About: I have been a dog owner and lover for most of my life. I currently do not have a dog in the home, so I can focus full-time on your furry family members. I have a lot of experience with pit blends, as well as small dogs. I work freelance from home, and currently have plenty of time to spend giving scritches and going out to play. I am also a runner, and would love to take any dogs with me who love to run. We have a fenced in yard, and a dog room in our basement for naps. We also have a couch in the main living area that's just for dogs, but they are also welcome to sit on our couch or in our recliner chair. We live very close to the bike trail and several parks, and walking distance to the downtown dog park. I also have a dog-safe car for trips to Spencer or Family Dog Park or special trips to The Splash Bark.

About: I have my own fur babies of 5 cats and one 16 year old dog. House is a little chaotic but loving and caring. Each animal has their own needs and I provide them with everything in the world and more. Anything that will work around my college schedule will be most beneficial. Part time jobs can be hard in this economy especially with 18 credit hours this semester. Being able to cuddle and hangout with animals while I can maintain school work sounds like a blast. Your pets are not just pets but they are your babies. I will take care of them like I take care of my own fur babies. They will become one of my fur babies while I take care of them. My pets get their medicine on time, fed on time, and always have water available. Litter boxes get cleaned regularly to keep up with odors.

About: I am currently a licensed veterinary technician! I have always grown up owning pets (mainly cats), but I currently have 2 cats. I am an experienced pet owner. I have dog sit in the past and am able to work with many different breeds and temperaments. I am able to make stops before work, during my lunches, and after work. This generally consists of 6 am, 11-12, and sometime after 6pm. I take care of all of my pets according to their needs. It is based of their species, breed, and age requirements. About: One thing I love but rarely see is when owners take their cats outside for a walk! I’d be thrilled to switch up your cat’s routine by taking them to the park. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and caged animals since I was little. I also worked at Petco grooming for a few years. We have 2 Chihuahuas of our own, 2 Sphynx and an Axolotl. About: Hi everyone - I was a mom to older English Bulldogs who have recently passed and understand the need for a sitter at times. I used to use a dog sitter myself during the day and understand how hard it can be to get home sometimes! Now that my doggos are no longer with me, I would love to help you out. About: I provide loving, attentive care for dogs in the Sioux Falls area and have years of experience caring for my family’s and relatives’ dogs while they’re on vacation. Your pup will be treated like part of the family in a safe, comfortable home environment. About: Growing up I've always had pets of all shapes and sizes. My household was almost like a shelter because we would often take in strays and friends pets they could not longer care for. Neighbors and friends would also ask me to pet sit while they away or check in/walk their animal if they're gone too long. Because of all this I've cared for many cats and dogs of various ages so I understand what kind of care each animal may need. I'm currently working part time with a very flexible schedule so I'll always have time to care. I'm also almost always around on holidays! About: I have a 2 year old Aussie who LOVES other dogs. I have experience training him and usually make it to the dog park at least once a day as well as a walk. I am currently taking online classes from home. I will be able to have eyes on the dogs even while I’m studying. I stay active with my dog and make sure he gets plenty of exercise. I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks and play, and a decent sized house. My dog is super friendly and would love the company. I DO NOT BOOK FOR NEXT DAY! I am currently taking classes from home so I am available to take care of the dogs most of the day. I am always taking my dog Onyx on walks and to the park and would love to have another dog tagging along! I DO NOT MAKE BOOKINGS FOR NEXT DAY! I will feed dogs whenever their daily meals are and give any medicine as required. My dog Onyx loves to play with other dogs, but if they aren't into it he will respect that. I like to go on long walks with the pups and am a regular at Kirby Dog Park. Let me know if dog parks are not your pup's thing. About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.
About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. About: I have been a dog owner and lover for most of my life. I currently do not have a dog in the home, so I can focus full-time on your furry family members. I have a lot of experience with pit blends, as well as small dogs. I work freelance from home, and currently have plenty of time to spend giving scritches and going out to play. I am also a runner, and would love to take any dogs with me who love to run. We have a fenced in yard, and a dog room in our basement for naps. We also have a couch in the main living area that's just for dogs, but they are also welcome to sit on our couch or in our recliner chair. We live very close to the bike trail and several parks, and walking distance to the downtown dog park. I also have a dog-safe car for trips to Spencer or Family Dog Park or special trips to The Splash Bark.
