Hi I’m Josie! :) Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them genuinely makes my heart happy. I’m home full-time so I have a flexible schedule & can provide a safe environment where dogs can feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, playful, or prefers a slower pace, I’ll tailor their care to their individual needs and routine. My goal is to provide a high-quality, hands-on, personalized experience where your pup is loved, engaged, and treated like family- not just watched while you’re away. Whether we’re playing in the yard, going for a walk, or just relaxing together, I strive to make every visit meaningful!

Our girls were so happy staying with Josie! I loved getting daily updates and seeing how much they got to play outside and see their big smiles playing with Josie’s dog. Josie was very understanding and had great communication when we had to make some last minute changes to the beginning of their stay. We are so thankful for Josie!
Josie was great yet again. Honey is always so excited to hangout with her & Ivy. Truly the sweetest human who I trust wholeheartedly for care. Honey went straight to sleep once we got home. I’d say it was a successful day!
Great stay with Josi. She sent us pictures and provided feedback on their visit. Nice fenced in back yard! We would definitely recommend her.
Josie was wonderful with my dog while I was away for eleven days. She provided regular updates and was clearly attentive to my dog’s needs. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and felt completely at ease during my vacation knowing my dog was in good hands. I’d happily recommend Josie and would definitely ask her again.

Schedule
Because I’m home throughout the day, dogs get lots of supervision, attention, outdoor time, affection, play, and enrichment. Whether your dog loves playing, exploring, relaxing in the sun, sniffing around outside, or just staying close by, I adjust their day to what makes them happiest, and I make sure to send lots of updates while doing so! :)

I have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely run, explore, sunbathe, and play while being closely supervised. Dogs in my care are provided with toys, puzzles/sniffing games, outdoor time, water play, walks, and one-on-one interaction. My dog Ivy is very friendly, laid back, calm, and enjoys being around other dogs. She loves having another dog around to play with, relax beside, or explore with, and gets along great and is very respectful with other furry friends. 😊 I understand that trusting someone with your pet—and sometimes your home—is a big deal. You can expect reliability, clear communication, love for your pet, and respect for your space while you’re away. If I host multiple dogs, it’s only when all owners are comfortable with it and the dogs are a good fit. Otherwise, your pups will receive my full attention and care. Whether you’re heading out of town, have a busy work schedule, need care during the day, or simply want peace of mind while you’re away, I’m here to care for your dog as if they were my own. A typical day is filled with outdoor play, enrichment, toys, sniffing games, cuddles, potty breaks, and plenty of supervised time together. I balance activity with downtime so dogs can play, relax, and feel at home during each visit.
