“Trudy is very caring, timely, shares plenty of pictures, and is easy to communicate with. She wants the best for your pet. We would highly recommend Trudy. We have rebooked with her multiple times.”

“Olivia was great with my kitties! She did three drop in visits and was on time, took lots of photos, and communicated with me throughout my trip. Will definitely rebook! Thanks Olivia!”

“Chris spent extra time with Hank on Christmas day when booked two days prior. She even cleaned up a mess that was made by our mistake after we had left for the day. Was not expected but SO appreciated. Sadly Rover limits tips to 30% of service because she deserves so much more! Will definitely be using Chris in the future.”

“We can’t recommend having Caitlin care for your pets enough!! She takes such great care of our puppy and makes sure he gets lots of love and exercise when she visits! We will continue to book with her whenever our puppy needs care 😊”

“Kindra was super great!! We have a fearful pup and she let him do his own thing and just chilled with him while we went to dinner for a few hours. She was amazing. Prompt and communication was 10/10. Thank you!!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so they’ve always been a big part of my world! My family dogs had a few litters over the years, which taught me a lot about caring for both puppies and their mamas. Now I have a pup of my own, and I absolutely love being a dog mom! I work during the week, but I’m always around to help out on weekends if I’m in town! I’m also totally open to jumping in after work whenever needed! I’ll care for your pet like they’re my own! I have a sweet dog who absolutely loves other dogs, so your pup will have a built-in buddy while you’re away if they need!
About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.
“Thank you Candace! This is the first time I have left my cat and I was really nervous. Candace did a great job of not only taking care of my creature, but if calming my nervousness as well. I highly recommend her.”

“Cheyenne was awesome! She took great care of our babies and gave wonderful updates and communication was great. We were away for over two weeks and she did a great job keeping the boys happy! We even had to work through an issue with our door and with us being on a cruise we were hard to get a home of. She communicated with my family member in town to get the issue resolved. I don’t want to leave the boys again, but if we do, we for sure will reach out to her again!”

About: Hi there! My name is Allyson and I’ve been caring for animals as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm, where I looked after our family dogs and barn cats, so animals have always been a big part of my life! During college, I worked at a doggy daycare and boarding center, where I gained hands-on experience supervising play groups, feeding, and keeping pups happy and safe. I also worked at a veterinary office, assisting with the kennel area. There I helped with daily care like feeding, walking, cleaning, and administering medications as needed. In addition to this, I’ve often pet sat for family members’ dogs, giving them plenty of love, exercise, and attention while their owners were away. I’m currently working an 8-5, but I will be available most weekends. On the weekdays I will be available after 5 PM to help how you need! I follow your instructions carefully to keep pets safe and comfortable in their own home. I make sure doors and gates are secure, walks are safe, and pets stick to their normal routine. I’ll give them plenty of love, playtime, and attention while also keeping your home tidy.
“She has taken great care of my dogs while I'm at work and they need to go outside. Sends pictures as I requested. I recommend her to anyone that needs someone for drop ins, etc.”

About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.
“Thea did an excellent job, with notes and pictures that made us happy to see someone caring for our dogs so well! She is very thorough and we would definitely recommend!”

About: I’ve had dogs of my own for years and have worked at multiple dog boarding/daycare facilities. I have also had e-collar and dog behavior training. I currently work a full time job at a dog daycare and boarding facility and want to use my experience to be of more help to pet parents. In clients homes and out for walks I strive to give dogs the best care I can provide and stay in communication with parents to the best of my ability.
About: I have taken care of animals since I could walk. I have had the pleasure of caring for senior dogs and cats, puppies and kittens, goats, hermit crabs, turtles, calfs, and sheep. I also make dog bandannas for our girls and then started to sell them at Stacy's vintage boutique in Tea, SD. I would love to send you photos and videos throughout the stay of your pet! My doxie, Peanut is a little shy around new dogs but I'm hoping this will help her become more social and confident. Annie, my cowboy corgi is friendly to dogs her size. Which is why we will only be accepting small dogs. I trained both of my girls about 10-15 different commands and this summer I would like to start agility training with them. I am super excited because they are so ready to please us and "work". I would be happy to offer some training while you fur baby stays with us! For example my girls know: sit, stay, come, lay down, roll over, up, back, stand, yoga, go, fetch and hide and seek. I do currently work full time but will be available most weekends. In the summer we do go hiking at different parks for excersize for us and our dogs. We live in a rented townhome so we do not have a fenced in yard. We do always leash our girls to either their collar or a harness. We have plenty of toys, treats, and chews. I also make them frozen pumpkin yogurt treats in the summer.
