active greyhound. I also have two cats who have automatic feeders and water fountains. My cats are older ladies so they don’t want to play but they are wonderful snugglers. My greyhound loves attention and his favorite is butt scratches. The foster pets that I would take care of would have their own safe space to be comfortable in my home.

Let me know if you family companion requires any medications or if they have particular needs. If they love to be pet in a certain spot or if they have a spot they DO NOT want to be touched. If your family companion is staying in my house they do need to get along with one other dog and my cats. When going for walks please let me know if you family companion has a high prey drive or if they don't like other dogs while on leash. If you prefer your family companion to be in a crate during their stay. I do have two large dog crates that can be used if you would like. I also have a bunch of blankets and towels to make their space comfortable.

I am a certified vet tech with about 15 years experience. Additional years for pet ownership. I have been with animals my whole life and have dedicated the rest of my life to help to take care of them and make them happy. I can administer any type of medication, give subcutaneous fluids, or snuggle.

Rachel was amazing - she took such great care of our fur baby, and did so on extremely short notice. She was very easy to communicate with, and when our event ran late, she was so accommodating and kind. She has the sweetest family and her fur babies are so lovely. She even sent me photos of our dogs snuggling together during the day, which was so wonderful! We would absolutely recommend her!
I booked Rachel last minute fully expecting for her to not respond or say she was available and she responded within minutes for my last second request. She and her family took excellent care of Hank and sent me several pictures and updates through out. 10/10. Very happy to have found someone trust worthy i can leave my dog with and have no worries without feeling like i am burdening friends or family.

My dog Rio had a terrific stay with Rachel. She especially enjoyed playing with her dog Shorty in their fenced yard. The entire experience was smooth sailing and I highly recommend her!
