About: Hi I’m Josie! :) Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them genuinely makes me happy. I offer boarding, daycare, walks, house sitting, and drop-in visits with a calm, attentive, hands-on approach to care. I’m home full-time so I have a flexible schedule & can provide a safe environment where dogs can feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels, from high-energy breeds to more anxious or shy pups. My goal is to provide a high-quality, personalized experience where your pup is loved, engaged, and treated like family- not just watched while you’re away. Whether we’re playing in the yard, going for a walk, working on simple training, or just relaxing together, I strive to make every visit meaningful! Because I’m home throughout the day, dogs get lots of supervision, attention, outdoor time, affection, play, and enrichment. Whether your dog loves playing, exploring, relaxing in the sun, sniffing around outside, or just staying close by, I adjust their day to what makes them happiest, and I make sure to send lots of updates while doing so! :) I have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely run, explore, sunbathe, and play while being closely supervised. Dogs in my care are provided with toys, puzzles/sniffing games, outdoor time, water play, walks, and one-on-one interaction. My dog Ivy is very friendly, laid back, calm, and enjoys being around other dogs. She loves having another dog around to play with, relax beside, or explore with, and gets along great and is very respectful with other furry friends. 😊 I understand that trusting someone with your pet—and sometimes your home—is a big deal. You can expect reliability, clear communication, love for your pet, and respect for your space while you’re away. If I host multiple dogs, it’s only when all owners are comfortable with it and the dogs are a good fit. Otherwise, your pups will receive my full attention and care. Whether you’re heading out of town, have a busy work schedule, need care during the day, or simply want peace of mind while you’re away, I’m here to care for your dog as if they were my own. About: Hello, my name is Kindra! I got my Bachelors Degree from University of Wisconsin with a major in Wildlife Education. I am on Rover on the side because I love pets. I have cared for many dogs and cats in the past, and I currently have two cats. I have had internship and volunteer positions where I performed animal husbandry to a wide variety of animals, including reptiles and amphibians. I love all sorts of animals and want to work with more in my free time because it's what I love, and most importantly to better my skills with them. Thank you for considering me. I am employed full time, and I do 4 10-hour shifts. So, my availability for pet sitting is on my days off. Feel free to message me to see if I'm available or if you have any questions about my availability. *If your location is outside of my radius, I will charge an extra $5 per day of bookings to account for gas.* I am able to do check-ins and walks to let your pets out and play with them if needed (all animals deserve at least a little play time 😉)! I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We'll play a bunch of games, check out all the new smells around the neighborhood, and just have some quality petting time!

About: I have raised and sold puppies for over 10 years. Many friends and family have relied on me to care for their pets over short and long periods of time. I love dogs so much and I am looking forward to watching a lot of cute and loving doggies. 😊 I’m currently not working in the summers because I’m a teacher, but during the school year I work part time so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your furry babies. I’m free mostly on weekdays, but I can also work many weekends. My yard is not fenced in, but I do have an underground electric fence. I can easily crate your pet if needed, or give them 24/7 attention if needed. About: We love dogs! Added to our family over the years are dogs, birds, rats, guinea pigs and even chickens. Currently we have two fur babies that are calm and have many dog friends that come to visit. My husband, myself and our children play and walk our dogs everyday. We have watched family members dogs/chickens for years and welcome the opportunity to help other pets too. Our yard is large and fenced in (four foot fence). Your pet will be loved well! Our work schedule has our pets home kenneled for five hours daily. We come home and let them out during that time frame. During the summer we are home all day. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed. I am comfortable with medications and schedules that are important to you. About: I have helped out many friends and family members with checking in and caring for their pets while being away. As a proud dog owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone reliable, trustworthy, caring, and professional to check in on your sweet pup. I currently work from home Monday through Friday, and have flexibility to go check in on pets during breaks. Weekends I also work part time, so I have extra time available to check in on pets! I will always ask for detailed instructions when having to enter your home. I want to always make sure to treat your pet with love and respect, and also be respectful to and in your home.

