About: I had dogs and cats my entire life. From adoption and rescue, I have spent my entire life around pets. I started dog sitting for friend and family before I could even drive, sometimes taking care of 4 dogs and cats for multiple nights. I am a full time student with clinicals and work. With that I am gone for a majority of the day. On the weekends I also work or have clinicals, but I try my hardest to still give your pets lots of love even though I am busy. When I am at your home, I will follow your rules for your pets, whatever they may be. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
