I am very experienced with medication and specialized diets. Your pet will have a wonderful time in my care! I run my own businesses and am very flexible at the current time to care for your pets! I can even bring my work with me on occasion if needed. I am very respectful of your space and often take dogs out to the park or somewhere outdoors to play if there is no yard. Your animals will get plenty of playtime and love, and I value staying in close communication should any issues arise!

About: I have lived with dogs my entire life. Most recently I had two wonderful Boxers who both had medical conditions and required medication every day. One of which had a very specific routine requiring multiple special feedings a day. I am a first responder, am first aid and CPR trained, and will treat your furry companion like family. I recently lost my soul dog so am very flexible on the days I don’t work. Unfortunately I work 12 hours shifts so I can’t commit to the first half of the week. I will treat your pet as my own, and will respect your home like I would want someone to respect mine. I will follow all rules you set forth meticulously.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life. I currently have 2 cats with me in Hillsboro, but at my parents house we do have 2 dogs I work M-F 8:30-5ish. I have an hour to an hour and half lunch break. About: I've owned, loved and cared for dogs (and cats) for most of my life, from dachshunds to labs. I'm very active and get a lot of joy out of walking dogs on or off leash. I'm happy walking dogs or running with them - whatever you prefer. I'm very reliable for drop-ins to give your dogs whatever they need - food, water, exercise, and attention - while you’re away. I'm recently retired which gives me a great deal of schedule flexibility. I don't mind getting up early for walks as I'm a morning person. I like a days notice for scheduling walks - that's about it! I've literally walked and thrown balls for various dogs I've owned hundreds if not thousands of times. I've always taken good care of them as I love dogs, and I'll treat yours like I treated mine.

Corey was wonderful! I was so worried about leaving Tabby and Amy, but I found that there was no need for me to worry at all. Corey would send me reports every day with lots of photos of two very happy cats! She gave them plenty of attention and played a lot with them. Julie is a wonderful caretaker and such a nice person. I relocated from Las Vegas to Hillsboro and one week from moving in, needed to go on a trip. Julie FaceTimed me while I was still in Nevada and then also visited once I had moved. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and takes her role seriously while also providing playful fun. Cypress was an incredible sitter for our dog Rocky! Check ins were varied and detailed with plenty of pictures. In addition, they were very prompt to respond to messages both before and during the booking. Our pup can be a little temperamental and finicky during walks, and Cypress handled it beautifully! They have a special touch with animals as our cats came out for extra attention during check ins as well. Without any promoting, they also checked on the cats food and water, going above and beyond. I am looking forward to having them as our trusted dog sitter again in the future. ❤️
Jamie was absolutely wonderful with our two cats! She was incredibly attentive to their individual needs and truly went above and beyond to make sure they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away. She was extremely communicative, kind, and thoughtful throughout our trip, and we really appreciated that she came over for a meet-and-greet beforehand to go over all of their care needs and logistics. We felt completely at ease knowing our cats were in such caring and capable hands, and we would happily recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a fantastic pet sitter!
As usual, Annee did a great job taking care of my cat, Echo. He's now dealing with new allergies, a cone, and new oral medications, so there was more complexity involving his care. She did a great job as usual and while we had to make adjustments multiple times around medications, she was receptive and did a good job given the circumstances. Echo remained safe and healthy, and played a lot with her while I was gone. I continue to trust Annee with Echo's care and would book her again.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