About: My whole life I’ve been around animals… big and small. I grew up on and off a farm, as my dad is a Large / Small animal veterinarian! I’ve always had lots of animals in my home and love taking care of them (and lots of treats)! Also, I do move back to college in August. So Sioux City soon to come :) I’m currently home from college! I am a nursing major at Morningside university in Sioux City. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, and needed a fun summer gig! I can take your animals on long or short walks.. or just out to potty! I also LOVE a good game of fetch or tug! Myself at home I have 2 wild dogs that always need to move around ;)

About: I’m an almost empty nester who truly loves animals and am looking to fill my time doing something meaningful—caring for pets. I work from home, which allows me the flexibility to provide house sitting, dog walking or drop-in visits as needed. I grew up surrounded by animals and have experience caring for cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, and even goats. Because of that background, I’m comfortable with both small and large animals and understand that each one has its own personality and needs. I’m also a former travel club ball mom, so I completely understand how stressful it can be to make arrangements for your pets and home while you’re away. I know how important it is to have someone reliable, communicative, and trustworthy taking care of your home and/ or pets. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. I can also bring in mail and water plants while you are away. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide regular care throughout the day. I’m able to offer in-home pet and house sitting or flexible drop-in visits while keeping pets on their normal routines and not left alone for long periods of time. I can care for smaller caged pets in my home but will care for dogs, cats etc in your home because I have pets of my own.

About: I always had a dogs growing up, and have my own now with my family. I love all animals & would love to help exercise yours when you’re unable to! I’m available over lunch breaks, after work, and on weekends to walk & exercise your pup. I live in Tea & work in Sioux Falls. About: Growing up, I always had pets in my family. I know a lot about dogs and cats, how to keep them happy and healthy, and just how great of friends they can be! Now living in a Sioux Falls apartment, I am not able to have a pet of my own, which has given me a greater appreciation for any opportunity to visit and care for other people's pets! I am an Educational Assistant with Harrisburg School District. I currently have open availability for the summer and would love you spend time caring for your fur babies! I want to care for your pets just as you would care for them if you were able to be there yourself! Whatever special instructions you have, let me know!

About: I have my own fur babies of 5 cats and one 16 year old dog. House is a little chaotic but loving and caring. Each animal has their own needs and I provide them with everything in the world and more. Anything that will work around my college schedule will be most beneficial. Part time jobs can be hard in this economy especially with 18 credit hours this semester. Being able to cuddle and hangout with animals while I can maintain school work sounds like a blast. Your pets are not just pets but they are your babies. I will take care of them like I take care of my own fur babies. They will become one of my fur babies while I take care of them. My pets get their medicine on time, fed on time, and always have water available. Litter boxes get cleaned regularly to keep up with odors.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I love dogs and cats all the same. I’ve had experience with large and small animals. I work from home a few days a week to give me time to check on your furry friends. I also have time in the evenings and weekends. I have a fenced in yard and years of walking experience. Im comfortable with all animal sizes. I currently have a lovely cat named Jerome! My schedule is flexible and it helps me be available to assist in all your pet care needs and to bond with your furry friends. I work from home a few days a week to allow for time to drop in or work remotely. Weekends and evening are available given proper scheduling. I’m respectful and thoughtful about animal care and the homes of those I visit. I’ve had the opportunity to do multiple overnight stays and feel comfortable and confident in keeping both a safe environment for your pet and leaving your house exactly how you left it.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I work from home full time. This gives me the flexibility to be there for your pup throughout the day while still managing my workload responsibly. Your dog will enjoy having someone around to give them attention, playtime, and the personal care they deserve! Working from home makes pet care easy for me to fit in, since I can handle walks, feeding, and playtime during breaks while still giving the pets constant supervision without disrupting my work. I live in a one-bedroom apartment where I can host pets, and I’m also able to provide walks and potty breaks. I’m flexible and always open to clear communication with owners.

About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.
