About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 18 years olds for friends and family. Growing up my mother was allergic to cats so unfortunately I have never had the pleasure of having (but that will hopefully change soon!!) I love giving them attention when they want it, and have given oral medications.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for more than 15 years, and caring for them is something I’ve always felt naturally connected to. I’ve raised my own dogs, supported pups with all kinds of personalities and needs, and spent several years as a dog foster — giving dogs a safe, loving place to land while they waited for their forever homes. That experience taught me how to read canine behavior, build trust quickly, and create a calm, structured environment where dogs feel secure. Whether it’s a high‑energy dog who loves adventure or a shy pup who needs patience and reassurance, I’m comfortable meeting them exactly where they are. My home is set up with ramps and steps to help small dogs and mobility‑challenged pups move around safely and comfortably along with a stroller for long neighborhood walks. My goal as a sitter is simple: keep your dog happy, safe, and relaxed while you’re away, and give you complete peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands. I work from home. Mid-day walks at lunch time everyday unless weather is hot, then early morning walks. Weekends usually allow for longer walks and the occasional hiking adventure. I like taking my pups to the Jenkins Estate. It is heavily wooded and not usually busy. Making it easy to walk with multiple dogs. I have a fenced in backyard that can be segmented into two if needed. A doggy door for medium sized pups for quick and easy access. If your pup is not familiar with one, I will work on some simple training to encourage and get them use to using one. Plenty of doggy toys for aggressive/heavy chewers. Nylabones, kongs, rubber toys and rope. Sorry, no fluffy/squeaky toys, my oldest can destroy the toughest in under 6 minutes. Home is air conditioned. Floors are waterproof vinyl plank flooring, and all couches and beds are covered with waterproof blankets incase of any accidents or simply messy dogs. My oldest pup likes to take dirt baths much to my chagrin. There is a small kiddie pool available for those hot days. Two crates are available for any pups that may need it. And plenty of baby gates to segment/separate as needed. My house has been puppy proofed once before, and can be if requested. And additional third-party insurance to cover any emergencies.
“We love our furbabies as if they are our own flesh, they are our "kids." Very seldom do we leave them and we mostly take them everywhere we go, our whole activity surrounds around them. Yes, we are one of those crazy furparents. and we are very thankful that we found Heather, who have treated Maxine and Callie with much love and care. We were able to go out and have fun without worrying. Heather sent us pictures and updated us often. On top of this, she was very helpful in giving us tips on where to go and dine in Portland since it was our first time in the city. About: Hello! My name is Emma. I have had the experience of taking care of dogs for more than 18 years. Also, I take care of my coworkers’ and friends' dogs often. Currently, my husband and I have a 3 years old Cavapoo named Bagel. I clean his eye areas, wash his belly and feet everyday, clean his ears every week after his shower. Moreover, I trim his hair all by myself (Cavapoos' hair grow non-stop). Bagel has his own bed with his bedsheets which are washed every one or two weeks. Our house is really clean and peaceful. In my home, your puppy will get the best level of care. They will be really safe, clean, comfortable, and happy! I only take dogs which are smaller than 28 lbs since our puppy is only 10 lbs. And I usually accept two dogs at the same time. In certain situation, I can accept the third dog. (For example, two of them are old clients who I’m already really familiar with.) So please be aware that there may be a possibility that your dog is not the only dog during the stay. I'm currently not working and staying at home all day, so my availability is generally 7 days/week. Please check my Calendar before your booking. Thank you! : ) We have a fully fenced yard. I usually let dogs go to the yard every 1-3 hours. Moreover, I will send a lot of videos to you during the boarding. : ) Oh one more thing: I have really strong standards of cleanliness. Dogs are not allowed to go on human beds in our home. This is non-negotiable. Thanks for understanding! Update: I’ve decided to not accept the dogs who have the habit of sleeping on beds with humans and the owners don’t know if their dogs can sleep off bed or not. About: I have taken care of senior dogs for a while and tend to give medication and special care + attention. I have helped train puppies to do basic tricks. I have experienced two dog attacks (with my own animals) so I am aware of animal body language, boundaries, and tend to be very intentional with my care. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies who need lots of playtime to senior pets who require a gentler touch. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic medications, and giving plenty of love and attention. Friends and family often rely on me to look after their pets and homes because they know I’m dependable, patient, and truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique quirks. My goal is always to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy—just as if you were there. with them. I am a stay-at-home mom who cares for my son's medical needs and is a learning coach to my son, who does online schooling. I have babysat/done sleepovers with Huskies, German Shepherds, pit bulls, tiny dogs, and tabby cats. Due to being a stay-at-home mom, my son, who is 9 years old, would always be coming with me. We do online schooling so we can travel anywhere to make sure your dog has a safe, calming environment while you are out of town. I have a 3 year old Austrailan Cattle Service Dog in training. He is extremely friendly with dogs and cats. We are blessed to have adopted him into our lives.

“Overall, had a really great experience leaving my pup with Araceli! I happened to be gone two weekends in a row and I was really grateful to be able to have my dog in the same place. He really enjoyed playing with their dog and in their big yard! The only bummer is that both weekends I asked Araceli to give my puppy a specific supplement after dinner and that didn’t happen, even after I reminded her for the second weekend. She is very sweet and would work with her again!”
