About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the combination of my lifelong experience with animals and my professional background in animal care. I have grown up with both cats and dogs, so I understand the different personalities, routines, and needs that come with each pet. I have also worked with animals on a much larger scale through swine research, where I learned more about animal behavior, health monitoring, and the importance of consistency in care. In addition, I have worked in a veterinary clinic and have hands-on experience giving medications, following detailed care instructions, and watching closely for any signs of illness or discomfort. I am heading to vet tech school after receiving my Animal Science degree, so I bring both practical and academic knowledge to every pet I care for. Whether it is a high-energy puppy, a senior cat who needs a little extra help, or a nervous pet adjusting to someone new, I am patient, reliable, and focused on making every animal feel safe and loved in their own environment. Pet care fits easily into my routine since I work part time and have a flexible school schedule. I love spending my extra time caring for animals! I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their own space by following their usual routine, giving lots of attention, and keeping everything clean and cozy.

About: I have had dogs practically all of my life, from 15 lb miniature schnauzers to 90 lb lab mixes! From mostly indoor dogs to energetic hunting-trained athletes! I currently work part-time from home with a super flexible schedule, which means I always have time to meet new pups and care for them! I originally started using Rover to find care for my own dog, so now that my schedule has changed and I can care for yours, I know what is expected and appreciated.

“Zach was amazing! My senior dog who doesn't love walks these days, was well taken care of. Zach took the time to play with him in the house and ensure that he got attention while I was out.”

About: Hello! My name is Nicole! I have taken care of rescued dogs and cats since I was young. I have grown up with large dogs. In my teen years I started dog sitting and dog walking as well as taking care of animals on farms! I also pet sit coworker and friends animals. I now own Scarlett, 7, German Shepard mix. Dexter, 4, St Bernard. No job is too small or too big, literally. I currently foster puppies through a local rescue until they are ready to go to their forever homes! I am currently working full time. I can take care of your fur babies in the mornings, evenings and nights for drop in visits. I can always be flexible to accommodate your needs. I am fully available on the weekends as well! I will directly work with you to ensure that your pets needs are being met in the comfort of their home. That includes playtime, walks, feedings and any other special requirements.

“Thank you so much!!!”

I’m currently between jobs, which gives me a flexible and open schedule for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I’m available most days and times, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I’m also quick to respond and happy to work around your pet’s routine to provide the best care possible! If you have a fenced yard that’s great!
