About: My whole life I’ve been around animals… big and small. I grew up on and off a farm, as my dad is a Large / Small animal veterinarian! I’ve always had lots of animals in my home and love taking care of them (and lots of treats)! Also, I do move back to college in August. So Sioux City soon to come :) I’m currently home from college! I am a nursing major at Morningside university in Sioux City. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, and needed a fun summer gig! I can take your animals on long or short walks.. or just out to potty! About: I’m an almost empty nester who truly loves animals and is looking to fill my time doing something meaningful—caring for pets. I work full time but from home, which allows me the flexibility to provide house sitting, in-home pet sitting, or drop-in visits as needed. I grew up surrounded by animals and have experience caring for cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, and even goats. Because of that background, I’m comfortable with both small and large animals and understand that each one has its own personality and needs. I’m also a former travel club ball mom, so I completely understand how stressful it can be to make arrangements for your pets and home while you’re away. I know how important it is to have someone reliable, communicative, and trustworthy taking care of your home and/ or pets. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide regular care throughout the day. I’m able to offer in-home pet and house sitting or flexible drop-in visits while keeping pets on their normal routines and not left alone for long periods of time. I can care for smaller caged pets in my home but will care for dogs, cats etc in your home because I have pets of my own.

About: I have experience with all types, ages, and sizes of dogs. I also have experience with training and medication deliver for dogs. I currently have a 5 year old small shih tzu, named Lily, and she loves having friends over. We love being outside and playing as much as we can. Your best friend will definitely have a good time hanging out with us. Your dog will receive plenty of attention and love that they deserve. We live close to our family farm so there is plenty of room and wide open space for us to head out there to play. Your dog will definitely have plenty to do hanging out with me and Lily. We would definitely love to have you and your best friend over! My husband, Wyatt, and i teamwork a routine for the dogs! We will make sure that each dog gets the time and attention they need. We both work outside of the house but will always make sure the dogs are taken care of. We take many precautions to keep all dogs safe. We start with slow introductions and making sure everyone is comfortable. We also never leave the dogs together unattended. If we ever do need to step out for a minute, we make sure they are separated and in a safe place. We also make sure all dogs are leashed when outside. While most dogs stay close, we just like to make sure they don’t run off in an unfamiliar neighborhood.

My family dogs had a few litters over the years, which taught me a lot about caring for both puppies and their mamas. Now I have a pup of my own, and I absolutely love being a dog mom! I work during the week, but I’m always around to help out on weekends if I’m in town! I’m also totally open to jumping in after work whenever needed! I’ll care for your pet like they’re my own! I have a sweet dog who absolutely loves other dogs, so your pup will have a built-in buddy while you’re away if they need!
