I've left a previous review, but I want to underline it. Jacklyn treats my cat like her own. She's formed a personal connection with my kitty, who loves her. She goes above and beyond when caring for him. He has a chronic condition, and she monitored him and his eating, cleaned up after him, and was active communicating with me regarding what was happening. I trust Jacklyn without hesitation, and it gives me great comfort to know my buddy has her caring for him.
Erin was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of my cat, Tinky, and my elderly Chihuahua, Sasha, for five days while I was away in Puerto Rico.
