About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: My husband and I got our own dog, Indie, about 2 years ago! We know how important it is to feel confident and secure in the person who is caring for your fur baby. I will treat your pup like my own and do everything I can to put your mind at ease :) I will have lots of free time to spend with your pup Friday-Monday, in addition to a few random days throughout the week this summer! This gives me the flexibility to be there for your pup throughout the day while still managing my workload responsibly. Working from home makes pet care easy for me to fit in, since I can handle walks, feeding, and playtime during breaks while still giving the pets constant supervision without disrupting my work. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs over the years. I have done overnights, check-ins, and dog walking. I have a family dog named Splash who is my whole world, and I have recently moved away and don’t get to see her as often. I work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays, so I can be with your dog all day on those days. Otherwise I work 9-5 on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday to be with them before work, after work, and during lunch. I am also free most weekends. I would prefer to take care of your pet in your home since I have an apartment but if needed they can stay with me.

Growing up, my family had several dogs, including a Shih Tzu, two Shiba Inus, and a Newfoundland, giving me experience with pets of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. I have watched 2 Shiba Inus by myself for over a year and have taken care of a Newfoundland for multiple nights. Neither of the homes had a fence but I compensate by taking the dogs out multiple times a day and going for walks. I’m very familiar with taking dogs out to relieve themselves, feeding, and possible medications they might need to take. Whether the dog is energetic, like my 2 Shiba Inus, or more relaxed, like my 10 year old Newfoundland, I make it work according to their needs.

About: Get your pup watched and played with letting you have a day not worrying, i’ve been around dogs forever wanting one of my own and loving dogs like no other. I’ll be there and you can trust me with your pet, i’ll run around and play with them all day long till there tired I love helping and i want to be someone you can rely on, im opening my schedule and able to check in and watch your pet and go check in between 8am to 4:30 every weekday i’d love to keep your baby comfortable and help you out with no worries in your own home, playing with and following everything you normally do.

About: **Updated 5/25/24: the only pet we have at the time is an English angora rabbit who lives outside or in the garage. We have had dogs in our home until this year, and have experience with all kinds and sizes of dogs. We are very experienced with positive reinforcement and fear-free methods. We have an English Angora rabbit, so are experienced with rabbits and can provide drop-in service for small animals as well as dogs and cats. I work as a registered nurse very part time, and homeschool my two children. We are often home, and are not usually away from the house for more than 4-6 hours. We have a large, fenced-in yard, and are able and willing to bring your dog on walks around our neighborhood. I have two responsible children at home, ages 9 and 12, and they are experienced with dogs and have been involved with care and training. We can accommodate all kinds of needs. As a registered nurse, I am trustworthy and responsible, and am very experienced with following a care plan and providing detailed updates. I’ll be happy to send reports and pictures while you are away from your pet!

About: I have had multiple dogs, young and old, throughout my life. I’ve had a Shih Tzu, golden lab, fostered multiple pit bulls, and currently have two cats at home. I am comfortable with both high energy and high maintenance dogs, and am able to run with a dog who can’t seem to walk at a normal pace. Currently, I have two cats and a bunny, giving me background on the best care for any other pet needs! I am currently working part-time remotely, making my work schedule very convenient for any sitting needs. I am a full-time student at USD, pursing Finance, where I have classes only on Tuesdays, Thursdays from 9:00-1:45 p.m. Because I live in a town home complex that is unfenced, and have two cats at home, I am unable to sit at my location. But, I have a lot of experience with dog sitting at others homes, from neighbors, to family friends, to my parents clients when needed!
