Emma washed our 2 Pomeranians and we have never done this before so I was a little nervous at first but Emma calmed that down in seconds. She is amazing with animals. She's very punctual. She goes above and beyond to make sure that they are okay and that you were communicated with and that you know everything that's going on as she's taking care of them.
