About: I have been a pet owner my whole life and have been doing pet sitting for friends and family since I can remember. I seem to connect with pets better than a humans :😊 I have never met a pet I don’t love or love me back. Your furry family members will be in her best hands and ger a lot of love and attention when you are away. I work two part time jobs 9-1pm 4-8/9pm 5 days a week sometimes the days vary. I go to the gym 3-5 days a week I hang out with my little sister twice a week when my schedule allows. I am hoping to return to collage next fall for Vet Tech. My days and schedules are pretty flexible. I live down town Sioux Falls in a studio with my cat, kiwi! I have a reliable car and can get to your home wing no worries

About: Pet care for me started when I was 10 years old and visiting my grandma on a farm - while my sisters played Barbie’s, I played in the dirt and cared for and played with chickens, cows, goats, and all the stray farm cats. I have loved any and all animals ever since! I have never had a moment in my life where there wasn't a dog or a cat in my family and right now we have three amazing (big) dogs! I understand that every animal has a different personality and routine, so I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their own environment as if you were there. I work a full time job but with a lot of flexibility during the day. I would love to drop in and care for your pets while you are away and since I have dogs of my own, I don’t travel on the weekends much 😉 If your pet is staying with me we have a fully fenced in yard, three dogs that they can play with, and two kids who know how lovingly care for animals. If it's not a weekend, I would be able to stop by over the lunch hour to let dogs out and have some play time or might even have afternoons or mornings to work from home. Just depends on the day and I would love to schedule around your stay with us! I am always willing to listen to how you care for your pet(s) and make sure your pet(s) receives the same care and love from me that they would if you were still at home. I want them to feel comfortable, safe, and loved.

About: Growing up I've always had pets of all shapes and sizes. My household was almost like a shelter because we would often take in strays and friends pets they could not longer care for. Neighbors and friends would also ask me to pet sit while they away or check in/walk their animal if they're gone too long. Because of all this I've cared for many cats and dogs of various ages so I understand what kind of care each animal may need. I'm currently working part time with a very flexible schedule so I'll always have time to care. I'm also almost always around on holidays! At home I have three cats and two dogs (I'm not the only caretaker), and they're all incredibly friendly. Our house is a little small so another location is preferred.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats of many breeds, giving me extensive experience with animals of different temperaments. I truly love all animals and enjoy caring for each one like my own. I also have a flexible schedule to meet your pet’s needs. I am currently a part-time online college student, so my class schedule is completely flexible! I also work part time at the hospital, but am able to create my own schedule. I will easily be able to fit your pet’s needs into my day and can rearrange my routine if necessary! Although I would prefer to care for your pets in your own home, I am willing to board at my house as well. I have a decent sized side yard, and I live in a very walkable neighborhood. I own two cats, both of which are comfortable around dogs.

About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: I have loved being around dogs ever since my family got our first dog when I was little. I have always created a strong bond with my pets and especially loved their cuddles. My favorite activity with my dogs have been taking them on walks and playing fetch! Being outside and playing with dogs makes me so happy so why not do both! I have experience in training puppies with basic commands like sit and stay. And I would to walk your furry friend! I am currently a full time student, but I would love to be able to take a break from studying to take your dog on a walk! I am most available in the mornings everyday this summer! I would also be available on some weekends. I cannot have pets at my current apartment, but I would be able to go to my clients home if needed to take care of their dog.

About: I have had dogs for as long as I can remember and have always played an active part in taking care of them. This includes watching and caring for not only my households dogs but also for neighbors and friends! Over the course of my life I have cared for dogs many types of dogs including those with special needs, escape artist and very energetic dogs. I will be there for whatever your pet may need! I have a pretty flexible schedule and can work your pets needs in pretty seamlessly! I do work most days but am off early in the afternoon to have plenty of puppy play time! I have a partially fenced in yard and tie out leashes for your pups safety. I also have a dog who is an escape artist myself and know how to properly protect against escapes!
