About: Growing up I've always had pets of all shapes and sizes. My household was almost like a shelter because we would often take in strays and friends pets they could not longer care for. Neighbors and friends would also ask me to pet sit while they away or check in/walk their animal if they're gone too long. Because of all this I've cared for many cats and dogs of various ages so I understand what kind of care each animal may need. I'm currently going to be doing rover full time so I'll always have availability for your pets. Also I'm almost always around on holidays! At home I have three cats and two dogs (I'm not the only caretaker), and they're all incredibly friendly. Our house is a little small so another location is preferred.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I work from home full time. This gives me the flexibility to be there for your pup throughout the day while still managing my workload responsibly. Your dog will enjoy having someone around to give them attention, playtime, and the personal care they deserve! Working from home makes pet care easy for me to fit in, since I can handle walks, feeding, and playtime during breaks while still giving the pets constant supervision without disrupting my work. I live in a house with a backyard where I can comfortably host pets and provide a safe, welcoming environment. Dogs have the freedom to enjoy the backyard throughout their stay, giving them space to play, explore, and get some fresh air. I’m also able to provide walks, potty breaks, and plenty of attention to help them feel comfortable and at home. About: I am a current medical student with a little bit of free time and have had a dog myself for over 12 years. Since I don’t get to live with a dog currently, I really miss it. I am a certified cuddler and simply want to give some love to your furry best friend! :) Taking care of your loving four-legged companion is not a chore to me at all. It is the best way I would fill in my free time! I am going to make sure that your friend is always full of joy and excitement throughout their time hanging out with me! About: I have been a dog mama for 16 years and a dog rescue volunteer for 10+ years. In the dog rescue world I have fostered pups from puppies 6 weeks old up to 6-8 years old plus. It doesn’t make a difference what age they are, they will always be a puppy at heart and that is why I usually call them pups or puppies. I have fostered medical pups, I also had a pup of my own that was diabetic so I have had to administer insulin besides regular medications. I am good to administer any medications. I also transport for the rescue. I have been one of the main transporters for the last five years. The rescue I volunteer with accepts all breeds. So, I have had the pleasure of working with many breeds through fostering, transporting, meet and greets, fundraising and all the other jobs that we have with the rescue. It has been a privilege and honor to volunteer to help these pups. It is more like a passion some days. As for my own pups/pack, I currently have three medium to large pups. I have had 2 dashies or as most people call them doxies that were rescue pups and they lived great long lives to 14 and 15 years old. Plus I had an American Bulldog who loved life and lived to the age of nine (that darn cancer word.) My current pups are a boxer (age 8), shepherd/Husky mix (age 7), and as I call him a my Heinz 57 mix ( he has 5 breeds that make up his DNA - that is what the DNA test showed and he just turned 4 years old.) My shep/husky is the queen bee/leader of the pack (it is that husky in her) and the other two are sweethearts that are foodies all the way. Both my shepherd/Husky and my Heinz 57 pups are rescue pups that I fostered, adopted, and trained. My boxer was a re-homing situation due to having to downsize. One thing when you foster from your own home, all the foster pups are treated like one of your own pups/like family until they are adopted. So, if they are puppies they are potty trained to go outside, kennel trained, leash trained, and etc. Actually, we make sure all our pups that are adopted are kennel trained, leash trained for walks, potty trained to go outside and etc. as some of the pups we get come from commercial breeders. We just make sure they all know these things. One other note from me is some days I find it easier to just hang out with the pups than to try and communicate/socialize with people. What’s that saying they have “I’d rather be with my dog!” I work a full-time job but I will be able to check on your pup in the morning if needed and/or at my lunch hour and in the evening. We will work out a plan for a schedule. My employer/manager is very flexible and understanding. It will depend on which service(s) the client has selected; we will meet and work out a plan for the type of service(s) that is needed for your pup(s). Depending on if it is drop in care or dog walking, they are two very different services or both.

About: I have had multiple dogs, young and old, throughout my life. I’ve had a Shih Tzu, golden lab, fostered multiple pit bulls, and currently have two cats at home. I am comfortable with both high energy and high maintenance dogs, and am able to run with a dog who can’t seem to walk at a normal pace.
