About: I've loved and cared for dogs for most of my life, and currently have a Chihuahua mix named Chico and a cat named Frankie. I'm a good-hearted and easygoing person excited to spend my free time with some lovable pooches! Chico is a 10-year-old rescue, who loves ice cream and burying himself in blankets. He is a little guy but has tons of energy, and loves to make friends with all people or other dogs. Frankie is a snoozy indoor cat, but still loves playing with Chico when they are together. On all of my bookings, I like to provide constant attention to your pet to ensure they have as much care as possible. With the pets I've met so far, it was always a ton of fun hanging out with them, and I would love to meet some more furry friends and owners soon! I currently work from home full time in the healthcare industry. I am looking to offer sitting services in my free time, but can likely be flexible with my schedule. Safety for all pets is my biggest priority, whether they are my own or yours. I’m open to any information that would make your pets feel more comfortable, and would love to answer any questions during a meet and greet before a service.

During our time together, my priority is to create a stimulating environment for your dogs, ensuring their day is enriched with various activities and providing necessary breaks. With access to a spacious yard, they have the freedom to explore, satisfy their curiosity, and enjoy the outdoors. I will maintain the established routines and reinforce their existing obedience skills. If necessary, I can introduce basic commands to further enhance their training foundation and strengthen our bond. With your permission, I will use delicious treats as positive reinforcement to reward their efforts and motivate them during the training process. Rest assured that your pup will receive the attention and exercise they need to be happy, healthy, and pleasantly tired when you return. Your pet's well-being is my utmost priority, and I can't wait to create a positive and fulfilling experience for them while you're away. Since 2018, I've been dedicated to offering top-notch pet care services on Rover. My husband, Scott, and I work together, to ensure your pup receives undivided attention throughout the day. Rest assured that your pup will receive the attention and exercise they need to be happy, healthy, and pleasantly tired when you return. Your pet's well-being is my utmost priority, and I can't wait to create a positive and fulfilling experience for them while you're away. About: Hi, I'm Julissa (joo-lee-sah)! I am 31 years old and have had pet dogs for my entire life. I used to volunteer at a shelter walking dogs and completed the orientation that went over recognizing animal body language. I am basically the designated pet sitter for my family and have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes (and some cats and small animals). Petsitting has become my main work at the moment, so I will be available as needed for any bookings to check in, play, feed, walk, and care for your pets. I regularly pet and house sit for friends and family and can adjust to the routines your pets are used to. I am always careful to follow any directions provided and make sure any gates, harnesses, leashes, etc. are secured. I do require meet & greets before confirming any bookings, not just to make sure your pets are fine with me, but so that pet owners and I can get a feel for each other as well and make sure we're all a good fit!

About: I’ve worked hands-on with animals for years and currently volunteer/work at an animal sanctuary multiple days a week. I’m very comfortable with feeding schedules, medication routines, cleaning enclosures, monitoring behavior changes, and handling animals safely and calmly. I’ve cared for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, including high-energy breeds and more anxious personalities. I’m very observant and take animal welfare seriously — I notice small behavior changes quickly and always prioritize safety and comfort.🩷 I recently transitioned from over a year in retail to focus more fully on animal care, which has always been my priority. I currently work part-time at an animal sanctuary, so caring for animals is already built into my daily routine. Pet sitting allows me to gain even more hands-on experience while earning extra income doing something I genuinely care about. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting outside of my sanctuary shifts, and I manage my schedule carefully to ensure each pet receives consistent, attentive care. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I provide care in my client’s home only. I have a 14-year-old dog and two rescue hedgehogs who are territorial with unfamiliar animals, so I don’t host pets in my home. This helps prevent unnecessary stress for both my animals and yours. When caring for pets in your home, I follow routines exactly as instructed and prioritize keeping their environment calm, clean, and secure. I monitor behavior, appetite, and energy levels closely and will always communicate promptly if anything seems off. Your pet’s wellbeing and safety are my top priorities.

“Noah was very pleasant, responsive, and great with the puppies. He is a great communicator and a very nice person. I’d recommend him very highly to look after anybody’s loved pets.”

“Annie was a gem for a care taker for my blacklab! She was punctual, caring, very dependable and took care of my dog like he was her own. And she took great care while we were stuck out of state in our recent snow storm giving us extra time when we needed. I would highly recommended Annie and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!”

“Michael was flexible and easy to work with. He clearly likes cats in general, and provided a welcoming home for Rufus. The only issue with a few items that were not sent home with Rufus on the first try. But they were found and returned.”

“Aemelia was great. We and our puppies really enjoyed interacting with her. She was able to accommodate our last minute needs and was very cool about it. We will for sure be contacting her again and again.”

“Sarah did great job taking care of my two kitties, and sent very reassuring updates and cute photos every visit. I really felt like they were in good hands the entire time I was gone.”

I currently have 3 dogs at home all different sizes with different personalities. Animals have always been a passion of mine which is why I try to do this in my free time as much as I can! I am available before 7am, after 5pm, and on weekends. My job is aware of me pet sitting as I got my job from an existing client of mine so if I needed to make some adjustments to my hours we may be able to work something out. I treat any animal I watch like my own. I do my best adapt to their personality as every animal is different and requires different things.
“Shayla was wonderful! Feeding my 3cats isn’t as simple as it should be. She made sure my chonk didn’t eat her sisters’ food, let me know when when the other two did and didn’t eat. She gave plenty of attention to all the kitties, and sent me lots of pics of my babies! I’m thrilled to have had her there to care for my cats when I was away.”
