About: I have been taking care of dogs since the beginning of high school. I have dogsat for family and friends, and friends of them as well. They have relied on me to feed, walk, and stay with their pets when they are away. I’m currently a full time teacher that works from 7 am - 2:30 pm Mon-Fri, but I can be available weekdays after 2:30 pm and on most weekends! I make sure to leave the place the way I entered it. I always clean up after myself and make sure to clean from the pet as well. I follow the rules and expectations of the house owner.

I firmly believe every cat has its own personality and needs to get used to different people that enter in their domestic area. All my cats go to the Vet - get their shots that are necessary and are checked for their health. Litter boxes should be cleaned daily. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats(only a couple) since I was a kid. My friends, family, and nanny families knew they had someone they could trust to take care of and love their fur baby like it was mine. I have lived with a dog my entire life-all rescues(Golden Retriever, Pitty Mixes, King Charles Spaniel, Rotty Mix, Lab Mixes, Great Dane…) Our current fur baby Midnight is a senior Lab Pitty mix. I have experience caring for puppies to seniors. I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, bathing, walking, cleaning up after, and transporting your dog. I have less experience with cats, but have house sat several cats-making sure to follow their feeding schedule and cleaning out their litter box. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I worked with children 6 weeks to 5 years old for over 12 years. Which means I have lots of patience, love, and understanding. I have been lucky to be able to stay home with our daughter the last five years. But I am ready to make my way back into part-time work. About: I have my own rescue pup moose of 5 years; he didn’t come trained and he’s a big boy so we worked on basic commands, house training and walking on a leash! I have also been fostering regularly with an agency since 2022. I have worked with dogs of all ages coming into my home; puppies, adults and seniors. We work on house training and basic manners as many of these dogs have never lived inside a home. Watching each dog grow and learn has easily become my favorite part of fostering. Since I have my own dog, I am unable to stay overnight if you need house sitting services, but I’d stay all other times, just leaving to let me own dog out for a potty break. I only host one dog at a time (unlike many petsitters), so your pup will be treated like family and get my full attention (and all the belly rubs they deserve). I specialize in anxious pups who do not like being with other dogs and do not like being alone - I keep my pup clients as close as they like and give them as much attention as they prefer. My husband and I have two children, 8 and 10 years old, who are very gentle and loving with dogs. We treat our guest pups like they were are own while they’re with us! All our doggy guests are welcome to make themselves at home—on the couch, in the sunny spots, wherever they’re happiest, I do not confine them to one room/zone of the house - no pet gates here! I have a large, unfenced backyard with a dog run for zoomies and potty breaks and we love getting out for walks too. I also have experience with senior dogs and administering medications, so if your pup needs a little extra TLC, they’re in good hands. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy home-away-from-home where your dog will be loved and spoiled, I’d love to be their sitter! Please note: unfortunately we have an allergy in our home to short-haired shedding dogs and can only accept long-haired (hypoallergenic) dogs :) I'm home all day to spend time with your pup and treat them like they were my own! My goal is to make your dog feel like they’re still at home, ensuring they experience joy and companionship until you return. I will send regular updates and photos to reassure you that your furry friend is thriving and enjoying their time. We have a large un-fenced backyard with a run hooked-up for your pup to spend lots of time outside. We also love to take walks down our street and at the local park. If your pup has some leash aggression with other dogs, we can walk them in our large private backyard to ensure they get exercise but without the stress other dogs may cause. If they’re house trained they do not need to be crated unless it’s their preference. In the house, I allow our doggy friends on furniture (unless you specify otherwise) and in all rooms of my home. They will not be separated in a different room or crated, unless you specify otherwise.

This was our puppies' first time away from home and our puppy wasn't fully accustomed to new people, new dogs, new surroundings and new routines yet, so both our puppy and we were a bit nervous about leaving him for the day. But Destanie did a fine job of addressing all our anxieties and our puppy was very well cared for. We received periodic pictures of our puppy throughout the day to reassure us that he was happy and having fun, so we could focus on just having our own fun with the birthday events. About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, birds and all breeds of animals since I was young. I love animals and the light they bright to our lives- who doesn't want their fur-baby cared for and safe while we’re away?!? With years on hands on experience in a veterinary office, I have become well versed in grooming (nail trims, bathes, brushing), behavior and medication administration. About: I have had pets my whole life and have been trusted to care for them consistently. Having 2 of my own dogs and many reptiles/amphibians, my care for pets goes deeper than most. I am currently working on becoming credentialed as a NP so I am no longer working a full time job, making me free almost any day. I have a fenced in yard with 2 friendly dogs but am also available to come to your home as needed! I have a home of my own as well so I know the importance of keeping the home safe and clean for our little friends.
