“Lori sat with my cat for 6 days in March 2026. She was very attuned to my cat's needs. She assured me that she would keep my cat's routine to minimize his stress while I was away. The pictures I received from Lori while I was gone showed my cat doing "his normal," and he appeared calm and content. My cat even slept with her one night, as he would have done if I were home! Lori is "pet approved"! Lori left my house as clean as the day I left (even starting the dishwasher), handled a delivery for me, and the most important, graciously stayed an extra night when my flight home got cancelled and I could not get back prior to the end of the scheduled booking! Thank you, Lori!!! You are a life-saver! I will definitely use Lori again!”

About: I had dogs and cats my entire life. From adoption and rescue, I have spent my entire life around pets. I started dog sitting for friend and family before I could even drive, sometimes taking care of 4 dogs and cats for multiple nights. I am currently working part time at my college. Working in the day so I have time to play with your pups in the afternoon. On weekends I hang out with friends when I have plans, but other than that I am open. When I am at your home, I will follow your rules for your pets, whatever they may be. I can crate them if you need, work on training, take them for walks, and give them lots and lots of pets so they know they are loved.

Because I’m home throughout the day, dogs get lots of supervision, attention, outdoor time, affection, play, and enrichment. I love creating a fun but calm environment where dogs will get mental stimulation and interaction tailored to their personality and energy level. Whether your dog loves playing, exploring, relaxing in the sun, sniffing around outside, or just staying close by, I adjust their day to what makes them happiest, and I make sure to send lots of updates while doing so! :) I have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely run, explore, sunbathe, and play while being closely supervised. Dogs in my care are provided with toys, puzzles/sniffing games, outdoor time, water play, walks, and one-on-one interaction. My dog Ivy is very friendly, laid back, calm, and enjoys being around other dogs. She loves having another dog around to play with, relax beside, or explore with, and gets along great and is very respectful with other furry friends. 😊 Dogs are welcome on furniture and beds if that’s what they’re accustomed to, and my home is a calm, quiet environment with no children present, allowing them to feel comfortable and at home during their stay. Whether you’re heading out of town, have a busy work schedule, need care during the day, or simply want peace of mind while you’re away, I’m here to care for your dog as if they were my own. About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.
