I have many years of experience: walking dogs in NYC & in Western Mass; pet-sitting for my friends', neighbors' and partner's dogs (as well as for other types of pets). I know what it’s like to take care of a sensitive dog, a reactive dog, big dogs, and small dogs. I have always had a love for animals and will listen to any special instructions given! About: As a child, I owned almost every pet imaginable - from house cats to Rottweilers to lizards to ferrets! Bless my poor mother's heart - we practically had a small zoo at our house! As an adult I owned a cat for 5 years and also "dog /cat sat" for friends and families many times. I'm an all-around animal lover who is comfortable with many different types of pet care. I'm a stay-at-home mom with a four year old. Please be advised that if I pet-sit overnight at your home, my daughter will most likely be accompanying me for at least part of the job assignment. If you aren’t comfortable having well-behaved, well-supervised children at your home, then unfortunately I’m not a good fit your you. I have plenty of flexibility on both weekdays and weekends to provide care for your pets. I live in a pet-friendly house with a fenced-in back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walks. About: I’ve been working with dogs for 3 years. I have had a passion for all animals since I was a kid. I’m willing to work with your pets needs in anyway needed. I have taken online courses and am pet first aid cpr certified. I can be pretty flexible but I do have a job at a doggy daycare. I have experience in giving medication (no shots) I have experience in taking care of dogs who are more anxious around people. I work at a doggy daycare as my main job I usually work 1 in the afternoon. I usually try to plan ahead if you need an in home sitter I give endless amount of love and walks. We have a leash when dogs go outside since we don’t have a fence. My own dog is friendly and loves to play. I own a crate just in case you request it.

About: It’s so hard to be away from your pup but having friends come in to visit and play makes the day feel not so long. I have had dogs my whole life. I just love their individual personalities. I typically work Monday through Friday and can pop in for an early morning visit and breakfast or stop by for a longer visit and dinner after work. My schedule is flexible so running over midway is possible if necessary. Weekends are generally wide open. I would like to work with you to meet your needs. I have 2 pups and 3 cats at home that love extra attention, playing and quiet snuggles. Nice long walks or a trip to the dog park could be a fun adventure. About: My pets have ranged from lively German shepherds to disabled chihuahuas, wandering hounds, lively Shetland sheepdogs. and even feral cats and their litter of kittens who claimed my home as theirs until they were ready, healthy, and cleared to go to loving homes. I have 30 years experience with puppies through seniors - health needs through special needs. Training for puppies on leash walks through walking seniors in a stroller. I excel at bonding and building trust with pets and look to have a unique connection with each. I am currently working part time (remotely) and fully available to care for your pets, play with them, give them all the attention, care, and love they deserve! Morning, afternoon, evening, late night care is well within my timeframe. Caring for your dog: I will only walk on leash - no unleashed care unless within a fully fenced backyard. If you are training your dog, I will be able to continue with training. I am able to administer medication if needed. If your dog has any allergies or requires special food, please be sure to let me know. Happy to perform brushing or baths if needed. Pets, hugs, playtime, or lounging and relaxing - whatever their preference and makes them feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. As for caring for your cats, I request a full schedule of their feeding times, and recommendations as to what they enjoy playing with. If they like to be brushed, please note. If they are skittish or love attention from people, please let me know so I can provide them with a level of care that will allow them to feel safe.
