“Thank you so much for taking such incredible care of my babies while I was away! Your communication is always amazing, but I am especially grateful for how you handled Ares paw mishap this time. Taking the initiative to get him his meds and make him comfortable meant the world to me. He was already back to his normal self by the time I got home! We will be in contact soon for our next trip we have planned. Thank you again!”

About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.
“Mattie did a great job watching our 2 dogs. The temperatures were in the upper 90’s-102 degrees while we were gone. She was sure to keep them in and out of the heat but letting them out when needed. I would have her watch our dogs again.”

“Jessica was absolutely amazing! She responded so fast and got us in for house sitting a few days before a holiday weekend. One of my dogs is usually nervous around new people, but she was immediately comfortable when meeting Jessica, I knew right away she was a great fit! I’ve never left my dogs with someone I didn’t know, but I didn’t worry at all. She sent me multiple daily pictures and even a video, which just put me at ease and knew they were happy! Will definitely book Jessica again!!”
“She was so good to my girls. She was on time. She sent me pictures of them. She played with them. She was very friendly. I would hire her in a heartbeat. Heather made sure they ate let them out,. I enjoyed her.”

“Cynthia was excellent! She took great care of Millie, who is blind and diabetic, for a week while I was away. She sent me pictures and daily updates. Everything was perfect! Definitely going to be my go-to when I need someone to care for my fur baby just like I would!!”

“Brielle did a great job with our crew for a weekend outing. They were well cared for and stress free upon our arrival home. Our Border Collie suffers from separation anxiety and she helped him to feel safe and secure during our time away.”

I started dog sitting for friend and family before I could even drive, sometimes taking care of 4 dogs and cats for multiple nights. I am currently working part time at my college. Working in the day so I have time to play with your pups in the afternoon. On weekends I hang out with friends when I have plans, but other than that I am open. I can crate them if you need, work on training, take them for walks, and give them lots and lots of pets so they know they are loved.
“Payton was fabulous with our dog! They became friends in a matter of minutes. It made it easy for me to leave & enjoy my evening. Payton arrived a few minutes early, is mature, responsible & friendly! Payton is such a quality person!”

“This is the second time we’ve had Rikki for house sitting. We will definitely have her back. She’s considerate, sends messages and pictures every day, and makes sure to thoroughly understand the care instructions. The best part is, Louie is relaxed and happy upon our return.”

“Very happy with how she took care of our dogs! Very good at communicating with us throughout the entire time, and the dogs seemed to really enjoy having her around. Was respectful of our house and cleaned up after the dogs too!”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life and currently have a dog and cat of my own. I’m comfortable caring for pets and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and well loved! Pet care fits easily into my daily routine since I already care for my own dog and cat. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and check-ins throughout the week. I provide a safe, calm, and trustworthy environment for pets. I follow owner instructions closely and make sure each pet feels comfortable and cared for. I also have a fenced-in yard and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company, and I can easily crate dogs if needed.
“Justin is amazing! We came in from out of town and he helped us with relatively short notice. He’s genuinely one of the nicest and most thoughtful sitters we’ve ever had. Our pup loved him.”

“We booked the house sitting service with Madelyn, and she was great! Very flexible, and attentive to Kevin’s routine. Shen sent us a message when she arrived and when she left — which really gave us peace of mind while we were out of town. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing Kevin was in good hands.”
“Kelsey has been walking my boys but she just stayed with them for a weekend. The photos I got for the stay were so nice to see. So happy my boys were well taken care of.”

About: I've spent decades taking care of dogs and puppies. More than willing to walk and play with your pooch and do pop-ins. As for the training I do not have any certifications but both of my current dogs have general obedience and tricks as well. I have also trained my GSP personally for upland bird hunting. I am a full time teacher and also have a second job in the summer as well. This will be more if I can fit you guys into my schedule to pick up more hours in the summer. Whatever you need me to do for them I am more than happy to. I will probably not bring them over to board at my home just because I have two dogs and a cat at my house. Just safer to make sure everyone is comfortable.
Shindler pet parents share their Rover experiences
Amazing!!!! We decided to do at house sitting as we wanted both our dog and cat to be together to help with us being gone. Tiffany watched Rocco and Cat in our house while we were gone on vacation . She took amazing care of our dog and cat. The pictures and videos show they are being themselfs and having a great time. When we got back, Rocco and Cat seemed not stressed and like we were not even gone! Will get with her again!
